(I assume that they're still far enough away and the light is dim enough that they would have disadvantage on attack rolls against Rash, especially if Aidwyn can't see them well?)
"On the contrary, I think you're the ones who should be dropping your weapons and surrendering," Rash calls back. "Especially since you took this cave from its rightful owners!"

Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?
I'm just going to quote that before the mysterious forces of the forum actually change the roll... (a few moments ago the post had the "potentially manipulated" tag but the roll wasn't actually changed. Now the tag seems to be gone).
"Surrender now" says Aidwyn asking herself how they were able to see each other in that darkness were they making guard in total darkness trusting that they will catch the shioulette of someone coming in? "Otherwise I cannot garantee your safety..."
"These must be more like tieflings than halflings..." one of the four mutters (who knows what he meant) "Let's treat them accordingly!"
It's clear that hostilities are about to begin... and since everyone is aware of it, you all can roll initiative - except Rash, who, presciently, has already rolled it.
Just to confirm: since Obadiah usually fights with a Greatsword, immediately after kicking the double door open, he drops the torch on the doorstep (to hold his weapon with both hands and fight), right?
Hearing the muttered comment from behind the double doors, the scowl on Spira's face not only returns but redoubles. As soon as Obadiah has the door down, she leaps in behind him with her crossbow raised, kicking the fallen torch into the room towards the Zhentarim as she moves.
"A LOT more like tieflings, slaver scum!" , she snarls. "The devilspawn is upon you! Only those who surrender will live. Two of your friends below were smart enough; the rest are dead. You'll get no help from them."

Famh Thrawn Fiadhaich - 'half elven' sorcerer (wild magic) 2, Sleeping Gods - A Dragon Warriors campaign in the Lands of Legend
Quspira Inirali - tiefling cleric (Life domain) 4, Painted's "He'll be the father of my child"
---RETIRED HEROES' REST HOME---
Sae Ivui Nailo - wood elf rogue (inquisitive) 5 , Sea of Death: Captain Hailstorm's Lost Treasure
Ryshraxea "Shra" Naranthi - tabaxi artificer 1, Nyx's Tomb of Annihilation - Group 1
(OOC: I'm assuming this group was the one I heard from a distance, rather than there being zhentarim behind BOTH sets of doors? And that they are in fact in darkness and so might be dazzled by sudden torchlight, whereas it would reveal them better to the entrance team?)

Both assumptions correct! This group is the one you heard and they were in darkness, now a bitt dazzled by torchlight - and for sure finally Aidwyn can see them!
Round 1
The lit torch in the center reveals a room with an opening (without a door) on the south side and elegant double doors in walnut (with abstract inlay decorations) on the east, north and west sides. A counter has been overturned and now leans against the south opening, like a barricade. Behind the counter are the four Zhentarim already sighted by Rash (and heard by Spira): a woman with an ear cut in half (Ec), a bald man (Bm), a woman who spits in Spira's direction in response to her offering (Sw), a man with a long moustache (Mm).
The Zhentarim were taking cover (3/4) from the intruders coming from south... but they do not have any against the invaders entered from east!
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Rash will start off by casting ray of frost at Spitting Woman. His main concern is keeping these guys pinned down and off-balance until the rest of the party have softened them up a bit. He'll use the doorway for a bit of cover from return fire.
Attack: 4 Damage: 1

Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?
Spira, enraged by what she's heard both before and after, finds she's exposed herself just a little too much and the blow of the mace, hitting her in the stomach, hurts and takes her breath away momentarily.
Bald Man, on the other hand, aims at Aidwyn with his crossbow: "You run back too, like that wise half-orc! Or I'll stick you like a pigeon!"
Aidwyn covers with her shield and can hear and feel the bolt impacting it and ricocheting to the wall at her left. If she had been just a split of a second slower... she started to realize one thing, those zhentarim weren't childs and they were detetermined to kill them all. Like it was back at her village it was her or them. Her eyes adopted a cold, determined expression.
Round 1:
In case she is able to reach her initiative order counscious I will leave here my round 1 for tomorrow I have to travel by car and wouldn't be able to check the forum
Movement go up to the barricade
Action attack: Bald Man: 15
Damage just in case but I doubt it thanks to their 3/4 cover: 7

Realizing the others are confronting the zhentarim, the white-haired warrior kicks open the double door and storms inside.

(Yes, Obadiah would drop the torch just before grabbing his blade with two hands to swing it properly)

Round 1
Rash's magical beam goes full against the counter, with no appreciable effect; but after all the half-orc aimed simply to distract the opponents...
Unfortunately, the opponents, after the first moment of bewilderment, are well aware of the threat posed by the internal team!
Ear Cut is the first to react, cursing: "Dirty Devilspawn!" and rushing, mace in hand, against Spira.
Ear Cut's mace attack: 16 Damage: 3 (bludgeoning)
Round 1
Spira, enraged by what she's heard both before and after, finds she's exposed herself just a little too much and the blow of the mace, hitting her in the stomach, hurts and takes her breath away momentarily.
Bald Man, on the other hand, aims at Aidwyn with his crossbow: "You run back too, like that wise half-orc! Or I'll stick you like a pigeon!"
Bald Man's crossbow attack: 20 Damage: 7 (piercing)
I forgot - Aidwyn is heavily shaded - Bald Man should have rolled at Disadvantage. I roll a second time to hit and we keep the lowest roll: 23
Round 1
The blow is not at all accurate (perhaps due to the fact that the warrior is still in a heavily obscured area) and Aidwyn's heavy armor stops it.
Now Obadiah and Spira are up! The both of you can act, any order!
