Draíocht knocks an arrow on his bow. "You speak of a 'he.' Goblin, hobgoblin, something else?" He takes a sniff of the acrid air, trying to think of what it is. "Thelanis is right." he adds, "There's more goblins in those woods if you go alone."

I'm going to need someone to roll a Persuasion check to see if Alaine stays and talks. She is of the opinion all these questions can be answered once she's far away from the cave.
Amiz stans back as he companions question the prisoner and search for ways to open the cage though he has no idea either as he never learned the dexterous skills of the rogues.
Alaine looks out of the cave mouth, worried, and back to you, "Ok, I guess I can s-stay with you, but you have to promise you'll get me out of here." She looks at you with a look of fear and desperation in her eyes. "The big goblin is in that next room, i think his name is Gark, at least they say that word a lot. He has a bunch of g-g-goblin's with him too, i'd be super careful." She looks at Draíocht, "There was another one of your kind in here with me, her name was Liarona... sh-sh-she was actually pretty nice. But Gark took her further into the cave a few hours ago, I don't know why. I got a bad feeling about it." She shivers a bit as another draft flows through from the other end of the cave.
Thelanis grabs the key and opens the cage. To Alaine she says, "Stay in the back, out of harm's way, we'll get you home. Be useful, hold this." and hands her the torch so Thelanis can use her shield.

Alaine tentatively exits the cage and holds the torch, hands shaking. You see her more clearly now, auburn hair and brown eyes with a lean and quite dirty face. She wears basic farming clothes that have been torn and dirtied in places.
"Gark." mutters Draíocht. "Seems we have our target." He eyes the the tunnel. "Shall we head down it to find the rest of those goblins and the additional captives?"
He turns to Amiz, "Since you're leading," and will cast guidance on the Leonin to aid with some stealthiness while heading down the tunnel. He takes the goodberries and goblin letter and hands them to Thelanis. "For your safekeeping."
[[ Seems like we're heading to another initiative-roll and not sure exactly how busy I'll be tomorrow; gonna have busyness over the weekend, will get a battleplan for Draíocht listed now to make sure I don't hold things up just in case
If it's a small group of goblins, 1-3, probably stick in the back with the shortbow. Larger group presumably with Gark, thinking of faerie fire plus wildshape into a dire wolf (go with items meld into wildshape, hence some of the motivation to hand the goodberries over to Thelanis)
willing to take the group's input there if they have a preference on the way to go ]]
You all head further into the cave, towards the goblinish yelling coming from ahead. Are you all trying to be sneaky? Or are you rushing in trying to gain the advantage of surprise?
With Alaine in tow, Amiz leads the rest of you further into the cave, walking with leonic pride. The yelling stops as you walk into the next part of the cave. As you walk into the room, you see two worgs eating in the corner, as well as four goblins holding down a female wood elf. A gigantic goblinoid stands in front of the elf but isn't yelling anymore, he's looking at you.
The giant goblin Bugbear looks at you in puzzlement as you enter the room. "Who the hell enters Gark's lair and thinks to leave alive?"
The two worgs look up as the goblins scramble for their weapons. You've got time for about one sentence before we roll initiative.
Liarona nods and gets down as the goblins grab their weapons and Gark picks up his morningstar, yelling a curse in goblin. I'll roll initiative for y'all:
Group 1 - Draíocht
Group 2 - Gark
Group 3 - Goblins, Worgs
Group 4 - Amiz, Thelanis, Valar
Group 5 - Liarona
Draíocht, you act first. Gark and his goblins are picking up their weapons while the worgs snarl over in the corner, ready to pounce.
Draíocht lets off a duo of chanting. First he causes magical light to illuminate from the goblinkin and with a followed by a bestial growl as his form becomes that of a dire wolf.
IIRC DEX DC 13 (but going from memory at the moment since mobile has a tendency to wipe your post if you to another tab to check info)
Bonus Action: Combat Wildshape into Dire Wolf
Movement: If it's not, going back into the tunnel / way behind the party, would like 40ft between him and the goblins. (Trying to minimize some melee attacks against him to lessen the number of concentration checks so to hopefully allow Valar, Thelanis, and Amiz to get at least one round with advantage.)

Valar agrees, "It may be safer for you if we escort you home. Are there any other prisoners here you know of? How many Goblins did you see in here?"
I'm going to need someone to roll a Persuasion check to see if Alaine stays and talks. She is of the opinion all these questions can be answered once she's far away from the cave.
Although you should roll with advantage seeing as how everyone has made some good arguments as to why she should stay.
Amiz stans back as he companions question the prisoner and search for ways to open the cage though he has no idea either as he never learned the dexterous skills of the rogues.

I'll wait for someone else to confirm, then the group will head further into the cave.
Valar is ready to go
Side note-will be out until Sunday evening
You all head further into the cave, towards the goblinish yelling coming from ahead. Are you all trying to be sneaky? Or are you rushing in trying to gain the advantage of surprise?
With Amiz's heavy armor he does not try to be sneaky and moves ahead further into the cave ready for another fight.
Much respect.

You're able to target 3 of the four goblins, who all make dexterity saving throws:
Goblin 1: 5
Goblin 2: 22
Goblin 3: 6
