As they looked down a pathway they saw a fortress. The fortress was mostly two turrets on either side of a cave mouth covered by a large pair of wooden doors. On the turrets are two goblins with bows, sound asleep. (The goblins have half cover)

A mushroom called a shrieker is in front of the fortress hidden in some shrubbery, but you can see it easily.

She nocks an arrow on her trusty shortbow, draws back, and allows the inspiration of Aliana's safety to guide her hand. Without waiting for her teammates to respond, she releases...
Granted there were no mushroom screams to announce their arrival, but Yuwure didn't exactly appear to be an icon of secrecy at the moment. Misery nocked another arrow and slinked off the path several paces behind him, watching for the slightest movement to cover him with arrowfire.

As you passed by the sleeping goblins...they still didn't wake, even if you did make several loud crunches on the dirt and stones. However, as you entered the fortress three hobgoblins leapt out of hiding and surrounded you, drawing their longswords. Yuwure was able to spot them before they could get the jump on you.
"Beat them! Slash them!" One of the hobgoblins shouted.

Only one Shrieker is set up, and it's within 10 feet of the gate. It seems like directly avoiding the alarm isn't possible.
"We could try shooting it" Yuwure says pointing at the shroom "they won't hear it if it can't scream"

The druid picks up his staff and tries to silently get to the dungeon (Stealth 3 ) while looking for any enemies that may be about (Perception 16 )
