Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?
To prevent it from simply getting back up to retaliate (and thus making sure all of its attacks will be at disadvantage), Akkron also hits it with Tasha's mind whip if it wasn't already killed by the ghost. (DC 24 Int save or take 9 psychic damage and lose its reaction plus be reduced to action, move, or bonus action on its next turn)
Khessa, galvanized by the speed with which her opponents are falling, launches herself at the last survivors, her lunges similar to a thick rain of steel due to her magically increased speed. Alfred remains behind her, according to a consolidated practice between the two, limiting himself to providing her with support.
[[ OOC: As usual, movement to come in melee with enemies, they multiattack action, eventually moving between attacks if an opponent goes down and she needs to go to another one. Given the movement enhanced by Haste it should be no problem reaching any necessary targets. ]]
If only one enemy remains standing after the storm of blows:
The blonde arcane warrior raises an eyebrow and tells him: "When you had all your companions to help you, you couldn't take down even one of us. Now you are alone. What about surrender and live?"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
If there is only one rider left, Akkron will use his staff of power to cast hold monster on it (Wis save, DC 24 or be paralyzed), and use silvery barbs to screw over its saving throw if it succeeds.
If the one that was lying prone isn't dead yet, he'll have the ghostly girl finish it off with three Ghostly Touch attacks.
If there is only one rider left, Akkron will use his staff of power to cast hold monster on it (Wis save, DC 24 or be paralyzed), and use silvery barbs to screw over its saving throw if it succeeds.
If the one that was lying prone isn't dead yet, he'll have the ghostly girl finish it off with three Ghostly Touch attacks.
Of the two survivors, one is taken out by the ghostly touch, and the other is held fast just as it appeared it was going to plunge a dagger in its own throat.
"Way to go, Master Akkron!" Khessa smiles, disarming and tieing up the only survivor "We'll probably need a bit of... charm," she winks "to interrogate this one, since he seemed to prefer death to capture, but at least we'll be able to try!"
Once the prisoner is secured, the blonde arcane warrior tries to find the usual evil shard inserted... There is it?
Mal chuckles at the ease at which his companions took out the groups. "While you all interrogate this idiot, I will do a search of all the bodies and see what I can find. Khessa, I will leave the one at the alter for you to search as if there is anything arcane or divine about it, you would have a much better eye for it than I would." Then Mal will turn to Tye, "Care to accompany me during the search and leave the magicy stuff to those two, then we can also take a look at the pile of bones we saw earlier as well and make sure nothing is amiss?"
