Akkron will continue to have the ghostly spirit rip apart the stunned riders until all of them are dead, before moving on to help tear apart the group Khessa and Mal are working on.
(OOC: Should I continue to roll 3 attacks for each rider, or would you rather take care of this narratively for the sake of saving time?)
We'll go ahead for the sake of speed and say this group is dead, and you can move on to the other group. No need to roll
[[ OOC: Anyway, Khessa's two Fireballs, considering their 20' radius (that's 40' in diameter...) burned all the enemies in the group, I guess? ]]
Khessa smiles confidently as she sees her tenacious opponent finished off by Mal's bolts. Always assisted by Alfred, who remains behind her ready to deflect any blows coming from behind or from the sides, she makes good use of her exceptional movement and passes like a wind of steel and magic through the ranks of the survivors, bringing one lightning-fast lunge after the other with her own Death Lance.
[[OOC: On her turn, Khessa uses her movement to engage survivors in melee. Alfred is at her back just to give her an AC bonus and take some of the eventual damage she would get if hurt - the Shield Guardian does not take an active role in the fight at the moment. If, during her attacks, she takes down an enemy, she once again uses her movement - which thanks to Haste still active is doubled compared to usual, 30' x 2 = 60', so it should be more than enough for her - to reach a new opponent and continue her onslaught against them ]]

Tyekanik, seeing the chaos go down, and not wanting to be left, roars and charges in, looking for the biggest of the group and, now standing nearly 17ft tall, looks down on him and slams his giant axe down.
initiative 22 BA: Rage Action: Attack: 29 Damage: 28 Attack: 22 Damage: 36 attacks made recklessly (so adv to hit him after), and with GWM -5 to hit
All four attacks strike true, and all four cause visible damage with rents in their plate armor. The rider draws his curved blade, turning to face you. He attacks, though it seems not with great zeal due to the surprise and injuries. Attack 1-30; Damage 16+19; Attack 2-14 (Miss); Attack 3-23 (Miss) You take 35 points damage and may continue the fight

Akkron proceeds to sic the ghostly girl on the nearest Rider (that isn't currently in melee with Khessa or Tye), trying to put it down with the ghost's three Deathly Touch attacks.
At the same time, the lich casts tasha's mind whip on the rider, forcing it to make a DC 24 Int save or take 17 psychic damage and lose its reaction, while also being reduced to taking an action, a bonus action, or move on its next turn (half damage and none of the riders on a success).
Note: the ghost has 80 hit points and 17 AC

Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?

The most determined of the adversaries is about to overcome Khessa's considerable defenses, but the blonde arcane warrior, at the last moment, detaches her left hand from the handle of the Death Lance and her fingers perform a fluid and precise movement, while her lips mutter a quick formula - and the curved blade, now just a hair's breadth from slipping through an opening between the armor plates, is deflected by an invisible barrier.
The blonde arcane warrior takes advantage of this to create a lingering magical ward on herself by weaving part of the threads of the Weave of her own spell.
[[ OOC: Khessa has usually AC 24. She is using death Lance instead of her Staff, so AC 22. But she has Alfred nearby, so AC 24. Plus, she is under the effect of Haste so she has AC 26 at the moment. Since she is about to get hit, she casts Shield as reaction, temporarily increasing her AC by 5, so AC 31 - thus the first attack (30) narrowly misses. The blonde arcane warrior also uses the Arcane Ward feature: since she has cast an abjuration spell of 1st level or higher, she creates a magical ward on herself that lasts until she finishes a long rest. The ward has 23 max HP - she might need it if she gets hit in the future. ]]

Khessa's Constitution Saving Throw to keep concentration on Haste: 30
Great, Khessa is still hasted (DC was 35 / 2 = 17).
The blow fortunately landed by the first opponent does not worry Khessa, who maintains concentration on her speed spell as easily as she is breathing.
The blonde arcane warrior continues to try to attract the attention of the opponents she is fighting with, trusting that Mal can make a great contribution with her crossbow.
The Death Lance continues to whine rapidly in the night, as if it were uttering a murmured death song...
[[ OOC: Khessa uses all four attacks that her Multiattack and Haste abilities make available to her. She focuses on the enemy who seems to be in the worst shape and, if she takes him down, continues on to the next one, making good use of her Movement if necessary - but I guess there's no need for her, they should all be around her already]]
Khessa's Initiative: 18
[[ OOC: Assuming end of surprise round and we roll for Initiative? And the DM tell who goes first? Or are we waiting for the clerics to act too? ]]
We'll go ahead for the sake of speed and say this group is dead, and you can move on to the other group. No need to roll
The one you shot at with the crossbow is dead, but the others are now drawing their weapons as an action, so you can attack in mele.
[OOC: Ahh, ok, then my attack would have been directed at the one Khessa is in melee with.]
Well, I guess that means it's time for me to roll Initiative, then.
Initiative: friggin' 4 (rolled in game log)
