There are no more rooms on this floor to inspect. Are you entering the room where the rest of the group is? Or the closet where Arkanon was for a moment?
Muirdan, upon your entry into the room, you see the others peering into a dark doorway that was hidden behind a mirror. Tengen has a globe of light shining through the cobwebs.
Arkanon takes a moment and digs through his bag and after a short while brings out a torch and stands straight, lighting it, and holding it up high. His lips are thinned as he looks back towards the empty bed and despite himself, starts getting a knot in his stomach. Imagine that, he says to himself, a demon getting scared of some creepy house. His sword now sheathed he looks to the others."I agree we go up,"he says, "but what happened to the baby we were after? Is that it's crib?"

He stared after Tengen, his eyes frowning and slightly wide from surprise. Despite knowing that this was potentially a trap she still goes on a head, and he couldn't decide if that was courage or just plain stupidity, but he had to admit he admired the tenacity. The risk of treading onward was, to him at least, incredibly high and yet she still went on as if nothing was wrong and from his mind, the unknown was what was causing him so much hesitation. He liked knowing all of the available variables when coming to a decision, to take his time and think it through, but this had all so far been fast paced and now he was reeling. Should he go on after her or perhaps take a moment to think things through, consider all of their available options.
Alas, it didn't seem to him the rest of them were up for that. He couldn't read their minds but it seemed as if they were just as eager as him to get out of here perhaps? He couldn't say. With a sniff, he held the torch high and followed after Tengen, his shield held slightly upwards in case anything else decided to pop out of no where.

Othorion Sarfir - Half-Drow Eldritch Knight - The Murder Court
As you ascend the somewhat rickety stairs, it's hard to see anything with the amount of cobwebs that seem to impede your every move. It isn't enough to really slow you down, but certainly enough to leave everyone looking as if they have wispy gray beards.
When you reach the top, you find yourselves confronted with the remains of a door hanging in the doorway, really just an inch or two wide scrap of wood on a pair of rusted hinges. In the dusty hall beyond, it's clear no one has been here in likely hundreds of years. A hazy window looks out to the mists directly across from the top of the staircase. You can see four doors around the central hallway, though the one nearest to you on your right as you enter the hall has a heavy iron padlock on it.
Milamber looks around as they headed up the stairs. The quantity of cobwebs revealing the fact that nothing corporeal had traversed this way in quite some time. Seeing the doors he shakes his head and looks at his companions. "Looks like we are being funneled to this point and somehow I feel like this locked door is where we are designed to end up. Any suggestions as to how we get through?"

Muirdan hefts his hammer. "I have a key, but its not quiet. Then again, if we are being led, odds are the thing doing the leading already knows we are here."
"Exactly what I was thinking," he said to Muirdan, eying the hammer, "And considering the noise we were making downstairs with that fight, I doubt we could make our presence any more apparent. I say go for it. I'll have your back, Muirdan."

All of the doors, save for the locked one, fly open. Massive clouds of dust fill the air at the sudden interjection of movement, making everything a little hazier than it was before.
Tengen and Grythek, you head into the bottom room, walking through the door to find a dust-choked room that contains a slender bed, a nightstand, a small iron stove, a writing desk with a stool, an empty wardrobe, and a rocking chair. A smiling doll in a lacy yellow dress sits in the window box on the left side of the map, cobwebs draping it like a wedding veil.
"Hold on, ye moving too fast to find anything," a flustered Muirdan says upon emerging from the bathroom behind Rosa. "Let Dumathoin guide your eyes."
Muirdan casts Guidance upon Rosa

"If we are all here shall we go up?"
If the group are ready Tengen will take point, moving cautiously up through the cobwebs scanning the area as she goes.

“ Yep, let’s check the doors. Perhaps they aren’t locked after all” says the ranger, with his weapons still at the ready.
