Theldrin moves closer to the spider swarm by the door, but not close enough where it could attack him without moving, then aims a Fire Bolt into its center. (If Syllen's attack took this one out he'll move up inside the doorway and send the bolt at the nearest swarm attacking Khessa.
The Spider Swarms attack their targets, two on Khessa, one of Avery with Disadvantage:
Bite against Khessa Attack: 23 Damage: 11 Poison
Bite against Khessa Attack: 14 Damage: 8 Poison
Bite against Avery Attack: 12 Damage: 4 Poison
You all are up. The spiders are crawling all around you, trying to bring down the fighters of the group.
[[ OOC: Up to you if Graze can work... Since the cantrip says the caster is making "a weapon attack" I would say that Graze should apply, just like any other weapon attack. But you might have a different opinion. ]]
This time Khessa feels the bites of the numerous spiders that have managed to slip into unthinkable places between the joints of her well-crafted armor! Fortunately, the lightning spell she cast begins to take effect!
While one of the two swarms is shaken by electrical shock, the blonde arcane warrior tries again to burn the other swarm with her imposing blade of light.
[[ OOC: Khessa uses her Bonus Action to inflict Witch Bolt's damage to the swarm originally targeted by the spell, while she with her Action tries to attack the other swarm with her True Strike-empowered Greatsword ]]
Syllen takes out his crossbow and start attacking the spiders. Crossbow Attack: 9 Damage 9 radiant Luminous Arrow Attack: 15 Damage 10 Radiant
(OOC: It feels like that crossbow bolt missed any of the spiders, but the luminous arrow probably hit. Was Syllen going for the spiders near Avery or the ones near Khessa? What Xanrym does at this point will depend on whether there are still spiders in front of the doorway or whether the only ones left are the ones around Khessa.)

Xanrym: Round 4
Xanrym is encouraged that his Vicious Mockery seems to have an effect on the swarm (instead of just s single spider in the swarm). Seeing Syllen's luminous arrow blast into the spiders in front of him, Xanrym hopes that that finished most of them off. Holding his mace in one hand and a torch in the other, he moves into the cabin and sees the panic-inducing scene of Khessa with spiders starting to crawl all over and in her armor. He says, "We're coming, Khessa. Hold on!" Xanrym moves toward Khessa and the port call and casts Dissonant Whispers at whichever spider swarm Khessa is not currently zapping.
Movement: Move into the cabin and toward the right. He avoids moving within 5-ft of the spiders, but he's trying to get toward the port side of the ship and as close to Khessa as he can so that he can drive the spiders away and toward the stairs. Action: Cast spell (LVL 1 slot) Dissonant Whispers The spider swarm must make a DC 14 WIS save or take damage, 8 (psychic), and immediately use its reaction to safely move as far as its speed allows away from Xanrym. On a successful save, the swarm is not forced to move but takes damage: 7 (psychic). Free Action: Talking

The first spider swarm goes down to Syllen's Luminous arrow, but a number of attacks are still missing the spiders, although Khessa's greatsword is still getting a few (Graze will work with True Strike I think). Xanrym get's into the room and casts his spell:
And the Swarm closest to him moves to the other side of the room, allowing Khessa to get an Opportunity Attack if she wishes.
Avery runs into the room and attacks that swarm of spiders, his less effective sword still managing to kill them all. The only swarm of spiders still remaining try to attack Khessa again.
Bite against Khessa Attack: 4 Damage: 4 Poison
You all are up, there are only a few spiders left next to Khessa but they're still attacking as one.
As the swarm moves away, Khessa takes the opportunity to try to strike it - this time she doesn't have time to summon the power of light, but the large blade should still hit something, in the insect throes...
The blonde arcane warrior, encouraged by having killed a swarm with the help of Avery, continues to combine steel and magic as experience has taught her: she tries to finish off the last swarm with her blade of searing light.
Avery is going to disengage, as he is finding his attacks are ineffective and to get away from the swarm. He is falling back towards the rear of the deck.
[[ OOC: Now we are talking! Just ignore the Witch Bollt, the swarm it was targeting must be the one Khessa and Avery killed. The remaining swarm must be the one targeted by True Strike ]]
(OOC: If Khessa was able to maintain concentration on the spell, the 10 (lightning) damage is still relevant this round.)
Xanrym: Round 4 Xanrym moves toward Khessa and the port wall and casts Dissonant Whispers at whichever spider swarm Khessa is not currently zapping.
(OOC: As stated, Xanrym was specifically driving away the spiders that were not the target of Khessa's Witch Bolt. Since that spell gave Khessa some guaranteed damage as long as she maintained her concentration, I didn't want Xanrym to drive them out of the spell's range or into total cover with Dissonant Whispers.)
(OOC: That is, last round Xanrym's Dissonant Whispers drove off one swarm of spiders. Khessa made an opportunity attack, and Avery finished them off.
The one remaining swarm is the one targeted by Khessa's Witch Bolt, but I'm pretty sure that Khessa, Syllen, and Theldrin have already wiped out that last swarm since it looks like they've taken at least 36 damage:
Syllen takes out his crossbow and start attacking the spiders.
Crossbow Attack: 9 Damage 9 radiant
Luminous Arrow Attack: 15 Damage 10 Radiant
Theldrin moves closer to the spider swarm by the door, but not close enough where it could attack him without moving, then aims a Fire Bolt into its center. (If Syllen's attack took this one out he'll move up inside the doorway and send the bolt at the nearest swarm attacking Khessa.
Attack: 7 Damage: 9
Coriana tries to blast the swarm but it zaps the doorframe, missing Avery by inches. (Rolled a 1)
Coriana - Company of the Grey Chain
Wagner - Dragon Heist: Bards.
