Ilwythe was ready for Clas' move and, as soon as the deceiving warrior strikes, gettying Big She Wolf's attention, the barbarian is ready to charge with rapier and shield in hand!
Tarysaa yells at her companions, "It's a Yeth Hound! Pack creatures that hunt at night. Regular weapons pass through them like mist. They hate sunlight! Keep your distance!" Muttering to herself, 'I could have sworn I mentioned yeth before. Why doesn't anyone listen!"
(OOC: checks for this post. Insight: 10, Initiative: 13, Attack roll: 23, Damage: 10.)
With a quick glance and a nod, Nim reads Clas’ intentions through their bond and launches towards the beast screaming while he draws his rapier. Just after she has been struck twice unawares Nim, leaps up onto her back and digs his rapier deep down into the back of her neck.
(OOC: when it is Clas’ turn) Seeing Ale of no use. Clas drops Ale and pulls a torch from his backpack (action) and lights it (interact with object), ready to burn Lady Baskers. Hahahaha! Tarysaa, tell me these things at least burn! Ardana! It’s like the gong in the tavern! Things just have a way of happening! Hahahaha!

Never underestimate the power of a finely crafted barrel, my friend! It is both a vessel of strength and a symbol of resilience.
"Clas, I don't remember! Direct sunlight and magic things is all I remember. They are from another plane... I can't recall that either!" Tarysaa yells as she tries to move into a position where her companions will not be in danger of her spell casting... which has been questionable in this place.
(( Attempting to angle toward the Yeth to get within 15 feet ))
Ok, so, after a volley of surprise attacks, a savage fight breaks out.
Clas drops Ale and pulls a torch from his backpack (action) and lights it (interact with object), ready to burn Lady Baskers. Ilwythe mutters: "Maybe it's a good idea..." and does the same.
Tarysaa is up! (If she wants to Magic Missile the enemy, we keep what she rolled in her previous post, just tell that you want to do that action)
"By all the Gods, Clas! What are you thinking!" Near reflexively, Tarysaa gulps a breath as she mutters a word of power. Flinging her hand outward, three glowing darts of magical energy shoot into the Yeth Hound's side.
Magic Missile 1st lvl
1 - 3 pts 2 - 4 pts 3 - 5 pts (force dmg)
She leaps backward to get some distance between herself and any potential jaws or claws. Cursing under her breath, she prepares for continued disaster.
Well, since it is difficult terrain because of the rubbles, Tarysaa can take 3 steps. Preferred direction? South? East? North? A combination? (Just to be sure to move you where you want...)

The brave halfling's rapier strikes true... but passes through the monster's neck without resistance, as if Big She Wolf were made of air.
(OOC: So only waiting for Ardana's Insight and Initiative...)
Ardana: Insight 14, Initiative 3
For the surprise round, Ardana will use channel divinity on her two-hander, bringing it to hands, giving it +2 to hit and hitting as a magic weapon.
"Clas, what are you doing? Have you gone madder than usual, the wolf was on our side!"
