Chromir manages to dodge the sawblades as he is pushed through (21 dex save) while simultaneously reducing the damage by 8 (stones endurance, so no damage taken) and then he runs back around the sawblades and shoves the Baron onto the sawblades (and being unconscious, he automatically fails str and dex saves). Any left over movement is spent heading in the direction of guard 2.
Cassian's first instinct is to move after Chromir and Navrine immediately, but a faint pull in his chest makes him pause and look towards the wicked saw and the Baron's unconscious form. Joy...what would you do? Frowning, he reaches to grab the man and haul him away from the blades. He then doesn't spare a second glance before hurrying to join the others.

Below, chaos erupted. In his fury, Chromir hoisted the unconscious Baron Thorne and hurled him into the grinding machinery. Wood groaned, gears shrieked, and blood splattered across the floor—but before the saw could finish its grisly work, Cassian intervened. The paladin lunged forward, dragging the broken, barely-breathing baron from his fate.
Navrine, left alone against the remaining guard, took a crossbow bolt to the side. The impact sent her stumbling back—right into the spinning blades! At the last moment though, she gracefully twisted, avoiding the deadly blades. She surged forward and unleashed a flurry of strikes, two of the blows landing with sharp precision.
Cassian was already moving, rushing to Navrine’s side. His hand radiated divine warmth as the paladin laid it upon her.

Above, Doc stood firm, his warhammer crashing into the guard with bone-rattling force. The warpriest fought with all he had, but his strength alone wasn’t enough. The warrior retaliated with ruthless precision, his greatsword carving deep. Doc staggered, vision swimming—then darkness took him as he collapsed onto the catwalk.
The guard wasted no time. He leveled his crossbow at Chromir and fired. The bolt struck true, slamming the barbarian back against a worktable with a heavy thud.
Below, the second guard turned his attention to Navrine, his blade cutting a lethal arc toward her. For an instant, it seemed like the fight would end with her blood on the sawmill floor. But with a breath of focused instinct, she twisted, catching the strike and redirecting its force. The deadly blow never landed.

Chromir sees Cassian save the baron and his eyes narrow. But for now he has more pressing things to consider.

The battle teetered on the edge of disaster.
Above, Doc stood firm, his warhammer crashing into the guard with bone-rattling force. The warpriest fought with all he had, but his strength alone wasn’t enough. The warrior retaliated with ruthless precision, his greatsword carving deep. Doc staggered, vision swimming—then darkness took him as he collapsed onto the catwalk.
The guard wasted no time. He leveled his crossbow at Chromir and fired. The bolt struck true, slamming the barbarian back against a worktable with a heavy thud.
Below, the second guard turned his attention to Navrine, his blade cutting a lethal arc toward her. For an instant, it seemed like the fight would end with her blood on the sawmill floor. But with a breath of focused instinct, she twisted, catching the strike and redirecting its force. The deadly blow never landed.
Cassian stood beside her, blade raised, ready to turn the tide.

Above, the veteran guard reloaded his crossbow with practiced ease, eyes locking onto Chromir. He fired. The bolt struck deep, forcing the barbarian back another step, blood seeping into the sawdust-covered floor.
Below, the second guard fought with relentless precision. His sword flashed between Navrine and Cassian, forcing them both onto the defensive. A sharp edge clipped the monk’s side, drawing a thin line of red, while the paladin took a glancing blow that rang off their armor.
The red squares (sawblades) and the orange squares (gears and machinery) are not walls, they can be moved through, but doing so is dangerous.
