Hunters mark concentration (disadvantaged since hit with thunderwave and hyena): 5
Grogan sees Druman down after his rough landing before he could think of a reaction the hyena bites into him. He wriggled himself free of the bite and carefully dodges further chops (action: disengage). He runs over to Druman and tries to drag the limp dog away from the fight.
Tully realizes what he has done to his allies and enemies, if he is not directly in melee he will move away from everyone 35ft. He will say to Kit, "Oh no, not again, sorry!" and cast healing word as a bonus action. Then he will look towards the big hyena with bloodlust, his eyes and blade begin to glow green and he will shoot a vengeful beam from his hand.
[the leader should add 2 from the thunderwave since he is under my hex blades curse as for the eldritch blast 20 to hit (with advantage from faerie fire which is still up) 5
Healing word healing 7 to Kit
Noted.
Eldritch blast hits with a resounding boom and a shower of green sparks.

Druman deathsave: 7
I'm not sure if that's how concentration saving throws work, but we'll go with it. You lose concentration on the hunter's mark, Druman fails a deathsave, and you and Druman have both escaped combat for the moment (10ft between you and the melee skirmish).
Enemy turns:
The hyena lunges toward Tully and attacks: 18 to hit, 5 damage on a hit.
One gnoll is dead, killed by Kit
Two gnolls target Brakoba (spears:
18 to hit, 9 damage
22 to hit, 4 damage
One gnoll shoots an arrow at Jennlin: 6 to hit, 8 damage.
The leader gnoll attacks Brakoba (one of two targets not actively bleeding) twice:
22 to hit, 11 damage.
9 to hit, 4 damage.
I had the problem with multiple pages with quotes again.

(Sorry I wasn't clear in my post. Short bow attack was supposed to be against the Dwarf, unless Kit was still in melee with the Gnoll. I'll try to describe my actions better next time.)
Having taken down the Gnoll, Kit adjusts her aim and takes a shot at the fleeing dwarf.
(Sorry I missed a few post, I might have miss a turn - I'm not sure)
Intelligence check (re the stone) : 18 Hit by the Gnoll's spear and Leader attacks : HP Brak 22/35
On his turn, Brak starting to bleed will unleash his attacks on the Leader. "This ones is for me, stop the dwarf !"
Attack Turn 2 Warpick: 16 (23 if adv) to hit, piercing 6 damage If you allow me to play the turn that I miss: Attack Turn 3 Warpick: 22 to hit, piercing 10 damage
edit: I forgot about the feary fire on the leader !!!! I’ll roll again the chan because of advantage
(I had 2 con save throws from being hit twice, so I just did one save roll at disadvantage, since that tell us worse case of the rolls at a DC of 10 (I think the DC is the higher of 10 or half the damage done but don't quote me on that!))
As Druman get back on his feet Grogan gets on and say, "let's ride!" They ride away from melee as far as Druman can take them (20' more after getting up from prone). Grogan will put away the shortsword and shield and prepare to pull out the shortbow.
Tully ducks out of the way slobbering jaws of the Hyena and pulls out his emerald rapier and plunges it toward the feral beast that still glows with his spell. While plugging his sword into the foul beast he will say, “Brak old chum, give the leader some justice!”
As a bonus action, I will give bardic inspiration to Brak.

I assumed you made a concentration saving throw each time you took damage, DC 10 or half the damage, whichever is higher. In this case that would probably be two DC 10 Consituition saves, but don't quote me on that either.

Leif casts mirror image on himself, and bonus action Bully attacks closest enemy. Shortbow. Ranged Weapon Attack:14 to hit, range 40/160 ft., one target. Hit: 1 piercing damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or become poisoned for 1 minute. If its saving throw result is 5 or lower, the poisoned target falls unconscious for the same duration, or until it takes damage or another creature takes an action to shake it awake.

Wait, Bully is still here?
Wouldn't the concentration loss cause him to disappear?
On second thought, how did you have bully summoned and [Tooltip Not Found] cast at the same time?
Bully is the familiar of a pact of the chain warlock not a concentration spell. He was damaged but I used a reaction to grant him resistance. He’s still up.
Pact of the Chain You learn the find familiar spell and can cast it as a ritual. The spell doesn’t count against your number of spells known. When you cast the spell, you can choose one of the normal forms for your familiar or one of the following special forms: imp, pseudodragon, quasit, or sprite.
Additionally, when you take the Attack action, you can forgo one of your own attacks to allow your familiar to make one attack of its own with its reaction.

Your warpick smashes into the leader, drawing blood. Make an intimidation check.

Rapier Attack rolled a nat 20 and 8 damage.
The hyena growls at you, singling you out as its target after your rapier draws blood.
Leader:
11 to hit, 4 damage (targeting Brakoba)
21 to hit, 11 damage (targeting Brakoba)
Hyena:
15 to hit, 14 damage (targeting Tully)
Gnolls:
One shoots an arrow at Jennlin: 12 to hit, 7 damage
One shoots an arrow at Kit: 9 to hit, 8 damage
One is dead
One stabs Bully: 8 to hit (including disadvantage from invisible target, although he has a reasonable idea of where Bully is because of the arrows), 3 damage.
Jennlin deftly avoids the incoming fire and returns a shot but sees it sailing wide once more (8 to hit misses :P ). She will then begin moving further away and look for a suitable place if possible to gain some cover.
If necessary she will add an extra 30 ft to her movement by using her Blessing of the Raven Queen and teleporting to an unoccupied space, maybe behind the stage or side of a building or something.
Tully whimpers as the Hyena rips into his flesh then he drops from the blood loss. As he falls the green glowing around the large beast flickers out like a light that loses power.

Change action then, After the gnoll's arrow flies wide of it's mark, Kit rushes to Tully's side and casts Cure Wounds (7 HP rolled in app).

Pact of the Chain
You learn the find familiar spell and can cast it as a ritual. The spell doesn’t count against your number of spells known. When you cast the spell, you can choose one of the normal forms for your familiar or one of the following special forms: imp, pseudodragon, quasit, or sprite.

(Find Familiar isn't a concentration spell)
Prerequisite: Pact of the Chain feature
When you cast find familiar, you infuse the summoned familiar with a measure of your eldritch power, granting the creature the following benefits:
The dwarf falls to the ground, unconscious.
Your warpick smashes into the leader, drawing blood. Make an intimidation check.
That misses the gnoll.
You are 30 feet away from the main skirmish.
The hyena growls at you, singling you out as its target after your rapier draws blood.
