(Free action) Fred's eight (8) conjured snakes will all attack the creature:
1 Attack: 26 Damage: 9; If that Hits, take 15 Poison, CON Save DC 11 for half
2 Attack: 10 Damage: 6; If that Hits, take 9 Poison, CON Save DC 11 for half
3 Attack: 23 Damage: 6; If that Hits, take 13 Poison, CON Save DC 11 for half
4 Attack: 15 Damage: 8; If that Hits, take 6 Poison, CON Save DC 11 for half
5 Attack: 15 Damage: 8; If that Hits, take 11 Poison, CON Save DC 11 for half
6 Attack: 25 Damage: 6; If that Hits, take 13 Poison, CON Save DC 11 for half
7 Attack: 25 Damage: 6; If that Hits, take 8 Poison, CON Save DC 11 for half
8 Attack: 17 Damage: 7; If that Hits, take 15 Poison, CON Save DC 11 for half
Those all hit, but the venom from the snakes doesn’t seem like it’s effecting the Thessalhydra. But lucky for you, the snakes manage to bite another head off.
(Progo will use his uncanny dodge reaction to half the damage from head 3.)
Progo will draw a vial of Alchemist Fire as his object interaction. "Let's see you regrow those choppers with this!" Progo will throw the vial at the vase if the heads (purposely not by Thalron's predicament).
Attack: 11 Damage: 7
This sticky, adhesive fluid ignites when exposed to air. As an action, you can throw this flask up to 20 feet, shattering it on impact. Make a ranged attack against a creature or object, treating the alchemist's fire as an improvised weapon. On a hit, the target takes 1d4 fire damage at the start of each of its turns. A creature can end this damage by using its action to make a DC 10 Dexterity check to extinguish the flames.
Progo will slip back to I10 (bonus action disengage)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(After Progo and the butterfly but before Fred, Thalron takes his turn. BTW Progo, if DM is ok with it, just create a new message saying this is your inspiration re-roll and roll a d20 + mod. He can apply the 7 fire damage or tell you to regain your inspiration.)
Movement: only the thrashing of where the tail takes me.
Thalron continues his recklessness in his body attacks!
BA: Dancing Sword Attack: 22 Damage: 11 (not reckless because not wielding it in hand)
(Progo will use his uncanny dodge reaction to half the damage from head 3.)

Can you knock a Huge creature prone?
Either way, it misses
It will then use its Legendary Action to sweep its tail at Fred and Progo. I need a Dex save, DC 14, on a fail you are knocked Prone.

Knocking Prone - If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 13 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
D&D since 1984
Do I still need to save even though the attack misses?
The 6 heads lash out
Progo:
Head 1: 13, 2 piercing
Head 2: 16, 1 piercing
Head 3: 18, 4 piercing
Fred:
Head 4: 3, 1 piercing
Head 5: 18, 3 piercing
Head 6: 4, 3 piercing
Then it will bring Thalron to his maw and bite:
To hit: 22, 10 piercing + 9 acid
…and from the 3 stumps 2 more heads grow out each.

(Is it too late to use inspiration on that attack role? If so how? Advantage or add a roll to it?)
Mara's butterfly flies to C5, and gets ready to give the Help action to give advantage to the next attack to the thessalhydra after Thalron's turn.
Fred will repeat his attacks.
