"Ah yes, oah. I forgot the midwife needed sledging." Gor says as they decide to exit the cavern. He ducks and quickly tries to smother his torch as he listens, trying to pick up on anything the Orcs are saying or doing while trying to be as stealthy as possible...
Turn Summary
Question: Does Gor recognize these Orcs? I assume no...
Biezdar, seeing the orcs asks Dwarves if they are expecting orcish visitors and if answer is no he tells them to hide. Then he takes his flail and shield, and does not hide, instead he stays in the open and asks Gor:
"You lost something there Gor?" (a little teasing on hiding Gor)
Biezdar is getting ready to fight, he stretches his neck.

Though the orcs hadn't initially seen the party. The ensuing rush for cover by several party members created enough noise that Quin/Orson was the only one to escape detection by the encroaching 4 some. The rogue was able to duck back into the corridor they had just left and conceal himself in rhe shadow of the door jam. The rest of the party was left exposed just inside the chamber with the alter. Any potential conversation to be over heard was lost in the distance between the orcs and Gor, leaving him with nothing to dicern. The 4 orcs stop short when the rattle and scrape of adventurers bumping into one causes the orcs to realize they aren't alone. The leader squints into the torch light and does a quick force calculation to judge the viability of an attack. Seeing that the numbers appear even and one potential target even seems to be on their knees already emboldens the group enough so that when the leader cries out to attack the other three are already in motion.
The group releases a thundering war cry as they Sprint towards Biezdar and the rest. They fan out just as they reach the group.
Orc passive peeception was 10. Gor passed enough to keep from being attacked but not enough to dissappear. No need for initiative. Parties first turn- saw orcs, chose to hide not advance, Orcs turn- used aggressive ability to advance on bonus action. Now attack in unison.
Leader swings on Biezdar: attack 16 Damage: 10
Orc 2 swings on Kosef: Attack 19 damage:6
Orc 3 swings on Biezdar since he can't quite reach the crouched Gor behind him (Due to Gors successful hide) Attack 16 Damage 4
Orc 4 swings at Jayson: attack 10 damage:[1d12+3[/roll]

Kosef just barely deflects the Orc’s axe. He will then hold out his hand and summon Milil’s light, blinding the orc and setting his torso alight.
Sacred Flame: 14 Dex Save or 6 Radiant Damage.
Additionally, Kosef can impose disadvantage on any attack roll against him from within 30f. Can only do it 4 times per day. Dm can choose how to handle that in the future. This attack would have just missed him anyway so I won’t mark one off.
Gor wide-eyes the attack after Beizdar just stands in the open.
"Oah, that's why! I was hoping for the element of surprise!" He says as all hell breaks loose. He leaps to his feet and jumps into the fight amidst his new friends, swinging his maul at Orc 2 with everything he had. "You remember the border wars on your land, brother Biezdar! You can't trust Orcs! Smile, all of you! Tonight, Lodis shall know some of our names!"

'Orson' peeks out from his concealment just in time to see the wounded Biezdar take a massive hit from the lead orc. Not wanting his new comrade to succumb to his injuries, the rogue breaks cover and dives into the fray next to the fighter. 'Orson' places his hands on Biezdars wounds trying to stem some of the blood flow.
Group attacks speed combat since nobody has to wait for a DM to reply until everyone has gone. Which Jayson still has an action left before it's the orcs turn, by the way. The initial initiative was decided by story. We saw them first. So we had initiative. We tried to hide. Most failed. Biezdar readied for the attack but didn't state an action for his ready action nor did he designate a trigger.
I didn't realize Kosef had that ability but would have just added the second dice roll in a later post. Fortunately it missed so no harm no foul.
So now it's on Jayson for his action and Biezdar for his death save.
Kosef casfs his spell and the Orc barely moves out of the way.
Gor, you narrowly miss the orc.
'Orson' fails to stabilise, though Biezdar doesn't seem to deteriorate this round.
Jayson hits successfully for a small amount of damage.
Gor, you do not recognise the orcs but you recognise their tribal paint as being that of the tribe who drove your tribe out.
Orc 1, on Gor, 14 to hit, 7 damage
Orc 2, on Kosef, missed (Nat 1)
Orc 3 on 'Orsen', 18 to hit, 10 damage
Orc 4 on Jayson (chasing. Don't forget that if you attack with ranged in melee it should be disadvantage. And moving away would get an attack of opoutunity unless you can disengage as a bonus action), 12 to hit, 5 damage

Just to be clear, was the nat1 from disadvantage? If so I’ll mark off the first use of that ability.
Otherwise he will turn to however is closer out of Biezdar or Jayson and cast Spare the Dying so no more death saves for them.
Then he turns to the closest Orc yelling, “Your cowardice is an abomination, Your ancestors must be embarrassed to claim you as kin!". He attempts to provoke the orc to attack him so the others can try to focus fire.

Things get bad fast. Gor, recognizing the Orcs that had forced his people off their land, is simply too tired to rage against them, even as he uses his maul to do as much damage as possible.
Chaos. He sees chaos. And then swings his maul at the Orc that just barely missed him (Orc 1)...
Gor, you do some hefty damage, leaving the orc looking injured but still fighting.
The two dwarves help out, they give a potion of healing to Biezdar (9hp) and Jayson (7hp).
There is a loud roar overhead and everyone (except the unconscious 'Orson' see the dragon. It has also seen you, and looks like it is preparing to dive. The orcs see it and attempt to flee to cover (disengaging so no attacks of opportunity) and the dwarves do the same, pulling 'Orsen' with them, though are only able to get close to inside without additional help.
As the orcs flee one shouts out in orcish
Still to close! We must find somewhere the dragon does not hunt or we will lose more.
