Duwamilly manages to get the horses moving where Yasmina could not. Though... it may be that Yasmina was distracted by something else. She just can't shake the feeling that someone, or something, is nearby. Even as the carriage begins to move, that uneasy feeling in the pit of her stomach remains.
Everyone else is also free to make a Perception check (I'll go ahead and make one for Sir Charles as well... and I suppose I might as well make one for the cultist; not much she can do, but...)

Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?
Duwamilly's Perception (she will not buff herself this time, for she is not aware that she is making a check, I guess): 23
The gnomic mind of the Garl Glittergold's cleric (accustomed to multitasking from years and years of gnomic conversations in which the speaker does not stop doing so while listening, thus optimizing the information throughput) obviously does not lose its focus on the general surrounding environment, while it concentrates a minimal part of its faculties on the task of convincing the horses to work overtime...
As you work on persuading the horses to keep moving, you hear a sound, or perhaps just get a paranoid feeling, that catches your attention. Looking around, you realize that there is a large black canine of some kind watching you from the trees... normally, seeing a large wolf in the woods really wouldn't be all that strange, but as you meet its gaze, you get the uncomfortable feeling that the creature is more than a simple predator looking for food. The animal is simply watching you, its tail swishing slowly back and forth as it looks on in silence.

Without getting upset and speaking in a low voice as he casually passes by each one, Duwamilly warns: "There is a large black canine of some kind watching us from the trees... Now, kids, normally, seeing a large wolf in the woods really wouldn't be all that strange, but something in its gaze suggests to me that the creature is more than a simple predator looking for food. The animal is simply watching us, its tail swishing slowly back and forth as it looks on in silence... So there's no reason to attack it outright or look for trouble... But let's keep an eye on him and avoid getting caught, okay?"
"Don't you think it could be this dark archmage keeping track on us? Shouldn't we deal with it now while we know where it is?"The red-haired half-elf suggests to the ex-preceptor from under her hood, trying to avoid the rain the best she can, seeming to be willing to defer to the gnome's greater experience and wisdom regarding the wolf though. "If you think it would be prudent I would likely be able to summon my master Lord Amir again to deal with it."
When pointed out by Milly, the great black wolf is still difficult to pick out in the darkness. But its glowing eyes give it away now that everyone knows it is there... still, it remains there, watching. The cultist whimpers through her gag as Duwamilly points out the creature to Delvindra.
What do you do? Confront the beast, or keep moving and hope that it loses interest?

(Can Delvindra attempt an insight check on the cultist? As a player I suspect it's here for her to punish her/keep her from revealing anything else but, if it's true, I'm really not sure if Delvindra would be able to pick up on that.)
(To put it more succinctly. Insight check to see if Delvindra notices if she's afraid.)
Delvindra waffles for a moment, concerned about giving the cultist a chance to speak. If Firion is a wizard it's quite likely that she is some kind of caster as well...
Delvindra decides on the lesser of two threats. The cultist seems to have a vested interest in making sure that the wolf-thing doesn't win if it comes to a fight. She pulls down the gag and whispers in the cultist's ear.
"Oh, in fact he could be yet another soldier from the Frinion Army..." Duwamilly ponders Yasmina's words "Although, in that case, I would have expected to find him together with the Cultist. Or for him to attack us on sight. But , undoubtedly it could be a Frinion pawn that has a different task, such as spying on us to then allow Frinion to locate and destroy us".
"To tell the truth," sighs the ex-Preceptor "violence never particularly excites me, Yasmina, honey... You've already heard what I've said several times: violence is a defeat for everyone. Plus, I practically don't have any more resources to invest in a possible confrontation... Do you remember, last time? I got the Cultist to surrender with the strength of my prank, more than that of my magic... However, I am neither a leader nor a woman of action. I have experience in directing a class, in directing kids... not in directing an army! If you you can call Amir again and you want to 'play it safe'..." she shrugs "I'm not thrilled with the solution, but I won't stop you. You might as well be right".
Realizing that the Cultist has an obvious reaction to the sight of the newcomer, the gnome cleric suggests: "Hey! Maybe our new friend can tell us something about this supernatural beast! She seems to know what it is... and she also seems to be not exactly excited to meet it! Let us listen to what she knows!" and she is about to go near her and remove the gag, but she is preceded by Delvindra and therefore comments "Oh, well done, Delvindra, honey! At least, we will be able to take informed decisions now..." and at that point she too waits for the Cultist to respond... She does not hear what the tiefling whispers in the Cultist's ear, but she assumes that it is a request for information about the magical beast... What else should Delvindra have asked or said?
"The creature... it is the Hound of Judgement!" the cultist whispers breathlessly. "It... it's here because I failed... because I told you my master's secrets... please, don't let it take me!"

"Don't worry, honey!" Duwamilly smiles confidently at the Cultist, showing much more confidence than she is actually feeling at that moment "We certainly haven't offered you a new life just to have it snatched away by the first Hound of Judgment that passes by! Garl Glittergold loves jokes, but not those of this kind".
The ex-Preceptor turns to Yasmina: "After all, it seems that you were right, Yasmina, dear. That wicked beast is really in Frinion's service. It might really be the case having your Amir intervene again".
Turning again to the Cultist, the gnome cleric in the meantime inquires, while keeping her Preceptor-like wand ready, anticipating troubles incoming soon: "What powers does this Hound of Judgment have? As you can understand, the better information you give us, the better we will be able to defend you..."
The woman does her best to explain as quickly as she can, but it seems that the beast realizes that you are aware of it. It begins stalking through the woods, slinking towards you...
"It is a creature of the Nine Hells... a hunter... it comes in the night to claim the souls of those who have failed the Exalted! Its bite rends rends the very souls of its victims... and it returns when it is slain..."
You folks have a round to decide what you're going to do before this hellspawn beast decides that it's done waiting...
