As Mal sees Khessa summon her fireball from her staff and launch it, she stands up from her crouched, hidden position and fires a couple bolts into the person at the alter.
2nd H-Xbow - Sharpshooter: To hit 30 (35-5(Nat 20) Damage: 13 (piercing) + 10 (necrotic) + 10 (sharpshooter) = 43 Total Damage
Sneak Attack - 1st attack that hits: Total Damage 33
If he dies she will refocus her attack on anything that is left after Khessa is done with them, otherwise she will signal to Khessa that they should probably move over to the skeletons and see if anything is stirring there after looking over toward the other group and seeing if they are equally doing as well.
Akkron moves into position and proceeds to unleash (arguably) the most powerful spell in his arsenal... psychic scream
The six Ashen Riders riders are bombarded with a wave of pure psychic energy, taking 49 Psychic damage and becoming stunned on a failed DC 24 Intelligence save (half damage and no stun on a success). Note that a creature stunned by Psychic Scream remains stunned indefinitely (though it does get to repeat the Intelligence save each round at the end of its turn).
If any of the riders pass the save, Akkron will cast silvery barbs to force the rider to re-roll, giving advantage to Tye.

Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?

As the rider is caught by surprise and was turning, your two bolts caught it squarely in the chest, wounding it badly.

save 3
The riders do not save, and are all visibly stunned.
Akkron can't help but spend a moment in satisfaction, before he pulls out dainty humanoid skull that has been plated with gold. He lets out a sad sigh as he looks into the empty eye sockets for a moment... then he summons a spirit that takes the shape of a young girl... and, if Mal is looking in the general direction, she may be surprised to see that the ghostly spirit appears to be half-drow (though it is hard to tell for sure). He casts the spell at 6th-level to bring down the stunned Riders quickly, sending it to finish off the Rider that Brother Maynard just attacked.
The ghostly specter attacks three times with its Deathly Touch attack (all of which are at advantage thanks to the target being stunned. Also, thanks to the Undead Thralls class feature, the attacks also add Akkron's proficiency bonus to their damage). If the Rider is killed and the ghost still has an attack left, it will move on to attack another Ashen Rider at random.
Deathly Touch 1 - Attack: 32 Damage: 20
Deathly Touch 2 - Attack: 29 Damage: 22
Deathly Touch 3 - Attack: 34 Damage: 16

Akkron will continue to have the ghostly spirit rip apart the stunned riders until all of them are dead, before moving on to help tear apart the group Khessa and Mal are working on.
(OOC: Should I continue to roll 3 attacks for each rider, or would you rather take care of this narratively for the sake of saving time?)

Mal nods with respect as the enemy still stands after her attacks, then she shrugs and lifts her crossbow up to fire again.

If she gets Sneak Attack (not sure she does as no one is within melee - but she might go first?): 20 Damage
Perception (Reliable Talent): 16 (To notice some half drow ghost flitting about - Not sure she notices)
(If she notices)
As Mal brings up the crossbow to fire out of the corner of her eye she sees some half drow ghost appear and startles a bit as that was the last thing she expected to see, which is the cause for her aim to not be as good as it should have been.
For each Fireball, DC 19 Dexterity Saving Throw for half.
You get to where you need to go undetected
For my tracking purposes: Attacking the NE camp is Tye, Sparhawk, Brother Maynard and Akkron; NW is Khessa, Amanises, Benron and Mal, correct?
Sounds right to me.

I might have preferred putting a cleric in each group, but everything works for me, we can go on as proposed.

Tyekanik is ready to run in and cleave heads, but will wait until the fire and brimstone stops to see what even remains of his group.

Brother Maynard selects a target, and fires his crossbow: and misses.
Sparhawk charges in right after the scream, and attacks: Attack: 29; damage 10

Khessa is in melee with one - and the DM did not declare him dead
