Seeing Jayson's sally, Lorken charges out of the passage at Jedar. Still filled with wild elation at Halorin's defeat, Lorken tries to use brute strength to drag the necromancer back towards the passage.
Attack 1 (Grapple): Jedar's test vs 20.
Attack 2 (Grapple if the first one fails): Jedar's test vs 14.
Attack 2 (if the first Grapple succeeds): Grasping Jedar by both shoulders, Lorken tries to brings their heads together (To Hit: 8...) but Jedar jerks his head back at the last second.
Then Lorken uses the rest of his movement to move back as close as possible to where he started (dragging Jedar with him if he's grappled).
While Lorkenrushes out from the passageway towards the Stonecold Raider Cleric, a slightly queasy Jaysonstumbles after him. Magic long contracted for still comes easily to him, though his aim does not. His first Eldritch Blast sails just wide of Lestheris, but the second is spot on. It strikes her right in the center of her torso — or at least it should.
For the second time, as the magic hits her she vanishes.
The blasts give Lorkentime to tussle with Jedar— whose eyes are bright with the glow of his Light spell, wild with zealotry. Experience wins through. Lorken wraps one thick arm around Jedar’sneck and hoiks him off the ground. He has no choice but to choke or walk backwards, and together — like a husband and wife, arranged to marry but unknowing of each other, taking their first dance — they take stumbling, awkward steps back into the passageway almost reaching the main number of the party, just as Lestherisvanishes.
Jedartries to choke out some threat or plea.
Decomposing horrors lurch forward, slow corpses on slow feet, the eight zombies groaning and shambling towards the passageway, half hidden in shadow, until suddenly they’re brightly lit as the Flameskullbecomes awash with green, blinding flame: Jedar struggles in Lorken’sarms trying to escape. He would have more luck trying to escape the seasons, but he does manage to spin so that he faces into the passageway, while Lorken’sback is to the Zombies and the floating undead skull.
Its voice is hoarse, raspy, wrong. Its voice is sandpaper on rough wood. Its voice is cracking ice and crunching glass.
”Delightful,” it says. “She will not be away for long.Bier fal.” Then there is flame.
(Rolls are in log. Can everyone make a DC 14 Dex Save for 26 fire damage on fail, 13 on success) (Will edit in formatting when I can + map positions) (Broma, Alaina, and Capone’s go) (Jayson - your poisoned for 1 minute or ten rounds, eight rounds less, unless you have a way to cure it).
Broma is able to avoid the brunt of the blast, thanks to the resilience of his scaled suit, though the blistering heat still scalds his flesh, dissipating his protective screen. Marvelous, he thinks.
The little 100%-living sorcerer is caught off guard. He doesn't have time to avoid it, but he does have time to engage some sort of magical protective system, as the flames scorch him, some of the heat is instead absorbed into him, his hands remain alight with the flames.
Capone rolled a dex save, an 11. Using Built for Success trait he added a d4, rolled a 2, bringing it to... 13. Ha. He casts Absorb Elements. And takes 13.

I'm probably laughing.
It is apparently so hard to program Aberrant Mind and Clockwork Soul spell-swapping into dndbeyond they had to remake the game without it rather than implement it.
The flame washes over the corridor and then sputters out, hot air roaring in and ruffling singed hair and fur as the air returns to the passage way and the great boom, the wave echo, sounds out once more across the whole of the mine.
Everyone is worse for wear, but some more than others. On the floor, Halorinis a scorched ruin. His face is unrecognizable, and thin though he is the fat of his skin and tissue drips onto the floor like tallow, he lies still, he does not breath, and his skin crackles and pops and spits as it cools.
Jedarscreams, from pain or loss it is not clear.
Flames sear and roil around Jayson, lingering even as the rest of the blast vanishes. Some strange magic turns the evil fire to his will, and then it returns to the Flameskullin a gout of swirling fire. For a moment there is blinding light and the Flameskullis lost to sight, and then it is over, and it hovers in the air -- unmoved. Green flames swirl around it undisturbed and its lipless leer seems almost to be grinning as tongues of fire flicker through the sockets of its eyes.
Gudrune drops from the air, the feathers of her winged boots folding into the heel just in time to avoid the flame. She can do little more and the blast catches her fully, causing to her hack and cough. Deep breathes give her a second wind, and with red eyes streaming with tears she rushes forward into the cavern to meet the first zombie. She coughs, and she hacks. Two great swings cleave through the limbs and neck of the first undead monstrosity, and it falls to the ground in a pile of twitching remains.
Gudrunefailed Dex Save, and takes full damage. She uses Second Wind to heal for 8 HP, then kills one zombie in two swings of her great axe.
Halorinautomatically fails Dex Save as he is unconscious, and dies.
Jedarmakes Dex Save.
Round 6: Turn order:
Jaysonand Lorken
Lestheris,Jedar, Flameskull, 7 x Zombies
Alaina, Capone, Broma, Gudrune
(I think Alaina used her Action, does she wish to do anything else on her turn? I think Broma and Capone still have their full turns to go?)
Not 100% sure what's best here so Capone will drop his last L3 spellslot and throw a slow down at the flameskull and the nearest 5 zombies. And try to TK shove the nearest zombie 5ft back as his BA. He otherwise stays put.

