Lena hides her workmanship, well enough that nothing in the next room should be drawn to investigate, other than by the goblin's seeming disappearance. A little over confident she risks a glance into the room, spying three more foes. She winces as her armor scrapes against the rock wall, to her a sound that echoes through her ears but with the waterfall so close there is a chance that she remains unheard.
Three more foes, and her alone again. Well, this is what she gets for leaving the others behind as she scouted ahead. No time for self recrimination now though, no time for hesitation, she needs to find out what happened to Gundren and Sildar, and something in here might be able to tell her...
She raises her crossbow, sighting as she spins and loosing bolts in a flurry. She targets the wolf first, knowing beasts to he the most primal and have the most chance of reacting to her presence. The goblin is hopefully weak again, and more death in the blink of an eye should help dismay the largest creature so she can gather information from an ambushed and scared foe.
Lena attacks again, seeking the weakers targets to thin numbers first. Initiative roll:21
Attack 1 (Attack action) - Wolf - 20 to hit, 19 piercing damage (Adv + SS)
Attack 3 (Dread Ambusher) - Bugbear - 23 to hit (crit), 30 (19 + 11) piercing damage (Adv + SS)
Bonus Action: Threatening the bugbear.
Lena sights her last shot on the creature, her aim perhaps a little too instinctive against her intention to interrogate. She calmly raises her voice over the waterfall's drone. "Yer forces be shattered, tell me where yer dwarf captive is and yer might stay me hand."
The first attack misses goblin 5 and the second attack hits goblin 5 for 1 point. Goblin 5 and 4 are still up. It's up to Karea to finish off the last two goblins.

Is there an area of darkness near the goblins where Karea can attack then in melee while remaining invisible?

OOC - Just a reminder that Sneak Attack triggers once per turn on a successful hit, not when you attack. So you could carry that 4 sneak attack damage onto the second attack since it wouldn't have happened on the missed swing.

They are cooking so the fire will light the area near them....You were able to skirt the southern edge of the wall to get to the Goblin boss as the 5 goblins shielded the fire from lighting the cave initially. There's only two standing there now. This is a surprise round as they were tending the cooking pot looking away. You have advantage and surprise still until they end of your turn.

Goblin 5 goes down arrow to the head. Goblin 4 is bloodied and beat to a pulp similar to their captive Sildar Hallwinter https://www.dndbeyond.com/monsters/22033-sildar-hallwinter Matheris gives Sildar some potions of healing. 6 : #1, 8 : #2, 8 : #3, and if needed 7 : #4
"Yeemik carries a pouch containing three gold teeth (1 gp each) and 15 sp. Sildar’s gear, along with Gundren Rockseeker, was taken to Cragmaw Castle", the goblin states.
The goblin says in common, "I can show you where Klarg is at and where his treasures is at. Everything, me no die. We no like Klarg he is mean boss."
The goblin takes you over to Klargs cave area and you meet up with Lena heading your way and Lena says, "They're all dead on this side of the bridge. Faith replies, "Same on the other side. The goblin sobbing, "no kill me. I show you it all...." The goblin takes you through the stuff.
The goblin points out the supplies. The piles of sacks and crates can provide half cover to any creature fighting or hiding behind them. Most are marked with the image of a blue lion—the symbol of the Lionshield Coster, a merchant company with a warehouse and trading post in Phandalin. Hidden among the supplies is an unlocked treasure chest belonging to Klarg
Treasure
The captured stores are bulky, and the characters will need a wagon to transport them. If they return the supplies to the Lionshield Coster in Phandalin they earn a reward of 50 gp and the friendship of Linene and her company.
In addition to the stolen provisions, Klarg has a treasure chest that contains 600 cp, 110 sp, two potions of healing, and a jade statuette of a frog with tiny golden orbs for eyes (40 gp). The frog statuette is small enough to fit in a pocket or pouch.
Their leader is a bugbear named Klarg. He answers to King Grol, chief of the Cragmaw tribe, who dwells in Cragmaw Castle. (The goblins can provide basic directions to Cragmaw Castle. It’s about twenty miles northeast of the Cragmaw hideout, in Neverwinter Wood.)
Klarg received a messenger goblin from King Grol a few days ago. The messenger told him that someone named the Black Spider was paying the Cragmaws to watch out for the dwarf Gundren Rockseeker, capture him, and send him and anything he was carrying back to King Grol. Klarg followed his orders. Gundren was ambushed and taken along with his personal effects, including a map.
Klarg had another treasure chest that he though was hidden but a few of the goblins new about it hidden away in an alcove.
Treasure chest:
30: pp
57: gp
77: sp
52: cp
Potion of healing Greater
Potion of Clairvoyance
20 x +1 Hand Crossbow Bolts
20 x +1 Arrows
Bag of holding x 2
4 x Potion of Healing
Sildar provides the characters with four pieces of useful information:
The three Rockseeker brothers (Gundren, Tharden, and Nundro) recently located an entrance to the long-lost Wave Echo Cave, site of the mines of the Phandelver’s Pact.
Klarg, the bugbear who leads this goblin band, had orders to waylay Gundren. Sildar heard from the goblins that the Black Spider sent word that the dwarf was to be brought to him. Sildar doesn’t know who or what the Black Spider is.
Gundren had a map showing the secret location of Wave Echo Cave, but the goblins took it when they captured him. Sildar believes that Klarg sent the map and the dwarf to the chief of the Cragmaws at a place called Cragmaw Castle. Sildar doesn’t know where that might be, but he suggests someone in Phandalin might know.
Sildar’s contact in Phandalin is a human wizard named Iarno Albrek. The wizard traveled to the town two months ago to establish order there. After the Lords’ Alliance received no word from Iarno, Sildar decided to investigate.
Sildar tells the characters that he intends to continue on to Phandalin, since it’s the nearest settlement. He offers to pay the party 50 gp to provide escort. Although he has no money on him, Sildar can secure a loan to pay the characters within a day after arriving in Phandalin. First, he hopes they’ll put a stop to the goblin raids by clearing out the caves.

“No, I agree with your first suggestion. Better to take word to the town, and share the news of this Goblinoid menace, and take Sildar to his contact. This Albrek might be able to further clarify the picture.”
Faith grunts as he sits on the ground, after their exploration of the cave. “This time of day though, I agree. Let’s make a camp and rest up. I don’t fancy the travel this close to the woods when the sun sets.”
Faith nods his head toward Klarg’s body. Justice must be seen to be done. “Is this one of the heads you need, Matheris?”
Matheris gathers the head of Klarg and finds something to wrap it in and puts it in his bag while the others start gathering up the bodies. He joins them as he brings out Klargs body to add to the funeral Pyre and wood is gathered to burn the bodies. The goblin helps too.
Faith points his ring at the Goblin with full health, and an Eldritch Blast shoots out leaving a trail of greasy smoke.
