Sorry, I'm beginning to enter a vacation period and while I will try to check-in at least daily, I cannot promise that I will always be able to do so. From September 1, I should be back to normal.
Okay then, Elrora when you ready, roll initiative. If you manage to do this before your turn then good(or join as last in this round), otherwise you will jump in on another turn.
Small Orc seeing you yells Loudly to his companions in orcish (spoiler for those who understand orcish), and starts charging.
"Hey you dirty slobs! Leave that junk! We might finds something on those bodies who just came!"
The all charge in. Orc with shoulderpad jumps from a cliff rolls after landing and runs along, all others get out of the ruins and are closing on you charging, one (longtuk) even jumps to the water and swims trough stream.
No attacks this round, however small, big, shoulderpad, and scaled boots orcs all took dodge action. (i would not tell you that in table meeting but here you need to know to make attacks against them with disadvantage)

Goraseth cannot help to smile. "What a glorious day ! Let them show the strength of our companionship !". grabbing his amulet, the dragonborn whispers a few word to his god. "Bahamut, give me some of your strength !" . A shiny aura shimmers suddenly around him. He then grab his shield and unsheathe his weapon and charge full speed toward his ennemies. "Come meet your doom, orcs !!!"
Bonus Action: Casting shield of faith, AC is now 21 Mouvement: 30ft straight toward the orcs Action: raising his shield in a defnsive position (i.e dodging - disadvantage on attackers)
Tharanau is not as optimistic as Goraseth about this attack. He moves his hands quickly over his body and he can feel his body tensing in preparation to the fight (cast false life 2nd level, gaining 11 temporary HP: now 25 HP + 11 tHP= 36 HP)
He then tries to walk to the big rock to the right and take some cover from the incoming attacks.
Tryncarin thinks it best to follow Goraseth as he's big and intimidating, but mostly really big. Tryn hurries after him and hides in his shadow, saying in a normal voice, pointedly not shouting, "I'm just behind you. And you've got my strength, though, I'm not sure if that compares much to Bahamut's." He grasps his quarterstaff firmly with both hands as if he needs it to hold on to in a coming storm.
Move: follow Goraseth for 25 feet (If Seth moved to J29 (I assume from a straight forward movement), then Tryn would go to G31 - that is if diagonal movements always count 5 feet) Action: Hide with Stealth: 23 (Naturally Stealthy - Halfling Racial - You can attempt to hide even when you are obscured only by a creature that is at least one size larger than you.) Reaction: If in range (60 feet), he'd cast Silvery Barbs on a particularly heavy hit (i.e. a natural 20) from an orc, and provides the advantage to the victim's next attack roll.

Ok nice, Progos arrow hits the orc with scaled boots as he runs. Even though the arrow stuck in him that does not slows him and he still rushes forward.
Longtusk orc swims out and climbs onto western cliff of the windmill hill. From that position he attacks with Javelin at disadvantage and misses. Small orc and the one with scaled boots charges trough the bridge and as they go they both lunge the javelin as well trying to harm Goraseth but misses. Rest of the orcs are just rushing forward to close the distance.
i do count diagonals as 5-10 so that would put both o you in those positions goraseth and tryn. Lets say that elrora goes to cover in that house for now, maybe she would like to ambush orcs in upcoming rounds.

"Let's not let them break through to Progo and Thar,"whispers Tryn to Goraseth, "But I think it's still better we let them come to us and receive them appropriately prepared."
In his own preparation he grabs his staff with only one hand and produces a dagger from his belt, ready to hurl it at the first orc the gets into a good range (20 feet).
Move: Follow Goraseth Action: Ready Attack with thrown dagger (see spoiler below if it triggers) when first Orc enters his 20 feet range. Free: Whispering
Attack roll:
Attack (with advantage for being hidden): (11,12)+5=17 for 5 piercing damage

Progo seeing his last arrow not affect the Orc as much as he was hoping decides he will pick a closer target and see if his arrows have any better luck.
(Ba: Steady Aim for advantage to his shot on the smaller Orc, movement: 0)
A thrill of excitement courses its way through Elrora's veins, sparking even more powerfully as she hears the battle cries of her companions and watches them surge bravely towards the pack of orcs. A grin spreads its way across the Elven woman's face, baring her teeth in eager anticipation. After ducking behind a collection of rubble to fit her crossbow with an arrow, the Fighter rushes out towards the field of battle and fires a bolt towards the biggest orc.
Move: Diagonally towards Goraseth and Tryncaryn for 30 feet (f30)
Attack: Crossbow Attack on the biggest orc — Attack: 20 (15+5) Damage: 6 piercing
Reaction: Fighting Style: Protection — Imposes disadvantage on attack rolls against Goraseth
Tharanau now also walks closer to his companions, trying to get within 120ft of the orc that is bigger than the others. He then uses a new trick to attack targets at a further away distance (sorcery point to double attack distance to 120ft).
He then casts Ray of frost: 9 to hit for 8 dmg (if hit, speed of this orc reduced by 10ft)
Goraseth sees his whole group attacking and that warms his heart. He lives for this feeling, a kick of adrenalin ! He shouts at the orcs and points at the javelins lying on the ground, definitively trying to taunt the group of ennemy:"Is that all you have orcs ! I though you were mighty fighters, your kind must have become lazy with all those years. Come at me ! Don't make me wait !"
Mouvement: no mouvement to keep Tryn hidden Action: Dodge / defensive position (disadvantage for the Orcs) Keeping concentration of Shield of Faith (10min, AC is now 21)
Note: @Elrora's maybe protect Tryn, not Goraseth, this turn...I am in defensive position (thus already imposing disadventage on all ennemies). Tryn might need the protection.
(Tryn is still hidden until the ready attack triggers. Also the DM stated that diagonal movements cost 10 feet every second diagonal move, so Elrora won’t arrive this turn.)

As Elrora emerges from ruined house, and shoots from crossbow, Progo has already shot his arrow and at one brief moment the bolt and arrow are so close to each other that they nearly bumped into each other. Both attacks hit and small orc gets an arrow into his forehead which makes him flomp like a rag doll on the ground immediately. Big orcs gets his left biceps pierced with a bolt. While he winces in pain from the bolt in his arm, that motion makes him luckily avoid being struck by ray of frost (attack missed).
Orcs charging ahead are enraged by seeing one of them killed already and attempt to stomp on the one who boasts so loud even thou not being a threat yet. Orc longtusk arrives from the right throwing javelin from the hill at Tharanau, missing due to range, and then jumping of the cliff. Orcs: shoulderpad, scaled boots and big all charge in unison at Goraseth. Scaled boots is first and tries to set up an attack for the big orc by feinting a big swing with his Greataxe (Help action - giving advantage on attack roll for Big orc). Big orc immediately reacts and tries to use it, but as he swings and the edge of his weapon closes on its prey it starting to become impossible to push it more forward - moving it trough air feels like cutting trough thick substance . Thankfully the shield of faith slowed the Blade of the axe enough for Goraseth to block.(17 to attack with advantage - rolled by mistake from shoulderpad orc) Shoulder pad is last to arrive and tries to use his momentum to knock down Goraseth ramming into him. [shoving a creature action](9 on strength roll - Goraseth please respond with athletics or acrobatics to see if you are going to be knocked prone). Orc with bandana crossed the bridge at this point and is hurling his javelin at Elrora, but it is a bad throw and javelin hits the rubble of nearby ruined house.
Tryncaryn you can choose on your round which one of the three orcs attacking Goraseth are going to get a flying dagger.
