The skin on the corpse (now a corpse for the second time) crisps up real nice like a good pork roast. Unfortunately, it lacks the pleasing odor of a good pork roast - it's far less pleasant.
Make either a nature or an animal handling check (your choice) to track down Ambrosious and bring him back to the camp. You have advantage, because Salida is helping!
"I wouldn't be particularly useful as a guide here if I wasn't good wiith a sword." Salida grunts, but you think she's secretly pleased that someone noticed.
Ambrosious, as it turns out, didn't go too far afield, and he seems delighted to see you! Maybe it's the food you forgot you had on you, but he follows you back to the camp without complaint. It doesn't take too long for you to finish cleaning up the camp and you're once again ready to head out - maybe a little later in the day than you'd planned.
So, once again, it's time to decide who's leading, and (by extension) who's rolling survival to see how well you can lead (with advantage, since I'm assuming you'll want Salida's help).
Mortimer isn't terrible at the whole wilderness thing, he certainly isn't trained in it. And while he wouldn't object to spending some time with Salia and her ...ahem... vast knowledge and skill, he knows that he is distractable by it. "I will if no one else wants to."
Salida shrugs and sniffs the air experimentally. "I think we can spare about an hour - these little packs usually don't cluster together that much. I wouldn't risk staying here any longer than that, though."
((Or, to be more explicit: You can take a short rest, but there's no guarantee you won't get attacked again (I give you about 75% odds at being safe). Or you can set off now))
Smart lads and lasses all. You all take an hour or so to heal up (and use hit dice, should you really need some health back). Your humble DM rolls to see if you actually make it an hour without something nasty appears, snaps his fingers in disappointment, and grumpily assures you that you are successful in not having more monsters find you (FOR NOW). Salida grumbles a little at the delay, but you get the feeling she needed the rest too.
She stands, stretches, and looks over to Fenrir, who she seems to have decided is the closest thing to a leader you have at the moment. "Ready to go?"
((Nominate someone to take the lead, which means you make a survival check to navigate - you can roll with advantage too because Salida will be helping you out. Alternatively, you can help Salida and she'll make the roll))

Make a constitution saving throw.
Mortimer gags a little at the stench. 12
You manage to not puke, but you think that you might if you burn any more of those corpses.
The acid in the back of his throat finally summons Fenrir from his rage. In order to hide his queasiness, he volunteers to go after the dinosaur.

"Well," said Enri as he wiped the assorted viscera off of his swords, "that was bracing."
Fenrir makes a nature check: 18
He also passes on a brief compliment to Salida for her sword-based skills.

Fenrir seems uninterested in leading the way at this time.
Enri looked around. He knew jungles, right? Well, definitely forests. Probably woods. He'd been outside before, definitely.
Honestly, how different could this be than Waterdeep?
"I propose", he says, "that we...do our best and get moving. Now."
18
"Okay, I guess I can try. Does anyone need healing before we move?"
Raff looks at, abstractly, his hit points, and decides he feels about half as good as he could.
"I wouldn't mind a rest, or uh... a good healer."
Mortimer turns back to Salida. "Do we have time for a breather, or will we be moving slowly enough for Raft to recover? I'll heal him if not."
Salida shrugs and sniffs the air experimentally. "I think we can spare about an hour - these little packs usually don't cluster together that much. I wouldn't risk staying here any longer than that, though."

Fenrir is looking a little worse for wear himself.
Raff is all about that short rest.
Mortimer doesn't mind getting attacked by more undead. He might even be morally obligated to be attacked by them!
Talindra is smart enough to know unhurt team members make better meat shields for squishy magic users and so is happy to do this resting thing.
