"Definitely less threatening," Elero replies. "Also less able to tell us what the heck's going on. Now," he shrugs, "since they don't expect us to be in here, it'll likely result in a fight. I'm just throwing out alternatives."
If someone wants to go in making some kind of speech to talk to these people that's fine. Whoever wants to do that will need to roll a check depending on the manor of their speech. Also, this may result in them listening to you for a minute then attacking you, rather than a full on negotiation. It depends on the effectiveness of your speech and how well you roll.
Mark knows that all he had seen from these people is bloodshed and fear. “I advocate we finish this once and for all. No matter what they say they are going to continue their plans. We have the advantage of surprise but it will not last if we hesitate.” He notch’s a bolt and prepares an attack on the giant orcs skull. He will use his magical bolt. He will not fire unless the group agrees to attack.
Mome decides that the consensus is to attack so does just that. She opens the door (either quietly if possible or by busting it open if needed) and sends a Guiding Bolt (level 2) at one of the leaders (nat 20, crit damage 30)
Mome busts through the door into the Command Spike and blasts the Orc War Chief with a Guiding Bolt, Initiative:
Group 1: You all
Group 2: Orcs and Inspired.
The rest of you are up. Neither the Orcs nor the Inspired were prepared for your attack. The Inspired and Orcs stand at the base of the desecrated goblin statue, the Inspired all with arms folded standing together as one. The Orcs and their priest back up the Orc War chief and the older orc with the strange spear.
(I forgot to add LANDMOP's zombie to the map, but let's assume it's standing just to the west of LANDMOP. Also, ignore the smaller statues and rings on the floor. The giant statue should be that of a goblin made to look like an orc, not a knight.)
(are we still within one hour of the previous fight? If yes the snake is still there aswell.)

Zoveldra knows she isn't great at social interaction so will leave it up to the others.

LANDMOP is ready to engage, along with the new zombie

LANDMOP gives itself 8 temporary HP before moving towards the closest group, commanding the zombie to attack
