The rest of you follow Rellahne out of the area, but once outside Shadow lingers near the building, in case Irena gets into trouble.
Shadow make a perception check DC 13 with disadvantage.
Rellahne, Vuntuk, and Oreus move away a couple of blocks, and ducking into an alley and discuss how to proceed. Oreus suggests that Vuntuk leaves his armor and weapons here, while Oreus guards the items. Rellahne disagrees with that plan.
Shadow is listening to events inside while keeping watch on the streets for anything out of the norm, when he spots a pair of cloaked Warerats watching the building from a nearby rooftop.
Rellahne checks through her spellbook one more time, and then it closes, followed by a frustrated sigh from the noble half-elf. "As the situation stands, I do not have the ability to make this any easier on us." She looks at Vuntuk. "You will be the solution. Though it is regrettable we depend on an unreliable option, one has to accept it when they learn it is the only option. At least, at this point. To meet him again without increasing hostilities, I saw in Shadow's spellbook an option that'd allow him to disguise his face completely. If he can perhaps approach that way and give you an opportunity, however slim, to make this work, we should try it."
((We scouted the area around the bathhouse and it is just one windowless building with a single entrance right? Are there any seemingly abandoned buildings in its vicinity?))
Vuntuk nodds.
"Ah thought mention'in wouldn't hurt anyone but it should really be our last resort and we should be prepared for it. If the fellow is charmed ah might be able to supress the charm for about ah minute in the best case. Maybe we can figure out what's up with this place in some other way. Goblins usually don't just grow in bathhouses."

"Right. I just saw it as a better solution than breaking into the place of this, most likely, innocent man. As I told you, the things he hides are hidden without his intention." She explains seriously, but then, she adds on a lighter note. "Now, Irena is inside, investigating, and in that regard, yes, I might be acting in a precipitated manner. We should wait for her-..."
Shadow will go meet up with the others and tell them about the warerats he saw and bring the group back to try and sneak up onto the roof behind them
The tiefling catches the conversation as Rellahne is explaining, and the moment he appears, there's a bit of a surprise on her face. "Wait, what do they have to do with our mission? And don't you think it's reckless to go after them while one of our own is still inside the bathhouse? As concerning as I find it, and do not think it does not concern me, we should be going with our entire group there."
Irena sneaks to the southwest and moving the curtains aside reveals a little room full of towels. Gray bath towels hang from hooks on the west wall. Snd there are folded towels in various sizes on a covered shelf underneath the hanging towels.
On the way back to her private bath she takes a good look around the place, on the southeast side of the building are two more curtained rooms. Along the eastern wall there is a closed Iron door, in the northeastern part of the building the is a wooden door that is slightly ajar. That is where Orak went and got your soap from.
((We scouted the area around the bathhouse and it is just one windowless building with a single entrance right? Are there any seemingly abandoned buildings in its vicinity?))
Correct. No there don't seem to be any abandoned buildings in the immediate area.
Shadow finds the others fairly easily and tells them about the warerats. He's all for sneaking up and surprising them, however Rellahne isn't sure if that iscsuch a good plan.
"Ah hope she get's out 'ah there with out troubles. What ever hit that Orak might hit her too."
When Shadow suggests to sneak up on the Warerars, Vuntuk shakes his head but is clearly amused.
"Ya might go sneakin' up on someone lad, but ah don't think ah could catch ah deaf mole by suprise. Is ah downside of having so much metal on meh."
He hits his gautleted fist onto the breastplate of his armour causing a loud metallic 'klink'.
"Ya might do as ya wish, ah bet they know something. Certainly not observing a bath house for it's nice architecture they are. Ah'd be happily waitin somewhere close by ta stop 'em if they come mah way."
"I can be quiet when the opportunity calls for it. But if our only plan is to see what they're doing and not to fight them, may I recommend another method?" Rellahne snaps her finger and, out of thin air, her owl familiar appears in front of her. "Using Ollie's help, there would be no need for us to climb into a ceiling. Besides, we might be able to hide better than an owl, but a group of adventurers is much more suspicious than an animal flying by."
They are watching the Bathhouse, im not saying we have to attack them, but maybe they have seen the goblins? I do not know their intentions, but there has to be some reason they are watching the same place we are investigating. Either as guards or for some other reason.... Enemy of my enemy might be my friend? Im willing to go and attempt to speak with them if you all want to be nearby to help me if they attack me on site?

Nobody has really heard much about the warerats, except that there is a clan of them rumored to be for hire for 'dirty work'.
If Ollie goes out spying make a perception check with advantage.
