The white-haired warrior is slow to act, not getting the advantage of surprise he was counting on when bursting through the double doors. He swings his greatsword at the woman with an ear cut in half, striding forward as he does.
Greatsword: 16 Slashing: 9
If attack is a crit or kills Ear Cut use Great Weapon Master Feat for another attack on Spitting Woman as he strides to the southwest to shield the tiefling.
The woman with an ear cut in half partially blocks Obadiah's blow, gripping the mace at the two opposite ends (head and handle) and temporarily using it as a parrying stick. The weight of the blade and the power of the barbarian cause the edge of the greatsword to still affect the woman's flesh, leaving a red furrow that starts from the shoulder and goes down to mid-chest, but the Zhentarim, thus, instead of being cut in two, he staggers... he bleeds... but he's still able to fight.
“A…good…hit” she admits, gritting her teeth. "...But not good enough!"
"Oh, you think you're SO clever getting too close for me to shoot. You'll find I'm just full of tricks. And you'd better put me down before I get the strength together to call another giant bug to eat you all!" Leaving the bolt balanced on her crossbow in case she gets the range to shoot, she reaches into her tunic to grasp the silver crescent moon at her neck "Narv-nin cothae, Angharradh!", she cries. A burning silver radiance envelops her body, filling a five-foot sphere around her. And as she points at each foe within that range, wisps of smoke begin to curl up from their clothing and skin.

Word of Radiance has a range of 5'. Scale is 1 square = 5'. So the range of the spell is 1 square.
This means that Spira can either stay where she is, and affect only Ec, or move to the square north-west of Obadiah's position, and affect Ec, Sw and Mm.
She can't affect only Ec and Sw, for the only suitable position is already occpied by Obadiah... and Spira can not voluntarily end her movement in a square occupied by another creature of the same size.
Of course, going in the square north-west of Obadiah's position, it would mean to be a lot more exposed to mace blows... but, oh, well, it's Spira's choice whether to go there or not.
(OOC: OK, given OisinmacCameron's internet issue, I'll take myself a decision for Spira - next time OisinmacCameron is with us he can correct me, if he likes and I'll try to fix things. Adopting the most safe choice, for now, as Spira is not very well heavy armored)
Round 1
Obadiah notices a sudden radiance behind her - thankfully harmless. Or so he believed! But the woman with an ear cut in half, instead, tries to shelter herself, as if that light could hurt her...
...And hurt it does! The light, objectively more intense on Zhentarim than on Obadiah, causes several burns. For the woman, already terribly tried by the wound suffered earlier, it's too much: with a last wince of pain she murmurs: "OK ... This could finally be good enough, after all..." then she slips to the floor, gasping. She closes her eyes, never to open them again — she's dead.
The woman who had already spat before at Spira to refuse his offer now does the same towards the cursed warrior's face. She's not just a matter of contempt...she's hoping to get him to close his eyes for an instant, so that she can swing her mace suddenly at that time!
But the white haired warrior is too experienced to fall for such a trick and easily avoids spit and blow.
Meanwhile, Aidwyn has reached the barrier, engaging the bald man. Now that the warrior is so close, the man is not as protected from the corner, because the agile girl can lean out... and in doing so, she lands a thrust that pierces both the leather of the armor and the skin of the Zhentarim!
The man's last stunned words are lost in a regurgitation of blood as he falls back, limp.
Another life goes out in the indifference of the Longsaddle's winter cold.
Roxana decides to remain cautious, slipping through the doors, heading her right, then taking position in the corner. (The NE corner of the main room.) She pulls out her shortbow, firing at the Spitting Woman (Sw). (Shortbow Attack: 11, Damage: 9; Sneak Attack Damage: 5 - from Obidiah within 5 ft)
Roxana takes aim and fires her arrow, but it only grazes the Zhentarim and the leather armor is enough to deflect the point.
Mustache Man meanwhile stands in front of Aidwyn, on the other side of the overturned counte and exclaims: "But where did you all come from!?" and, holding the mace in both hands to give more strength, he lowers it in a wide arc towards the girl's head...

Rash decides that it's time to stop hiding... but he'll still try to stick to a shadowy area where it will be harder to see (basically, he's moving to a spot where he'll be able to enter the melee next round).
With his action, he has nothing better to do so he'll cast ray of frost at Mustache Man
Attack: 17 Damage: 6

Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?

Just to clarify, Rash is moving as close to the barricade as he can with his movement. Also, almost forgot that if that Ray of Frost hits Mustache Man, then the man's speed will be reduced by 10 feet until the start of Rash's next turn (even if he barely noticed that 1 point of damage lol)

A frigid beam of blue-white light shoots from the half-orc wizard's fingers, streaking toward Mustache Man. The man tries to duck behind the counter, but is too slow and is hit in the ear.
"Great, that's what I needed, with all the cold we already have this winter!" he protests, bringing his hand to the affected spot. He has perhaps begun to move a little slower, but he seems more angry than hurt.
Now Obadiah and Spira are up for Round 2! Any order
(Lol! Oberon, you're really lame keeping hand-writing the dice roller formulas - so you don't take into account critical damage and when you crit you have to do a new post to amend! Start using the tool that I developed! It's free! And, according to some users, it's cool too! 😉)
Like a whirlwind of steel, the cursed fighter overwhelms the Zhentarim in front of him, severing her head from her neck. The woman will never spit again. And like an insensitive and inanimate whirlwind, the woodsman passes over, investing the last survivor, who however narrowly dodges, while the vehemence of the blow sends the blade of the greatsword planting itself in the improvised barrier. Mustache Man, shaken, casts a fleeting glance at the east double door...
