Balmaris, you don't remember much in scholarly works, however, there are certainly tales that aren't even a stretch to remember. In several old stories, the valiant hero would fight against an apparition only to have the ghost possess their body and do with it what they would like. Sometimes it would end with the violent spirit throwing the hero off a cliff to be dashed on the rocks below. Other times a priest could utter mystical words that caused tremendous pain to the ghost, ripping them from the body. Yet other times, a strong enough personality could just scare the ghost out of the host with a convincingly strong display. How much is real and how much is merely fairy tale, you don't know.

Creak is in the treasure hunter business, May he try to recall what he might know about ghosts with a History check?

Gralwynn slowly grunts out "Girl... doll... angry...." through clenched teeth, followed with "Boy... doll... where... threaten..?" Each word forced and shakey.

Creak, you can certainly try to recall historical events around ghosts.

Balmaris and Adric, you do both manage to escape out of the room without Rose taking over your bodies, which is happy news! With your newly found freedom from the room of dead children, are you heading to the newly discovered spiral staircase door or elsewhere?

Creak leans over to Adric, “Yes- but if we- KO- lady- leave the ghosts- crazy enough to work. Creak, get ready to get the jump on him- eh?”

“Also, if the ghost were to come out of Gralwynn if she was knocked unconscious, who’s to say that it wouldn’t just possess someone else?”