When Broma emerges from the hazardous hall, caked in ash and soot, he's already whistling another strange tone, the benefits of the incantation directed into himself. The restorative effects are minimal and unseen beneath the armor, but it's nonetheless felt in minute sense of relief.
[Casts Heal Wounds: +6hp]
Turning to face the various shambling corpses, there's a <click!> as a small handle suddenly juts from his back, poking out just behind his right shoulder blade. Reaching up and over, the man draws from a compartment in his armor a strange, small spear. The handle is similar to a saber hand: curved, long and thin, ending in a razor-sheet diamond shaped blade.
"<sigh> It seems I may be forced to utilize one of my larger tools. A pittance, truly, but progress marches on! One need not tarry!" He readies to join the others in wading into the fray.
On Jayson's turn unless some other factor would change this.

Of the five nearest Zombies, only one has had its skull split in death, its mind on show, rotten and cloven — somehow, though its mouldering, rotted brain is open to the aid — Capone cannot catch his spell upon its mind. Nor can he push it. For all his intent, it is like it has no psyche at all thought it moves and groans.
Bar that one Zombie, however, he catches them all in Slow
(Round 6: Jayson and Lorken)
(Jayson I think you’re still poisoned, so your attacks are with disadvantaged).
Lorken grimaces through the pain, smoke rising from his scorched fur. He releases Jedar with a shove, and as his foe staggers he swings his great axe in an attempt to remove at least that element from the confusion of this combat.
Attack 1 (Reckless, Great Weapon Master): To Hit 12, Damage 26
Attack 2 (ditto): To Hit 19, Damage 28
(If that finishes Jedar off, Lorken will then move to put himself between Capone and the zombies. Otherwise he'll stay next to Jedar.)

Jayson'seldritch spell strikes out, two lances to catch either path it can reasonably take. The second strikes true and for a moment the wicked green flame of the floating skull flickers before swelling back to its previous intensity.
Released, Jedarsteps into the momentum of Lorken'spush, keeping him inside the effective range of the greataxe's swing. Lorkenquickly adjusts and the second strikes true, catching in Jedar'sside who turns white and gasps as its edge leaves his ribs. Blood cascades like a water from a bucket with a hole. Only the thinnest of margins keeps him from the dead gods he serves, and surrounded as he is, it's clear that he is in his final moments.
The Flameskullis not idle. Looking between the two who have struck out at it, it decides not to choose, aiming a thin beam of fire at the closer little magic user and at the more distant Warlock, ignoring the more physical powerhouses in the passage way.
Flameskulluses Fire Ray on Capone: Attack: 15 Damage: 16fire damage.
Flameskullmultiattack Fire Ray on Jayson: Attack: 9 Damage: 15fire damage.
Jedarmakes a different choice. His eyes are full of hatred. If he can see anything other than Lorkenhe makes no sign of it. He leaves himself open to all the foes behind him and use all the power in his body, everything that led him to this point, all his zealotry and loathing in one final swing.
Jedarattacks Lorkenwith his Warhammer: Attack: Nat 20+4 Damage: 17bludgeoning, 8necrotic.
In a brief glimmer of blue Lestherisappears in her former position, her eyes dark. She looks at Jedar, at the Flameskulland the shambling zombies. Her lips turn downward. It is clear when her eyes pick out Myceteand Halorin, unmoving on the floor. She shakes her heard, turns her back, and leaves via the far passageway, abandoning her team.
The zombieslurch closer. Gudruneis there to meet them, keeping them from Capone. Dead limbs batter at her armor, mostly doing no harm, but one catches her beneath her chin, turning her head and rattling her for a second.
1 x Zombiehits Gudrunewith Slam: Attack: Nat 20+3 Damage: 12bludgeoning.
