Smudge drops his shield to load and fire his light crossbow at the nearest bandit thug. (OOC: I was not able to open the map so am guessing it is thug A.) However, he fumbles his usually reliable weapon and barely misses shooting himself in the foot.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Darbakh's moves 30 feet toward Thug B (though I still can't open the map, so I'm not sure if I need to move diagonally or not). While moving, he casts his fire bolt at Thug B, shouting "may your blithering butts burn in a blaze!"
The bandit capt says, "Move up with me, on the one that moved towards us already."
Capt. moves 30 ft towards Ral and throws two daggers. To hit 6 and 12 both misses.
OOC - They are at disadvantage since they are out further away than the 20 yard base value. Technically Ral didn't do disadvantage for his roll but missed and I would have corrected if needed.
I move ten feet closer to thug b so that I can ensure I’m writhing 90 feet (Ooc it looked like on the map I was but just to be sure and I stay in my “lane” so that I don’t obstruct anyone view of the pirates I moved my char on map)
“ you all should have stayed at sea. I cures you and your family “. (Cast hex on thug b as a bonus action and hexing dexterity )
rolled a 13 to hit. Dealing 1+4=4 for damage from Eldritch blast and another +6 from hex for 10 total if hits
Petnan moves up and hexes Thug b....and hits them with an eldritch blast for 10 pts. The Thug grunts...and is visibly angry from the damage.
Thugs go now.
Thug A moves up 30 ft and attacks Ral with his heavy crossbow then drops it. Thug A misses with a 5.
Thug B ignores the captain's orders to some extent. He moves straight forward and doesn't angle north to engage Ral instead shooting at Petnan who just blasted him. Although he remembers Darbakh also hurt him so he's more focused on them. Thug B hits Petnan for 4 damage unless he can avoid it in some way. Adjust hp if needed or announce reaction.
Ral initiative.

”Whoa, wings… how cool is that!” exclaims Smudge. He’d never seen anyone sprout wings before. I must ask Ral about how that feels when we are safe, he thinks. But until then, he resumes attacking Thug A with his crossbow. Aiming at erratically moving fighters is something he will quickly need to master because he shoots wide of his target.

Attack 3+5=8
Ooc: how do we want to handle moving the initiative tracker. Ie from above smudge has taken his (literal) shot and missed. For him to move the initiative tracker or does the DM need to do it to reconcile everything.

Smudge take his shot and it goes a bit wide.
OOC - DM has to advance the tracker possibly. On the bottom of the tracker is a Next button on the bottom right. PC's can take their actions if you need to out of init and I will play them out when their init turn is ready. Their action may not fit if a monster they targets dies, but I can adjust to what I think the PC might change it to or PM for the player to modify it.
Darbakh has initiative.

Using my eyes of eagle sight any of these ppl have ranged weapons? Or do they seem to have melee only weapons?
The thugs each have heavy crossbows and the Capt a bandolier of daggers.
