(Love the command. I've also decided to speed things up)
Korfer has managed to get Sephek by himself as Torrga and her other body guards head to the inn to get drunk, food, and rest, but most importantly drunk.

Four things I hate in D&D: People who think the tarasque is the most powerful (an empyrean or kraken can beat it), players trying to seduce bad guys (it's funny though), when a monster roles a NAT 20 (everyone hates that), rolling a NAT 1 (everyone hates that)
(Sorry, having trouble getting the map in here. Ugh. I hate DDB Maps.)
Everyone Roll initiative. No need for Perception. Sephek is always itching for a fight, however, Sephek will need Perception. Also, whoever has the scorch blade, I suggest using it ;)

Kato uses his advantageous position and previously high perception roll to find a good a spot he can get close to this encounter without giving away his location. He tries to play it casual, but keep his position as hidden from Sephek's view.
(Maps still being a pain in the arsehole. FYI, yes, I actually say arse IRL. That's not just me getting into D&D mode lol)

(Yeah, that's fine. Great use of the scorch blade. Is Rintintin attacking? Don't forget, both you and Soren have inspiration. Use it wisely. And wow, Encnounters from DDB is actually woring well.)
Korfer attacks Sephek with his scorch blade, mananging to clip him with the attack. (I like to say how the attack damages someone. Makes it more realistic. For example, if you role a one with a slashing or a piercing weapon, that's a stinging scrape.)

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Kato begins to rush up to Korfer's side, after feeling the rush of inspiration surge over him.
"Everyone, beware, this man isn't fully alive. Khorvaire warned me of undead, they are no joke", Kato shouts
Kato will go up and strike out, holding a warhammer in one hand, and a shield in the other. He'd usually go for two hammers, but seeing as he has people he wants to protect, he figures the shield would be a better option now.
As my action I will attack: 21 - damage: 4.
I have no bonus action I would use this turn but I would try to position myself next to Korfer.
(Do you do flanking rules? I will keep this for now but good to know for future)

Soren sneaks closer, listening into Korfer's and Sepheks conversation. (hopefully this goes better this time)
