Avery, Theldrin, Xanrum, and Khessa still up. Your friends have cleared out the front part of the townhouse. You could back them up, try going through the back, or maybe a window.
Khessa, seeing how easily the first 6 Derro fell, joins Theldrin in targeting the others, choosing the same window, so that she can defend the wizard, if the enemies decide to try to come out to attack him.
(OOC: Can we see through the windows into the house? Now that Khessa has attacked, Xanrym doesn't have to maintain concentration on Invisibility, and he'd like to use Create Bonfire to block the only stairway that leads up to the second floor. But I think that the only way he can do that this round is if he can see through the window.)
Motivated by both reasons -- defending their hideout and rescuing Irennaste -- Xanrym hurries onto the porch where he can see a couple of Derro at a table near the stairs. He casts a spell through the window into the house to discourage the Derro from fleeing upstairs or for from anyone coming down to help them. A bonfire engulfs the bottom of the stairs.
As he moved to the porch, Xanrym said to his companions outside, pointing to the NW corner of the townhouse: "Watch the back door. They could escape that way, or come around to attack from the rear."
Movement: 30-ft to move onto the porch and look through the window Action: Cast spell Create Bonfire targeting not the Derro but the 5-ft square just at the base of the stairs. Any creature who moves into the fire on a turn or ends its turn there before Xanrym's next turn must make a DC 16 DEX saving throw or take damage: 4 (fire) Free Action:
Avery attacks the closest guard, clearing the door and moving to the side if possible: attack Attack: 11 Damage: 14; Attack: 9 Damage: 14
(OOC: @Aaggie - it doesn't look like Avery can get into melee with any of the opponents this round. He could probably Dash into the house, but then he might be exposed to attacks from multiple opponents on their turn. Another option may be to Dash to the back door. That may limit the number that can reach him, and if they don't try to exit that way, then he could enter and attack next round.)
Theldrin and Khessa's spells miss, while Avery runs inside and Xanrym creates a bonfire at the bottom of the stairs.
The Derro 7 screams and all the other Derro move into action. They call out for their boss called "Quindal". You hear Derro 9 and 10 run out the back door and begin to go around the side, while the rest run at your assault, aiming their hooked spears at Avery and the crows.
Hooked Spear at Avery: Attack: 6 Damage: 2 Piercing, and Avery is knocked prone.
Hooked Spear at Tentacle: Attack: 9 Damage: 5 Piercing, and the Tentacle is knocked prone.

At that same time, a derro walks downstairs that some of you recognize: The derro you saw a couple nights ago guiding the Blueknight in their battle against the drow, he smiles as he saunters down the stairs, "I was wondering if I'd get the chance to fight the crew that beat up Bloobbloum; that pompous fishy bastard. Time to get them my pretties!" He yells that last phrase upstairs, down which two strange creatures descend, pincer like legs and horrible aberrational jawed heads. The two Kruthik crawl up onto the roof, one making it's way to the window and attacking Theldrin, while the other goes over to the window next to Xanrym and breaks it. Quindal casts Spider Climb on himself and crawls up onto the roof and onto the other side of the room.

You all are up. Avery is surrounded by Derro, while Syllen and Coriana are in the first room, having cleared it out. Xanrym, Khessa, and Theldrin are outside, with Kruthik breaking through the windows to get to them, one of them attacking Theldrin.
"OK, the tough guys are coming" Khessa comments, becoming Blurry.
The blonde arcane warrior then wields her Greatsword and prepares to help Theldrin get rid of her Kruthik, possibly positioning herself so she can intercept the second one as well.
[[ OOC: Khessa uses her Action to cast Blur - now attack against her have Disadvantage - then she uses her Movement to position herself. ]]

The answer is yes, go ahead and post your action.
(OOC: @Painted_Beyond, since Khessa was still invisible when she attacked, she presumably should get advantage on her attack roll.)
