Kiza is disgusted by the tapestry "There are no traps that I can see, but this place was made in worship of Laogzed, God of Troglydites. Let's get out of this room."
Pointing down the right exit, Spike says, “Three creatures passed this way recently—two walking and one being dragged. Let us hope we are in the right path.”
As soon as the others are ready, he moves forward through the right exit.

Once the party is ready Spike moves forward, opening the right door. Spikeopens the door to find a 10 ft. by 10 ft. area sectioned off by a tattered curtain, green in color, at the end of it. Cautiously Spike probes the curtain and moves aside to reveal a 20 ft. x 20 ft. room with another door in the northwest corner of this room. Along the west wall sits a bed, its covers hanging from the bed to a small pile of clothing on the floor. In the middle of the east wall is a desk with a chair.
At the peak of this investigation of this new room Essendrum, Kiza, and Bjorn erupt almost simultaneously into a fit of coughing that lasts for 6 seconds. As quickly as it begins, it ends.

Upon recovering, Essendrum looks about. “That was disconcerting.” He pulls aside his robe to see if he has any markings or his body and examines himself to see if he has any other strange symptoms.
Enoch's eyes widened as he looked around at his companions. "What was that?!" he asked, more than a little concerned. "And whatever it was, why did it not affect me?" Frowning, the paladin watched the others warily, ready to heal on a moment's notice.

Going up to stand at the next door, Spike looks back with concern, "That can't be a coincidence...Is there someone or something here trying to harm us?"

Essendrum: After a brief search of his robes and body, Essendrum finds no visible, physical marks on his person.
Kiza: After taking a swig of water, Kiza looked around to see if she could pinpoint if the cause was in the room. Outside of the usual dust in the air and being underground, she sees nothing that stands out to her.
Spike: Spike turns a practiced eye to the party's surroundings but does not see any evidence of someone else being inside the room with you.
Essendrum peers at Spike. “Dwarves and paladins are famous for avoiding such nasty plagues as corpse rot. Perhaps I am being paranoid, but I suspect Enoch may need to be curing disease before long. But if you wish to wait until we actually vomit blood, so be it! Onward to save the innkeeper!”
"Something happened to just some of us. I don't know what it is or if there are some protections on our unaffected companions. Let's keep on moving forward" says Kiza as she pats herself as she hopes whatever happened to her would be benign.
Showing little interest in the bed or table, the party moves forward to the door in the northwest corner. Cautiously you open the door and the scent of burning wax washes over you and a faint flickering light illuminates your faces. The room is 30 ft. x 20 ft. In the middle of the room sits 2 comfortable-looking chairs with a table between them. The chairs are angled slightly away from you so you can not see if they are occupied. A large lit candle sits on the table and candles are hung on each wall every 10 ft. and are lit as well. Though lit, the room still has a dark shadowy overcast to it and a chill seems to creeps through the party causing several to shiver. Kiza's, Essendrum's, and Bjorn's eyes light up when they see the shelves of books that line every wall in this room and reach the top at the 10 ft. ceiling. Each shelf appears to be made of oak, stained, and well cared for, and are full of books. Peeking inside, you see a door approximately 15 ft. to your left is another door, presumable it leads to whatever room the door to the left on the platform you took to get here.
While some of the others are fascinated by the fancy book-learnin' library decor, Spike tries to keep following the drag tracks to see where they went from here...

Essendrum throws the door open and steps into the room, his torch held high and his mind racing to catalogue and consider everything before him, from any sign of Thayan script on the spines of books to clammy hands on the arms of chairs.
Spike To Spike's dismay, the drag marks have disappeared in this room.
Kiza: Kiza tries to do a quick scan of the room looking for traps but sees nothing like uneven floor plates, trip wires, and the like. Nor are there any such things at head height. She surmises that if there were traps Enoch and all his height and thick, heavy armor would have set them off as he treads forward to the chairs.
Enoch: Enoch moves forward to the chairs, doing his best to try and be stealthy but, his armor does not cooperate. With each step comes the clank and clang of metal on stone floor and metal grinding on metal. Enoch peers over the chairs from behind and finds them unoccupied.
Essendrum: Essendrum casts his discerning eyes across the room. On the books, he sees some with blank spines and others in colors that reflect off his torch light as well as the candlelight in the room. Some Elvish, some Common, and a few in much older tongues. "The official language of Thay is Infernal." he tells himself as he looks across the books but finds no such book spines marked in that language. On the chairs, he sees no hands on their arms or feet planted on the floor in front of them.

Kiza does her best to back away as she coughs up a storm. A moment later she takes ragged breaths "What... was that?" she says in a raspy voice.
She grabs her waterskin and takes a swig.
she looks around the room for the cause of their cough. Was dust or some trap?
