Augustus will carefully push at the door of the Aft Portside cabin, holding his shield aloft in case of any more darts, then do his same line of salt, a cursory check for traps, threads, rotten boards, and step inside with his right foot!
Unfortunately, as you attempt to push the door open, it refuses to budge...
It doesn't so much seem to be locked as it seems to be barricaded... looking through the spaces in the door, you can see the edges of what must be a thick wooden bar blocking entry. However, as you test the door pushing it, you feel a slight bit of give. This wooden bar isn't quite as sturdy as it used to be.

Ziegler turns so his left side is towards said door, spear in both hands with it's bladed tip aimed to the right (butt-end towards the door), watching behind and above.
The extra push from Augustus gives Sir Beauregard the leverage he needs to break the barricade into splinters and force the door open with a soggy cruuunch...
The door crashes open to reveal a cabin that must once have been luxurious. A bookcase, half collapsed, holds waterlogged and disintegrating books and scrolls. The polished wood desk leans awkwardly on three legs; it has an ornate compass set in its center. A jagged hole gapes in the floor beside the bed.
But all of that is upstaged by the sight of three animated corpseswho immediately turn their attention toward the party. One wears the rotted finery of a ship's captain. The other two appear to be an officers of some sort... but none of that individuality is present in the vacuous whiteness of their undead eyes as they lurch towards you...

When the last zombie falls, Sir Beauregard stows his weapon and shield and steps over to Ziegler. He frowns at the massive injury on the side of the monk’s head, seeing that Vinn has stopped the bleeding but the wound remains. He reaches out and holds the monk’s head, easily palming it with his armored paw. Although Ziegler might first have been uncertain of the warrior’s intent from his expression, he soon feels the pain disappear as a warm radiance glows about his head. “Can’t have you offending the next zombie we see with more bruise than face on your head.” (Lay on Hands for 4 points)
The knight then pokes his side gingerly where the captain may have cracked a rib or two. Holding himself firmly he whispers a prayer. (Lay on Hands for 5 points. 2 damage remain but he also still has one point of healing for an emergency.)
Morlock sees the same as described in Post #226... An ornate bed, completely devoured by mold and vermin, an overturned bookcase spilling waterlogged tomes onto the cabin floor, a polished wood desk set with an ornate compass, and jagged hole in the floor beside the bed.
A closer view lets you see that the boards all around the edge of the hole are all warped and broken in a downward trajectory, suggesting something broke through the ground to create this hole. It didn't simply rot away on its own.

Augustus will hold his scarf over his nose as he inspects the rotting piles of what used to be crew members. With a somber expression, he'll sprinkle a small amount of salted soil from a bag in his pack over each of them in an insufficient but technical burial, he'll then follow Sir Beauregard and help him open the next door if it's similarly barred.
A bit disoriented from being deafened by wax, Sir Beauregard realizes the door he’s preparing to destroy leads to a room that has been searched and shifts to the closest cabin door which hasn’t been opened yet.
Vinn grabs the ornate compass, and curiously goes through the desk before following the others to the next room.
Inside the desk, Vinn finds a pouch containing 50 GP, a set of cartographer’s tools, and a dagger. You easily pry off the compass, estimating its worth to be about 25 GP.
Slamming open the door, Sir Beauregard finds himself staring at what must have been the galley. Any food has long since been desiccated or decayed to non-existence. A long-dead, headless skeleton sits propped up against a counter to the right, but the galley is otherwise empty. Unless… did the skeleton just move?
You reach for your weapons, prepared for another undead onslaught...
...until a small crab emerges from the inanimate skeleton's ribcage, revealing itself to be the cause of the movement.

"They are a perversion of life AND death, " Ziegler frowns at the others, "their destruction is the only answer to their corruption." Ziegler grips his spear tightly, a squeak coming from the leather-wrap protesting the sudden pressure.

Fully armored, Sir Beauregard will stow his shield and force the door unless someone tells him not to.
Augustus will help Sir Beauregard push the door, setting his shoulder into the lower quarter of the door by the handle!
Molock will stand behind Augustus and be ready in case of bad guys.

Vinn hears the squeak. "Ziegler, did you just fart? I'm behind you! And NOW it smells like death in here..."
Vinn scrunches his face in disgust, waiting for the party to move forward.
Sir Beauregard mutters and heads to the last door.
