(That's my bad. I'll take option 1 for 5 psychic damage, WIS save 17.)
Cool, so M1 takes 5 psychic damage. M1 (9/40, incapacitated)
M2 Wisdom Save DC 17 vs 18 or prone
(M1 also has disadvantage on the next attack roll they make before the end of their next turn, just as a quick reminder. I apologize if you already knew.)

Hi there! My name's Elk. I'm NoiSilverheart's doppelgänger. I'm a demi/grayromantic, socially awkward Okie who may or may not be a pyromaniac. *random confetti blast*
I'm a warlock of the Archcrone, and my patron is TheFriendlyArchfey. I was nicknamed AchatesCervus8337 by VitusW and given the titles "Swashbuckling Scorcher", "The Unpredictable Jedi", "Burning Fury of the Ancients", and "Combustion Knight" by DrummerBoyDragonSlayer.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Necyra, with a snarl twisting her lips, unleashes a bolt of divine energy at the second mage. The air crackles with holy fury as the Sacred Flame rockets towards the mage (M2), engulfing them in a burst of searing light. The mage cries out in surprise and pain as the flames lick across their body. [M2 must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw vs 17 or take 16 radiant damage]
Seizing the moment of chaos, Necyra turns to her invisible pixie companions and, in a voice laced with icy command, barks out six words: "Five pixies, Sleep remaining hostiles!" Her eight loyal pixies instantly understand. With a flurry of unseen movement, five of them dart towards the remaining enemies (M1, M2, C2, C3, C4, C5). A wave of drowsiness washes over the five targets, their eyelids drooping as the Sleep spell takes hold. They crumble to the ground, unconscious.
OOC: Oops, apparently I can't count. There are 6 remaining baddies, not 5. That doesn't impact my pixies, though, as there are 8 of them. So, retcon that last post to say that six of them dart towards the remaining enemies.

C4 is standing alone 20 feet from anyone
M1 is standing 5 ft from C1 and C2
M2 is standing 5 ft from C3 and C5
Creatures within 20 feet of a point you choose within range are affected in ascending order of their current hit points.
I'm interpreting this as three sleep spells will hit everyone and that additional ones (unless precisely placed) will double sleep the lowest hp target.
Creatures within 20 feet of a point you choose within range are affected in ascending order of their current hit points.
(I missed the text "ignoring unconscious creatures". Yes @Merlin, you're making me work for this!)
I'll roll a second time on each group so that you get all six of your sleep spells and the second casting will ignore any unconscious creatures from the first casting.
Mysleen is reveling in the chaos of the battle, now feeling glad that she woke up. She'd have missed this encounter otherwise. "Well, this day just got a lot more interesting!"
If C4 is carrying anything metal, she will cast heat metal on them for 7 fire damage, and they have to succeed on a DC 17 Con save or drop whatever the metal object is if it can be dropped. If they don't drop it, they have disadvantage on attack rolls or ability checks until the end of Mysleen's next turn.
If C4 isn't carrying anything metal, she will again cast command, this time on C5, issuing the command "Flee!", then will fly towards C4 and cast thunderclap for 5 thunder damage. They take no damage if they succeed on a DC 17 Con save.

Round 1
C4 (spiritual weapon)
Trystane (two unarmed strikes)
Talorin (twin psychic lance)
Yurgojin (crit and hit cultists)
Mysleen (command plus other actions, waiting for action update)
Necrya << your turn
Bridgette << your turn
M1 (14/40, incapacitated)
M2 (27/40)
C1 (dead)
C2 (18/33)
C3
C5
Bridgette is going to do something a little bit crazy... she rushes into melee with C3.
With her bonus action she casts shillelagh on her staff. With her action, she strikes the cultist with booming blade
Staff vs. C3
Attack: 14; Damage: 6 (magical bludgeoning) + 3 (thunder). Total of 9 damage.
If the cultist willingly moves 5-ft or more before the start of Bridgette's next turn, he'll take an additional 9 thunder damage.
Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?
Provide feedback!
Cool, so M1 takes 5 psychic damage. M1 (9/40, incapacitated)
M2 Wisdom Save DC 17 vs 13 or prone
two cantrips, sounds legit!
C3 takes 9 damage. C3 (24/33, booming blade'd)

Last to know and first to be blamed...
As a free action, can I regret my life choices?

No problem
M2 Dexterity save DC 17 vs 12
M2 takes 16 damage. M2 (11/40)
Lets run the first three and see how that goes
Sleep roll 24 vs C4 (33/33)
Sleep2 roll 26 vs M1 (9/40), C2 (18/33)
Sleep3 roll 17 vs M2 (11/40), C3 (24/33) and C5 (33/33)
Sleep1 no effect
Sleep2 hits M1 only
Sleep3 hits M2 only
This seems fair. You could roll more daily 5d8 against the same targets in an effort to roll even higher. Sleep2 just need a 27 to catch C2
^ That works for me. So, M1 and M2 are both sleeping, but none of the cultists are? At least the two mages are down...

Sleep4 roll 23 vs C4 (33/33)
Sleep5 roll 20 vs C2 (18/33)
Sleep6 roll 26 vs C3 (24/33) and C5 (33/33)
C5 spiritual weapon targeting Bridgette, Attack: 7 Damage: 7
C5 dagger1 targeting Bridgette, Attack: 22 Damage: 3
C5 dagger2 targeting Bridgette, Attack: 24 Damage: 8
C4 spiritual weapon targeting Trystane, Attack: 9 Damage: 4
C4 dagger1 targeting Trystane, Attack: 10 Damage: 5
C4 dagger2 targeting Trystane, Attack: 5 Damage: 5
Round 2
C4 (33/33)
Bridgette, Mysleen, Necrya, Trystane, Talorin, Yurgojin << your turns
M1 (9/40, incapacitated, unconscious)
M2 (11/40, unconscious)
C2 (18/33, unconscious)
C3 (24/33, booming blade'd, unconscious)
C5 (33/33)
C5 just killed himself with the two dagger attacks... Bridgette has armor of agathys up (at 5th level), and he takes 25 cold damage from each hit.
Bridgette chuckles, then charges C4 with her booming blade!
Staff vs. C4
Attack: 11... not bothering to roll damage
