Rindelk (and others) search the room and find the following:
The most obvious objects are sacks and crates that line the whole back wall. Most of them have a blue lion head crest on them. It would take a couple of wagon loads to get all of this out.
You find a treasure chest that contains:
600 copper pieces (cp), 110 silver pieces (sp)
2 potions of healing
a jade statuette of a frog with tiny golden orbs for eyes (40 gp value) - fits in a pocket or pouch.
Katerielle can recover 1 crossbow bolt (from this room).
The various swords, bows and shields that belonged to the goblins are only good enough for salvage and will be worth 5gp
You find no evidence of prisoners in this room.
And Leek goes about slitting the goblins throats, draining them of blood.
Once we've gathered what can be carried, and leek has completed his task. I will move to bridge and begin to look around the other side, assuming others come along
For the sake of keeping the story moving, I will allow you to position the others (tell me where to put them) and it will be up to the others to speak up and do their own action if they disagree.
Roll stealth if you want to see without being seen. Roll perception to see/hear the other goblins from earlier.
OOC: I've read through the whole module, and I don't recall any mention of bartering. That being said, it does encourage DM's to give the module their own flavor.
There's more to 5e D&D than battles, so I'm all for stuff that will encourage players to use their skills. The value assigned to the item is what you can get automatically. If you want to use your skills (Deception, Persuasion, Intimidation) to try and improve your payout, I'm all for it. However, it goes both ways:
Roll 1-4, the payout goes down.
Roll 5-10, the payout stays the same.
Roll 11-15, the payout increases 10%.
Roll 16-20, the payout increases 20%.
If you want to use Deception.. you have to RP a believable con.
Kitryn moves up to peek into the next room, but the passage to the left that Leek collapsed is still unstable and her weight causes a small rockslide. As Kitryn looks into the room, she sees that 4 goblins stop arguing and turn to look in her direction. Another goblin out of sight speaks something she doesn't understand. And yet another goblin somewhere else says, "Get up!" which is answered by a meek and defeated "No, no more."
This large cave itself is divided in half by a ten-foot-high escarpment. A steep natural staircase leads from the lower portion to the upper ledge. The air is hazy with the smoke of a cooking fire, and pungent from the smell of poorly cured hides and unwashed goblins.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Goblin 3, 4 and 5 rush Kitryn, however the narrow passageway prevents 4 and 5 from being able to reach. They still attempt to swing their scimitars over goblin 3's shoulders. Goblin 3 attacks Kitryn.
Goblin 3 Attack: 23 Damage: 3
Goblin 4 swings his scimitar over Goblin 3's shoulder: 11
Goblin 5 sees goblin 4 and does the same thing: 18
Kitryn gets her ready action (applied before Goblin 3 can do damage). Then it's Katerielle's turn to act.
Kitryn, knowing the situation is not favorable going forward, takes a step back into the narrow tunnel and prepares herself to strike. Three of the goblins immediately rush the retreating Kitryn. As the tunnel narrows, the goblins in the rear, swinging over the head of the lead one, push it forward when it tries to dodge away from Kitryn's thrust, to no avail. The lead goblin gets impaled and the swing it was attempting fails to connect.
Katerielle moves up the passage to gain sight on the goblins. She waves her hands and mutters in elvish and a vine sprouts from the wall to the left of Kitryn, lashes out at a goblin and yanks it forward. Another goblin comes running at Kitryn but is blocked by the vine wrapped goblin and can't do anything effective.
Erenaeth sees the goblin pulled by the vine and lines up an arrow. Afraid of hitting Kitryn, Erenaeth misses and the arrow embeds itself in the shield of the goblin in behind.
Rindelk moves past Erenaeth, Leek and Katerielle to gain a vantage point on the other goblins. With a flourish of his hands and arcane mutterings, Rindelk flings his fire bolt into the waiting shield of the goblin in front of Kitryn. The goblin peeks out over the shield, mouth full of teeth grinning with a 'you're next' glint to its eyes. Rindelk seeing this shakes his head 'nope' and fey steps back to where he started.

Give me a coordinate or move yourself in Roll20.

1. Do we know what the lion head crest means (Have we seen that before. Asked out of game because I don't remember.)
2. Is the DM keeping track of the loot so we can split it evenly later, or do we need to MICRO MANAGE that? :P
3. I'll follow along with the group once the stream runs red with blood.
'enough treasure hunt there is still a passage to explore, we can square teh loot later. but i'll hold one of those potions for the fight ahead'
'there are fewer goblins dead here that you say you saw at the mine correct Leek?'
"let us find you more throats to cleanse"
i wish to peek around the corner from my location

ooc. you have given us values of goods, does that mean we don't need to RP selling them in town unless we want to try for more?

The goblins all snap up shields and scimitars (ignore the bows in Roll20). The fight is on. No one is surprised. Rolling initiative:
Kytrin goes first.
is it possible to run along the wall and up stairs without attack of opportunity trigger?
i take a step back and ready fighting stance with dual short-swords.

Erenaeth sees the goblin pulled by the vine and lines up an arrow.
