Lehmani - Under a pile of discarded food waste and dirty straw you find a hidden rat's nest. The rodents squeak and scatter as you disturb their home. Finding no other secrets, you look over to see Grymar pulling a fine looking rapier from a battered wooden chest.
All - The chamber the orcs just left is filled with rough-hewn bunks, tables, and chairs, and the floor is strewn with filthy pelts. At first glance it appears that this area might be used as a sleeping quarters.
Grymar - Sifting through the oddments of the bunk room, you find nothing that you would consider valuable. Though you do spy a stone in the south wall that appears bereft of mortar. You easily prise it away from its spot and find a hollow with a sack stuffed inside. The sack contains 40gp, 240sp, and a Potion of Healing.
All - The room back down the hall at the bottom of the stairs appears to have been a private quarters for the leader of the warband, given the size of the filthy bedding.
Grymar - Against the south wall are two large chests containing 440 gp, 1,600 sp, a potion of climbing, and a +1 rapier. The rapier bears the heron maker's mark of Durgeddin.
Berkarak expects that others will suitably loot the area. "Let me know if you find any books in there, friend Grymar,"he says with a wink. Berk waits for at least one mate to join him to get Reena and Jerrod out of the cave.
While Grymar loots the place, Kalhala sees Berkarak ready to assist Reena and Jerrod and he leaps at the chance to help the remaining prisoners. "C'mon, let's get these lot out of here and then head down into the big room"
Grymar’s eyes go wide at the findings. Hearing Lehmani, he turns around and with a smile hands her the rapier +1. “This isn’t my kinda weapon, but it sure looks nice! I found a coupla potions, will hold onto ‘em for when we need em. And a lot of gold and silver. This is likely pilfered from good folk, people they have raided and so forth. Let’s move these chests and hide em. I really have na use for it, other than fillin my belly, but others would and I wouldn’t want any of em sneakin it out. Can you help me lift these two chests? Where should we put em?”

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Everything sorta goes muted once Grymar hands Lehmani the rapier.
It's not her kind of weapon either, but that's not what draws her. Rather, her attention fixates on the heron marking. She takes a moment to quiet her thoughts, seeing if she receives any divine guidance from the blade....

All - Reena stop suddenly and stares with wide eyes when she sees Thelmund's body still lying where it fell in the hallway outside the now vacant bunk room. Jerrid gasps and says, "We should do something... We aren't going to leave him lay here... Are we?" Reena shakes her head and says, "No. We're not. If we can't find a shovel to dig a grave we can build a stone cairn or something. Give me a hand." She leans down and rolls Thelmund over and you see his face is still swollen and purple, eyes half open and dry. Reena mutters something under her breath and closes his eyes as Jerrid positions himself to help Reena move the body.
Lehmani - As you take the rapier you get the sense that Gond is pleased that you recovered one of the venerated blades and as you inspect its fine craftsmanship, you feel an eagerness to find more.
Kalhala stands looking from the body to the prisoners to his friends, a bit stimied as to what to do next. "Uh... want me to gather some stones for the cairn?" He starts gathering them just for something to do, but keeps looking back to Reena in case she changes her mind.
Snapping out of her reverie, Lehmani rushes to Thelmund's side to assist.
She she gently places a hand on Reena's shoulder, cradling the back of Thelmund's head in her hand as she addresses the two surviving prisoners. "Thelmund gave his life to ensure your survival. No doubt, he deserves a proper burial, and we will do our best to honor that... However, we must do so without compromising your lives in the process. This is a perilous place. The sooner we get you out of here, the better. So, whatever we do, either leave it to us, or let's do it quickly. I can perform last rites. Did he have a professed faith that you know of?"
As she waits for an answer, Lehmani glances around to see if she can determine the most efficient way to lay Thelmund to rest. Is there any ventilation here? Could we risk building a pyre out of the nearby detritus?

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
All - Something heavy is placed on the trap trigger and Thelmund's body is moved without issue. There is ventilation in the "kitchen" area where the stew was found, though when the option to create a pyre is brought up, Reena says, "I don't like the idea of leaving any part of him in here. He wanted out, outside this hells hole." She shakes her head and continues, "He never prayed to any Gods that I heard..." She looks to Jerrid and he shrugs and shakes his head. If one of you has a shovel as part of your adventuring gear, you may use it to dig Thelmund a grave outside the fortress. Otherwise there is an ample amount of stones in the area to create a carin.
Lehmani will happily help carry Thelmund's body out and build a cairn. With Reena and Jerrid's blessing she'll quickly perform last rites, then urge them to return to town with all possible haste.

Grymar helps as well, and then reminds them of the treasure chests. “Leave ‘em where they are? Or move ‘em, hide ‘em? Let’s make ready and get down below, hopefully all of those big mos-queet-os have left by now. Or have been squished.”

As she awaits a reply, Lehmani approaches Grymar, hoping to get a closer look at the sword he found.

Berkarak moves some heavy debris in place of Thelmund 's body as they move it to keep the trap in the already-triggered state, just in case.
