As Passoveloce’s first arrow flies towards the cold handed mage a shimmering field appears in front of the mage and the arrow clatters to the ground. The forcefield or whatever it is insufficient to stop the second arrow or Seraph’s attacks. While damaged the mage is still active.
Gyann takes a couple of steps down the stairway muttering “enough is enough!” as he summons the power of his patron and a bolts of eldritch energy speed towards the second mageAttack: 18 Damage: 39. Seeing the bolts speeding towards her, the mage also calls on the power of her patron (DC14 - Con) {Gyaan’s saving throw = 8

Meanwhile the cold handed mage suddenly disappears from sight but almost simultaneously a massive hailstorm erupts over the party doing 8 of bludgeoning damage and 14 of cold damage. DC14-Dex saving throw for half damage required from Passoveloce, Seraph, Gyaan, Lucas and Vidar.

With Gyaan clearing the way for the way finally (for the most part) Lucas had moved out as well to end up behind him once more on the stairway itself(prior ready action). But whatever passed for relief on his face in finally being freed of the confines of the hall soon turned a mix of exasperation and dread seeing the first hint of hail. "Aww, son of..."Is all he can get out before his words turn into pained cries as he pummeled to the point of being brought practically down to a knee and left breathing heavily on the spot.

Con Save: 19
Dex Save: 13 with advantage if I can see it
Vidar mutters something in a foreign language as magical power flows around him. Anyone watching may notice his branch tattoos writhe with the magical energy (rage). Vidar gains 10 temporary hit points. He turns to Lucas and says "Stay near me and the world tree will offer you protection"
OOC: at the start of my next turn, I can give someone within 10ft 3d6 temp hit points.
Vidar then leaps from his spot in the direction of the mage, landing to the right of Seraph and unleashes a barrage of melee strikes on the mage.
As Vidar makes his first attack on the fiery mage a similar forcefield to that which the cold handed mage summoned in response to Passoveloce’s attacks but Vidar’s blows go through it like a hot knife through butter.
Quick synopsis of where everybody is located: 1) the room is 35 feet north south and 40 feet east west 2) in the south west corner there are four cultists - these have been controlling the various spectral fingers attempt to poke the party in various vulnerable locations 3) in the doorway in the west wall the fiery mage recently attacked by Vidar is standing 4) 10 feet directly in front of her - (ie to the east) Seraph is standing 5) 10 feet south and 5 feet behind Seraph, Passoveloce is standing- he is 10 feet from the four cultists 6) 10 feet north and 5 feet behind Seraph, Vidar is standing having just leapt from the platform adjacent to the door in the east wall 7) 5 feet down the stairs along the north wall Gyaan is standing 8) Lucas it’s standing on the platform adjacent to the doorway 9) all of the terrain from Seraph to the east - extending five feet into the corridor - is difficult terrain due to the ice storm 10) Anardil is standing 10 feet behind Lucas - just outside of the range of the ice storm
Lucas spits out what looks to be blood off the side of the platform. However, by the time it hits the frozen floor it had turned black and had begun to faintly sizzle. "Didn't think this be how I went out, but... can't say I'm surprised." He chuckles, only for it to turn into a pained fit of coughing. "Ah hah hah... Combattez... Combattez!" He calls out, a charm woven into the very word and seemingly lifting his spirits if nothing else. "Cet imbécile continue à se battre -- ehahaha! As for, Mon cher, do us all a favor and tone it down, would'ja?" With a flick of the wrist, the air appears to distort around Lucas raised hand as a thin, golden sigil appeared there seemingly formed out of some of the drawn in natural light, only to be released as a deadly and condensed beam of light aimed right for the fiery mage.
He then tries to climb over the railing and lower himself down far enough that the drop wouldn't be so bad. But even he can manage as much, landing on frozen ground probably doesn't go so well, and required some getting back up again on his part.
Bonus Action: Cast (5th level)Combattez on self, restoring 33 HP.
Action: Cast Starry Whisp on Fiery Mage. (Lethal)Whisp Shot - Attack: 12 Damage: 9 of Radiant Damage. If hit, until the end of Lucas' next turn, Fire Mage emits Dim Light in a 10-foot radius and can’t benefit from the Invisible condition.
Movement: Climb/Lower self down from platform position to the west 5ft and drop down to the ground.

Based on the description of the room and the latest post of the DM and the other players I took the liberty to make a simple map of the current situation. I hope it is well done, not a great piece of art, please excuse me, just trying to aid with some visual reference.
Anardil's movement already taken into account. "icy wizard" is just there for reference, we are not currently seeing him.
The elven woman smirks when she finally can see the room at the other side of the ice and their enemies. Not sure if the wizard she is seeing is the responsible for the ice storm, but doesn't really care, she disappears in a puf of silvery smoke just to appear in front of Seraph. Weapons at the ready she just rushes forward towards the wizard and unleashes as many attacks on him as she can do just a split of a second after her familiar dives into the wizard's eyes, distracting him just enough for her to attack, moving her swords horizontally, trying to cut the wizard's abdomen.
Ok let's see if I do this right. First I guess that the familiar needs to make a DEX ST to avoid the ice storm. DEX SAVE: 13
Anardil first scimitar attack green-flame blade
Attack: 13 Damage: 13 Another roll in case she has advantage thanks to the familiar 24
Assuming one cultist is near the wizard as per the map, but ignore this if that is not his position: 5 fire damage to that cultist Extra attack thanks to mastery with the shortsword:
Attack: 22 Damage: 8
Second attack with the scimitar:
Attack: 30 Damage: 16 Advantage in case the shortsword has hit: 15
Action surge same mechanic as above.

DC14-Dex saving throw for half damage on hailstorm 23
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Seraph grunts as he gets his shield up to block the poking finger. That reflexive moves also allows him to use the shield to block much of the hailstorm that suddenly filled the room.
As a result of Anardil’s whistling dervish type attack the fiery handed mage collapses (most of the damage had been done by Vidar) and then targets one of the cultists. There are now only four cultists remaining in the room. As a result of her attacks on the cultists, Anardil finds herself the target of two poking fingers: Attack 1 - Attack: 17 Damage: 4 Attack 2 - Attack: 12 Damage: 8
In addition two of the cultists she is fighting reach out and touch her: Saving throw (DC11-Con) to take only half damage (necrotic) of 16 Saving throw (DC11 - Con) to take only half damage (necrotic) of 10
Passoveloce looks around to see if he can spot his target - the cold handed mage - looking to see if there is a sign of his location, seeing what he thinks is the mage he fires his arrows towards where he thinks the mage is.
Perception: 17
If I really have no idea where the mage is I will target the cultist I have the clearest shot at. The following attacks will be the same in either case. (no advantage, then possible advantage)
Attack: 10 Damage: 7 (Assuming advantage from Vex cancels disadvantage from not seeing the mage)
The next 3 rolls are for the 2nd arrow.
My understanding is that if the first arrow hits and the mage becomes visible, I have advantage.
Advantage: Attack: 25 Damage: 6
If I have advantage and hit with my 2nd attack I also do sneak attack damage: 3
If it hits and he stays invisible my advantage cancels the disadvantage and attack occurs as normal.
Normal: Attack: 17 Damage: 11
If it misses and he stays invisible, I have disadvantage.
Disadvantage: Attack: 18 Damage: 8
After attacking his target, for his bonus action Passoveloce stows his Bow and pulls out his shortsword.
