Obadiah starts making his sweep of this level and, since the Zhentarim have all been rendered harmless (some permanently, some temporarily) the exploration is completed without difficulty.
The only rooms that are completely new to him are the ones I labeled 'Dinner' and 'Dormitory' on the map.
The 'Dormitory' had already been explored by Rash: it's a large room with simple and (once) comfortable beds; now they are ruined by time (some parts of the wood have given way and the mattresses rest on the ground) but they are still usable.
The beds cover the entire perimeter of the room (there are ten in total). In the center of the room, there is a large wooden tub (7' in diameter) that is empty.
The dining room has a sturdy, elegant, large oval table (10' x 20' oval) of mahogany in the center. The table's appearance is marred by signs that have been engraved on it with crude tools, clearly subsequent to its manufacture. Five candles are on top of it. There are also five stools, much less luxurious than the table has been, which can possibly be used to sit down.
Upon re-entering the throne room, however, Obadiah realizes that no one has opened or examined the chest contained therein... You've probably all been too busy discovering the secret passage. The chest is locked, but Rash had found two keys - and you've only used one so far...
Not one to get excited over the prospect of gold, Obadiah still returns to the kitchen, telling the team about the locked chest. "If we can get it open we might find something useful, although it's probably just be whatever loot the half-orc zhent had got his hands on."
Rash will go ahead and follow Obediah to the 'throne room' to open the chest. Just in case there is a trap, he'll use mage hand to insert and turn the key from the maximum 30-foot distance.

Obadiah stands back as Rash uses his suspicious witchcraft to open the chest. It wasn't that he didn't trust the half-orc, he just didn't trust magic, and after the witch cursed him he would likely never do so.
After the chest has been opened with every precaution, its contents are available to our heroes!
There are a generous amount of coins (1500cp, 900sp, 40gp) and some gems (a translucent striped red one, a opaque gray-black one and an opaque striated light and dark green one).
Roxana is ready to step over with Spira to help out with Solitude, when she stops short at Rash's comment. "Did you say we promised Wumgu that we would find him a new home? When did that happen? How could we make such a promise? Where are we going to find him a home?"
"Pretty sure both Obadiah and Spira said we would find a new tribe for him..." Rash reminds Roxana.
He suddenly realizes just how complicated things have gotten... one goblin that they've promised to aid, three prisoners that they need to figure out what to do with, and two freed slaves, one of whom has a serious injury that may leave her permanently debilitated, all of whom the party are now responsible for... the prisoners are probably going to be the hardest 'problem' to solve, with the limping tiefling and the homeless goblin tied in second.
The Zhentarim girl he's already promised to protect and take on as his assistant once the business here is done, and that promise he intends to keep. But he has no idea the fate of the two men... Rash doesn't want to see them hang, especially not the young lad, but somehow he doubts that they will be won over to his or any of his companions' causes the way the girl was, and they could present a danger in the future if they're simply released. Perhaps they could simply leave them bound in the 'beautiful den' when they move on to avoid being followed, but as long as the two are alive and free they could come back later, bringing the wrath of the Zhentarim with them.
And with all of that... they still have no idea what the damned password is.
The white-haired warrior nods. "I did offer to give him directions to the other tribe that is located in the hills north of here, I will take care of that. Don't know if they will give him a new home or simply kill him."Obadiah says grimly.
"It's a very real possibility that they could simply kill him on sight," Rash says unhappily. "I certainly hope not... that little guy has suffered more than enough already."
He then changes the subject.
"So, the point of this meeting was to figure out what we're doing next, right? Anyone got any ideas? We have three prisoners, two starved tieflings (one of whom has a crippled leg), the goblin, and no idea how to get past security downstairs to find the magic bead we came out here for in the first place. Part of me says we should just go try to guess the password from the clues that the strange child gave us, but we have no idea what will happen if we fail..."

