Hutton smirks and looks to the others before whispering, "Mazour, you mind running outside to give Redii a hand in case she needs it? I've got a feeling she'll have company in a moment."
Louder again, he rumbles through the door, "Chasing fools puts me in a foul mood, friend. Come back out here and we'll have a peaceful conversation."
(Not actually trying to convince him. Just stalling.)
Hutton smirks and looks to the others before whispering, "Mazour, you mind running outside to give Redii a hand in case she needs it? I've got a feeling she'll have company in a moment."
"What are you talking about? I'm right her-." Redii began in reply before hearing some sort of activity in the room beyond. Now understanding Hutton's meaning, she nodded in his direction before quietly beginning to make her way back outside to investigate. When she heard the clanking armor of Mazour behind her, she gave up all pretense of stealth and dashed outside and around the building as quickly as she could.

Perception Check:10
Brack nods towards Hutton, as if he took the words out of his mouth with his threat. He cringed a little at the overly descriptive and braggadocious claim of crushing their skulls but didn't bother to correct him.
Seeing the plan unfold, he give another silent nod to Mazour and Redii as they begin to make their way back around and braces himself for their pincer maneuver to begin.
Mazour was not designed for stealth. So all this sneaking around suited him as much as it did Hutton. Of course, it was for very different reasons. As quietly as he could muster, he closed in on Redii and nodded. Having just met her, he was surprised how clearly frustrated she was. Probably underwhelmed by my infiltration skills. I'd better distract her.
Reaching out to gently touch her arm, Mazour winks. "Let's... kick this off."
Once he feels confident the others made it to the other door, Hutton gives Brack a solemn look. He motions with his head for the dwarf to flank the door opposite him and puts one hand on the knob. Closing his eyes for a moment, he takes a deep breath and lets it out, grimacing at the thought of what's to come, and swing the door open (still standing to one side to avoid any less-than-respectable tactics on the part of their quarry).
Spotting Yargin scrambling on the far side of the building, a smile spread across Redii's face. "We found him!!" Redii yelled out as she charged forward until she was right upon him. "Where are you running off to Yargin!?! We just want to talk..."
Brack braces himself as Hutton swings open the door, though gives a slight grimace as nothing but an empty hallway reveals itself. Shifting an eyebrow towards Hutton, then towards the corridor, then back to Hutton, Brack silently casts his vote for the towering individual to lead the way down the hallway.
Readying an Action: If/When Hutton proceeds down the hallway, Brack will use his reaction to move half the distance he travels.
"Stay back you cretin! You lout! You..." Yargin began in his unplaceable accent before faltering, his eyes going wide as he truly noticed the person in front of him. "You! How are you still alive. We sold you to V years ago! Stay back!!" He shrieked before whipping his wand in Redii's direction; as he did so, a large glob of thick nauseous looking ooze appeared from the wand's tip and flew in Redii's direction! (Redii DC12 DEX Save)
Redii, her senses already on high alert, easily dodged out of the way of the projectile and leveled the man a look that caused him to shrink back in fear.
Maz is up!
Maz, please make a Perception Check...
DC13 Percetion Check:
You notice that there seems to be some sort of noise or commotion going on towards the center of the city...
On seeing the blonde man with the shabby, and absolutely gauche suit, Mazour burst forward in his clanking glory. Moving to just before the door he stopped as Redii burst forward. Raising his hand, he clutches the reliquary looped around his wrist and mutters a short prayer in his slow breathy voice. With his left hand he reaches out, the hand curled as if grabbing something unseen.
Wispy purple smoke began to swirl and twist next to Yargin. The smoke darts forward, transforming from chaos to a spectral hand. Thin boney fingers clutch the arm holding the wand, as it touches the flesh, black lines emanate out from the ghost hand tracing along his veins.
Chill Touch - 14 to hit for 7 necrotic damage
Move - 25 feet forward (should me where the hallways is)
"What are you doing to me!" Yargin shouted out in pain as ghostly hand latched onto his forearm. He attempted to shake it off, but but it held true until dissipating back into a purplish smoke.
Meanwhile, Hookshanks shouted out, "Come on you hideous eye-offending venomous wankers! Yargin's 'etting away!" Though Brack & Hutton could still hear the feisty gnome, there was still no sign of him...
"We've got friends out there to talk to Yargin. Why don't you come out and talk to us, Hookshanks? We have questions that need answering." Hutton rumbles as he starts down the seemingly clear corridor. He crosses to the other side of the next door and motions to Brack to flank it with him once more.
"I really hate resorting to violence but your friend Giggles (gods, I hope that was a nickname) refused to talk and forced my hand with his impetuousness. I hope you won't make the same mistake. We're just trying to find your boss. Now come out here and talk to us before we all make choices we'll regret."

