Nicodemus grew up in a fishing village, his father a "sea explorer" (the town's polite way of not saying "pirate" in front of the youth) who'd died at sea when he was young. While his relatives and neighbors tried to teach him to be an honorable fisherman and sailor, the headstrong youth resisted, enjoying pranks, sneaking and eventually theft far too much for his own good.
A traveling bard (a fey creature in disguise) visited the town when Nico was 12, and whisked the youth away to the Feywild for a full year before dropping him back home, having taught him a good deal of magic. Obviously, this only exacerbated his troubles with mischief, eventually forcing the hand of his Uncle Eli to compel the youth to work for him on his ship. (He'd not wanted to expose the youth to the smuggling trade, but he figured it was better than where he was headed.) Now, several years later and with a good bit of experience under his belt, Nico sets out to seek greater adventure--and his own fortune--on his own.
Name: Ember Race: Fairy Class: Druid / Circle of Wildfire
7, 13, 14, 11, 20, 11
Background:
His 'birth origin' -
Mom was fey and was romanced at a night dance where she was flitting about with a bunch of glowbugs. Her 'date'/bedmate was a dragonfly that was a shapeshifted red dragon. Birds and bees (and dragons and fey) followed and Ember 'happened'.
Ember was okay when very young but as he grew... he sometimes had outbursts of temper... which came with some hot moments for those around Xa. After way too many fiery incidents, the Queen of the Fey banished Ember to the mortal realm to cause chaos (and fire damage) for mortals to clean up after.
Ember has been wandering here and there ever since. Getting into trouble at times; other times actually helping in the odd way fey tend to do.
Ember got the best of both parents - Summer temperament and red dragon bloodline.
Name: Vodin Race: Hobgoblin Class: Ranger/Swarmkeeper Background: Outlander Backstory: Vodin hails from the Feywild a realm that is brimming with magic and capricious fey. Beneath the resplendent many-hued trees lurk real dangers and as an expeditionary tracker it was his job to keep his team safe. They had delved deep into the Feywild in search of a city theorized to have been pulled into the Feywild from the prime material plane. The journey was tough, but a bit of kindness goes a long way in the Feywild. The city was fractured and had become the domain of a new archfey who kept the people of the city in a dreaming state as their dreams empowered her. A fight ensued and in a wounded state a bee land on his hand. In that moment a deal was struck and with his newfound friends he bought enough time to for the team's wizard to magically plane shift the team out of the Feywild with the dreamers in tow. Since then, he has parted ways and started traveling with his new buzzing friends.

Sorry the creation rules were not clear, you cannot move the numbers around. You have to take them as rolled.

Welcome to Wysp's great dungeon adventure. Well maybe not great, just good.
I'm going to steal Sposta's character creation rules for this one.
Roll three sets of stats no re-rolling 1's. These will be your stats in order. Example:
Ability scores: 17 10 13 13 12 13
Ability scores: 12 9 10 11 14 12
Ability scores: 7 16 14 17 10 17
Those are STR, DEX, CON, INT, WIS, CHR in order. Choose one set of numbers.
You can use any DDB source including non-core and partnered content - Use 2014 rules please. Characters start at lvl 6. Multiclass is ok.

Background:
Backstory: Don't need any. Don't care. There is a dungeon, you heard about it and showed up. You will be dropping into a campaign in progress
Picture reference would be nice.
House Rules:
Sometimes you will not be allowed to make skill check because you don't have proficiency. (i.e. Arcana, Medicine, Survival)
You cannot HELP somebody with a skill check unless you also have that skill.
This is not going to be heavy RP, just fyi.

I always like to see what the dice gods have to say . . ..
Ability scores A: 16 14 9 11 10 13
Ability scores B: 9 14 15 13 11 13
Ability scores C: 10 13 10 12 9 11
A is 73 and +5 net. All Str and Dex.
B is 75 and +4 net. Con and Dex.
C is 65 and +1 net. Dex and Int, but neither particularly strong.
We'll see if I become inspired.
Just rolling to see the stats (already in a campaign :)
Ability scores: 12 9 14 9 16 7