The white-haired warrior shrugs. He preferred to do something over nothing, in particular when time was limited. He hadn't the faintest idea what the password would be, a halfling appearing and for some reason revealing it had six letters, nothing of this made sense to him but he was a simple man, not used to the mad designs of the Harpells. "We should press on, the zhents we can take back to Longsaddle, the tieflings can rest here and join our journey back and the goblin will just have to wait til we've found what we came here for." He says grimly and stands up, readying himself to descend down the stairs.
"I suppose so," Rash mutters. "But perhaps we'd be best off getting some sleep first before we head back into whatever madness is down there. We've been fighting and running around like chickens with our heads cut off all day, and I doubt even you can keep that pace up forever."

(Presuming Spira shares what her examination of Solitude revealed...)
Roxana takes a look at Solitude to confirm what was found. (Medicine: 13) Then with a slight sigh she explains the situation to Solitude. "It seems your bone was broken, but it healed badly. That's why you limp. It's not going to get better on its own."
She pauses for a moment, again glancing to Spira. "I'm not sure if my companion here can help much with magic, but the normal treatment would be to break the bone again. And we will have to try and set it and get your leg immobilized so it will heal back the right way."
Roxana delivers the news in a calm voice, but is clearly disappointed that this is necessary. She pauses to get the patient's reaction. And to see if Spira had anything to add.
"As far as Wumgu is concerned," says Spira, "I was thinking at the time that we could ask Blinn for his advice. You remember, Rash, the wizard we met at the Fuzzy Quarterstaff who pointed out the diviner for us? He's a Harpell, so he'd have access to all their knowledge of the area, and might be able to tell us how the tribe to the north would receive a strange goblin. And he's a half-orc, so he probably shares our visceral understanding about not treating someone differently based on their race or species. If Wumgu's willing, the family might even be able to take him in and find his place in life!"
She gets up and begins to walk about in a small circle, seeming almost unaware she is doing it. "I am worried about Solitude's leg. The bone wasn't set at all, and it healed wrong. It will have to be rebroken and then set, and she'll probably need some care while she's recovering. If she's willing to wait for us here until we're done, someone could stay with her while the rest went back to Longsaddle and got a litter or a cart to take her somewhere she can heal in peace. But I suspect we'd have as little luck telling her what to do as we would with this reprobate here." She points at her brother with a grin, and takes the time to call over to him, "It may still be a red herring. Gaer, but this is much more than a Zhentarim den. They apparently took over some ancient Harpell ruins, according to Roxana here, so there could be something that powerful lost and forgotten somewhere below. And if there's even a faint chance, wouldn't you like to have the opportunity back to explain the proper courtesies of borrowing mirrors to our friend Dobbian?" Closing this remark with a wink that at the same time implies, "...and you'd better not be TOO harsh about it, brother dear.", she sits down again and collects her thoughts before moving on to the main topic of interest.

During the half-orc's visit to the prisoner's cell, Anita looks at Rash with a gleam in her eye that could be…respect? Even affection perhaps? And she smiles openly: "Thank you so much, Rash! You are really nice to me. I won't let you down".
The girl with the ponytail reasons, while she feeds and quenches her thirst: "Obviously, by seeing me untied, my ex-mates will understand that I collaborated with you - otherwise, why would you give me special treatment? But since they will be tied up and I won't, I'm in no danger. In fact, I'll watch over them and make sure they don't break free. They'll be still hog-tied when you return, you can count on it!"
Rash glances at the two men (are they awake yet?) He hadn't really considered the fact that they would realize that the girl has turned 'traitor.'
"Just don't lord it over them too much," Rash tells her gently. "Remember how the tieflings felt when your positions were reversed... I don't want to see you slipping back into bad habits. Think of this as a sort of probation, I suppose."
Obadiah starts making his sweep of this level and, since the Zhentarim have all been rendered harmless (some permanently, some temporarily) the exploration is completed without difficulty.

Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?
