(OOC: Yeah! And is very close to how a image Thaurea. She´s only a bit stronger, with more squared face and brilliant black eyes. Maybe more red-haired. The other characteristics are exactly the same, includind the amulet and the Sphere! I love it! )
I may try to make it in AI exactly according to your description.
(DM: You're all currently about 250ft away from the horses, near the wagon / road, Thomarcan advance and investigate if you wish, but not at this range. We'll say that Ianstaer is asleep in the wagon, so the rest of you may progress. What do you do next?)
As the party approaches the horses, a rustling sound comes from the thickets either side of the road, followed closely by a group of goblins erupting from their hiding spots. Four filthy and smelly creatures, unsurprised by the cautiously encroaching adventurers, snarl their goblin warcry. Two of the goblins, on the other side of the road from Thaurea, shortbows in hand begin to take aim, while their seemingly more aggressive colleagues rush out with short rusty stabbing implements held firmly.
(DM: No maps for this one, can try "Theatre of Imagination", unless y'all desperately want maps :P
Let's say that the 2 horses are on the road, and 10ft North and 10ft South are 2 goblins. Thaurea is 20ft West of the North 2 goblins, and Thomar and Ashleighare 20ft West of the horse in the road. Let me know if that all works for you!
Thomar leads the way towards the woods, positioning himself in front of Thaurea and using his shield to protect her. Thomar waves his hand to tell Ashleigh to stay behind him. (OOC: I rolled 11, so do I add +0 on my intelligence check to roll investigation? I want to see if there are shadows of bandits in the woods)
(DM: Just as an FYI Marbuzal, when we roll for initiative, combat is beginning, so no more movement or actions as we've essentially entered a "time slows down and now we determine in what order everyone moves" etc. So, we'll determine what the overall order is when everyone has rolled, and then you all take turns! :P
As for your roll, your Initiative score is on your character sheet, and is a +1. You seemed to have rolled in the app (as seen in Game Log for campaign), and rolled 17 + 1 for an Initiative of 18!
(OOC: yeah, sorry about that, I didn’t know that it will make a roll on the app. Didn’t know it’s a button to press. Also what is “gobbo”?) I googled it, apparently it a goblin. Ahaha, nice! So you rolled initiative for goblins? Cool.
(DM: Sorry, yes, that was my funny way of saying Goblins :P Yep, everyone gets Initiative; usually I'd roll certain things in secret but with something like this everyone will need to know the order of business. Once Ashleigh has an initiative score, we'll order it all and kick it off!)
OOC: In my turn it is possible to identify if some of the goblins looks like a leader or something like that?
(DM: For sure! You can do things like this as a "Free Action", something that doesn't cost your turn / action. Things like speaking also count. But you can easily try to tell them apart! I'll just do that now though easy-peasy:
All four goblins look dirty, and smell worse. They're all the same size and build, with the same assortment of rag-tag hide and leather outfits, rusty knives or shortswords, and short bows that look little more than branches with string. None appear bigger or more important than the rest...
Thomar, sounds great, please roll both to attack (so roll your sword's +5 Hit part) and damage (roll the damage too), post both in your reply, and I'll see if you hit! For reference, both "South" goblins are the ones with the bow, and are up on top of the embankment that you can run up, and are within your movement range (of 25ft), so which of the 2 would you aim for? One is a little closer to you, the other stood next to their partner. Both next to each other. Let me know if that makes sense to you!)
(DM: To Hit 2+5 = 7, accordingly log, sadly this is a miss!)
Thomar, shield raised and sword swinging, rushes up the embankment and rains a solid blow down on one of the bow-wielding goblins. Not caught unawares, the alert creature side-steps the blade, and lets loose a filthy-looking black-feathered arrow already prepared. The arrow snakes through the short space, but the Dwarf's trained arm brings his shield up, deflecting the tiny barbed projectile...
(DM: Attack (at disadvantage due to close-range): 17 to Hit, vs Thomar'sAC 18, miss
That's Thomarand South 2 goblin done, so Thaureais up!)
Thaureawill hold her action to grapple the closest North. Then she shouts to the goblins hear: "Hey, sirs, we don´t need to fight! But we will, if needed! We already know where each of you are. And we are many, well armed and stronger than you, believe me! But we can be friendly, we weren´t payed to fight to anyone! We just want to pass and follow our way peacefully! Maybe you can even help us to reach our destiny! Let´s talk!"
(DM: Sounds good, Thaurea, please can you roll an Athletics check ready? Thanks!)
With a Dwarf attacking their friend, and a huge Goliath shouting on the other embankment, the second Goblin on the South-side, legs beginning to shake and quiver, looses their prepared arrow at the lonely Sorcerer stood in the road. While the aim itself is not true, the arrow nonetheless flies directly at Ashleigh, grazing and slashing into their thigh, and thudding into the muddy trail just behind.
(DM: Attack: 11 To Hit vs 10 AC, with 3 Piercing Damage)
Order: Thomar, South 2, Thaurea, South 1, North 2, North 1, Ashleigh

Thaurea will, carefully, follow Tomar and Ash, through the woods and not through the road, trying to investigate where did those arrows came from.

Thomar runs towards the smaller goblin, preferably on with the bow. And tries to slash him with a sword.