As Hutton crossed the threshold into the Front Room (A4), he heard the gnome say "Pass" before noticing a flash of movement to his left. Turning his head, he saw the diminutive form of Hookshanks begin to lunge at him with another one of his cleavers!...
@Hutton, DC6 Perception Check to notice Hookshanks:
On a success, take 0 damage at the attack misses.
On a failure, take 9 damage as you're caught by surprise and stabbed in the gut by one of Hookshanks' cleavers!
Rolls:
Hookshanks Stealth: 6
Hookshanks Attack on Hutton: Attack: 6 Damage: 3
Hookshanks Attack (Advantage if Stealth Successful): 21

Just catching sight of Hookshanks in time, Hutton moved with surprising alacrity for his size and dodge of the way of The gnome's lunging strike!
Seeing Yargin flail about in pain, Redii attempted to take advantage of the man's distress and subdue him. Unfortunately, Yargin's moves were so wild that she was unable to land a clean blow. "Stay still!" She yelled at him through gritted teeth. Another wail from Yargin was his only reply.

Brack is taken aback by the sudden flash of steel, though breathes a sigh of relief as Hutton's reflexively dodges out of the way. Giving a slight grin, the dwarf yells out to Hookshanks, "Yeh want to do this t'hard way, eh? Don't say we didn't warn yeh 'ookshanks, yeh errant onion-eyed scut!"
Brack's words cut deeply, similar to that of the discordant verses but with a more personal and poignant punctuation. The insults wash over the halfling like that of a crashing wave slapping against stone.
Vicious Mockery:Wis Save DC14 or 4 Psychic Damage and Disadvantage on Next Attack Roll
"Quit your yammerin'!" Hookshanks shouted as he paused momentarily to grab his head in pain.
Meanwhile, Yargin's freakout continued. "Gaedren! Help meee!!!" he shrieked as he pushed away a surprised Redii (OOC: Disengage action) and began to sprint down the pier towards the back of the Fishery. He didn't make it more than a few steps before the boardwalk collapsed beneath him, plummeting Yargin into the Jeggare River below...
Hearing the splash, Mazour sped around the corner to see what was happening. Turning the corner he saw Reddii and the surprised look on her face, the hole in the boardwalk, and a thrashing Yargin flailing in the river. For a moment he considered diving in and then thought better of it. Oh... that's not going to happen.
Closing in on Redii, he reached out placing his left hand on her shoulder. "May the Lady grant her blessings to you. Oh... I can't swim," said the elf in his breathy and deliberate way. With that, there was a flash of deep purple smoke around his form that spread inwards to consume his body into a rapidly fading swirl. Next to the hole Yargin fell through Mazour appeared in the same twisting purple smoke.
Action - Guidance on Redii
Move - next to Reddi.
Bonus Action - Blessing of the Raven Queen to teleport next to the hole.
"Aiee Die Jumbo!!" Hookshanks shouted as he drew a second cleaver and charged headlong into Hutton. Fortunately for him though, Brack's magic seemed to affect Hookshanks as intended and his moves were easy to read and avoid.
