Stryke is down with a bullywug standing over him, the creature could be grinning but hard to tell bullywug expressions. It might be regret and compassion that's on its face. But probably not.
Augustin drives the bullywugs back with a couple of wild swings, then with the space he's given himself he stoops and touches Stryke's forehead. The paladin whispers something that no one else can hear and there is a soft glow around Stryke and some of his wounds close up (healed for 7 points).
Stryke will stand up, shift to gain 4 temp hit points. As a bonus action, you can shift and assume a more bestial form and gain 4 temporary hit points. Your transformation lasts for 1 minute, until you die, or until you revert using a bonus action. While shifted, you have advantage on Wisdom checks, and no creature within 30 feet of you can make an attack roll with advantage against you unless you’re incapacitated.

I am assuming the chief going means the stun has ended?
oh that's not good. It was the bullywug spear that took you down, the bite was just a little extra. So rolled on the Piercing Injury table.
Lose an Eye. You have disadvantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight and on ranged attack rolls. Magic such as the regenerate spell can restore the lost eye. When you reach your next level you would have gotten used to using ranged attacks with one eye and will no longer have disadvantage. If you have no eyes left after sustaining this injury, you're blinded.

Seeing his friends become horribly disfigured he’s going to change his tactic to the war chief in the skull if he can to him without too much issue. (If there is he will continue to murder hobo where he is).

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The bullywugs look a bit uncertain, but their chief urges them on! From the safety of the dragonskull.
Wielding their spears and shields, they continue their attack!
The first one strikes at Augustin:
Bullywug 1: Spear - Attack: 14 Damage: 3.
Bullywug 1: Bite - Attack: 17 Damage: 4.
The next strikes Stryke:
Bullywug 2: Spear - Attack: 18 Damage: 7.
Bullywug 2: Bite - Attack: 20 Damage: 2.
The last in this row attacks Vakiel:
Bullywug 3: Spear - Attack: 13 Damage: 4.
Bullywug 3: Bite - Attack: 5 Damage: 2.
The one who tried to attack from the rear stalks Grimbald, stabbing and biting:
Bullywug 4: Spear - Attack: 13 Damage: 5.
Bullywug 4: Bite - Attack: 16 Damage: 4.
The chief lets out a long, loud croak, that must be some kind of battle cry, because the bullywugs nearby all respond and get another attack against their targets with advantage - but any attacks against them on the party's turn will also have advantage.
Bullywug 1 against Augustin: Spear - Attack: 14 Damage: 5.
Bullywug 2 against Stryke: Spear - Attack: 21 Damage: 7.
Bullywug 3 against Vakiel: Spear - Attack: 19 Damage: 6.

Wisdom save - 16

The party galvanise and renew the attack.
death saves on here or private?
Vakiel will attempt to slash at the chief in the skull
Attack: 18 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.

starry form drops as well due to unconsciousness
Grimbald continues to fight against the bullywug in front of him.
Stryke likes the idea of an eye patch, maybe its time for a career change to pirate
Yep
Vakiel can't get a good strike at the chief and the blade just rattles off the hard bone.
Seeing his friends become horribly disfigured he’s going to change his tactic to the war chief in the skull if he can to him without too much issue. (If there is he will continue to murder hobo where he is).
Esa shoots off another fire bolt at the bullywug croaker.
Attack: 21 Damage: 3.
The bullywug croaker takes Esa's fire bolt to the face and it collapses, wriggles for a bit, then dies.
Anything happen with this melee attack?
