Tristan moves towards the goblin which shot a bow and engage him in combat by chucking his handaxe at the goblin. He will then hold his shield and sword waiting for the goblin to engage.
OOC: Movement to Goblin 2: 30ft (just miss him by 5 ft)
As you mull over the encounter with the goblins and what potential threat it may mean, soon the normal night time sounds return. There are no further disturbances and you are all able to get a full nights rest.
It is morning. The sun has risen and shines off a fine dew on the grass. There is still a chill in the air but sun provides warmth with its rays. (let me know if you would like to role-play this out, otherwise I'll keep us moving along.)
As you get back on the road, the farmer leads from the main road and through back roads and after an couple hours you soon arrive at his farm.
With the 10sp, Tendilius splits it amongst the the party. 3 for himself, 3 for Flores, 3 for Tristan, and then leaves the last one as a communal pile with the idea to use it when divvying non-multiples of three next time. (ie, so that if we find 8sp somewhere else we could use this 1 sp remaining to make it 9 and doing another 3-3-3). The scimitar he keeps for himself, figuring it would be good to have a side arm. And the arrows he'll hand to Flores.
"I'm alright. You?" He says in reply to Tristan's query. With the goblins and speculation of them being a scouting party Tendilius remarks, "Certainly something to keep an eye on for possible activities going on. But hopefully this was a random one-off."
[[OOC: Since Crow is being NPC, I assume it's not going to be a source of intra-party conflict to not divvy it up with him, right?]]
[[OOC: With the "let me know if you would like to role-play this out, otherwise I'll keep us moving along" are you referring to the morning or once we get back to the farm? For me, I'm okay with fast-forwarding to the farm.]]
At the farm he says to the farmer, "I know you had your harvest, good sir, but are there any more still growing in the ground? Might be useful to take a look there." And on the matter of goblins he asks, "Have there been any growing gangs in the area? Or were last night's events just part of the general activity in this area?"
Flores pockets the silver and checks over the arrows, before adding them to her quiver. Not the finest quality, but they'll certainly make do if needed.
Once at the farm, once again she allows others to take the lead and listens to the responses, keen to detect of they're being told the whole truth.
Tendilius as you look to the other fields you see the same type of strange fungus. As a mater of fact you saw that on farms as far as a mile from this farm. You conclude that this has spread but you believe that the source is not here but further down the road.
The farmer wishes you well in finding a solution and hurries off to his waiting family. They look fine a bit malnourished, but no signs of what is affecting the crops or the queen.
Tristan, you are up

After inspecting he walks back to the group "Is everyone okay?"

Flores wanders over to Tristan. "I'm fine. And what do you think? Random act or were we in some way expected?"
She already had her own thoughts on the matter, but wanted at least a second opinion.
Tristan shakes his head "Small, probably a scouting party meaning more are out there and we just took out their friends."

Tristan just shrugs "Egos a little hurt from missing that throw, but that's about it."
As they approach the farm Tristan remains quiet just surveying the farm for anything that may prove interesting.

Far in the distance, down the road, you see a sickly green smoke rising. A few miles you would estimate.
D&D since 1984
Flores looks at the rising green smoke in the distance. "Can't be a coincidence, right? Anyone object if we go and take a look?"
