After looting the bodies you look around. 300 yards away the ruins of Dal Nystiere are tall, slim, and elegant, but obviously very old. Many buildings are crumbling as if reluctantly returning to the earth. Most are roofless, but there are a few that are not. Birds occasionally fly through or around the town and you hear their calls.
You turn your attention to the squat building - if it's even that - in front of you. It just seems to be a shelter for the entrance to an underground area. There were doors once, but now they are indistinguishable from the dirt, dust, stones, and detritus scattered near the entrance. Someone has made an attempt to push the detritus aside so that one may stand at the top of the stairs without risking a rolled ankle.
As you stand there you get a sense of cold emanating from the darkened stairs that has nothing to do with temperature.

Grimbald can scout ahead, in darkness he is invisible to to those that rely on darkvision. (his darkvision is out to 90") Are there any preparations for magic or cold anyone?

Grimbald will take time memorise the appearances of the goblins. Especially the shaman. he will gather net and any recoverable bolts
RL will examine the dire wolf for the future when he will be able to wild shape into larger creatures
