Cassian's breathing starts to grow shaky as he quickly glances about, taking in the state of the battle. Doc above, unconscious. Chromir bleeding. Navrine saving herself by a hair's breadth. He hisses in frustration as his next attack misses the guard as well.
Chromir will recklessly attack Guard 2, 22to hit for 14damage. (and don't forget that anyone else attacking Guard 2 has advantage while Chromir is in melee)
Navrine smiles at Cassian, grimly nodding her thanks. She tastes the blood in her mouth, and feels the pain in her side, but she also feels the warm healing energy, and maybe, a ray of hope as the energy flows into her. “Thanks my friend!” grounding herself she whispers “Until I can bear a fraction of your burden, Sufferer, I shall!”With this she attacks furiously, fighting for the lives of her companions.
Action: Unarmed Strike (16, 2)+5 for 21 to hit, (5)+3 for 8 points of damage.

Chromir struck first, his axe carving into the guard’s armor, forcing a pained grunt from the beleaguered warrior. Navrine followed, her fists finding their mark with brutal precision. He staggered, barely holding his ground.
Above, the sniper took aim once more. His crossbow loosed a bolt that buried itself in Chromir’s shoulder, but the barbarian barely flinched, his rage dulling the pain. Below, the sword-wielding guard lashed out, his blade slashing across Chromir and Navrine—only for the monk to twist at the last moment, deflecting the strike with effortless grace.
Realizing he was hopelessly outmatched, the wounded guard made a desperate decision.
"A little help, please!" He shouted, his voice ringing through the sawmill.

Navrine’s relentless strikes had battered the beleaguered guard, forcing him back step by step. Cassian lunged in to seize him, but he twisted free, desperation in his eyes.
"A little help here!" He had barked to his ally above.
The sniper on the catwalk wasted no time. With a grunt, he grabbed Doc’s limp form, hoisting the unconscious dwarf over the railing.
"Oi!" He shouted, his voice cutting over the chaos of the sawmill's machinery. Then, with a callous sneer, he let go.
Doc’s body tumbled downward, landing amid the churning gears of the sawmill. Wood creaked, metal groaned, and the massive machinery pulled him in!
"You can save your friend or stop us ... don't have time to do both!" The sniper taunted as the baron's fighting men began their withdrawal.

NEW FOR THIS ROUND Doc's body is pinned in the gears which drive the sawmill ... this means the gears and blades have come to a stop. (no need to roll Dex saves to avoid damage when transiting those squares) The traps may no longer be active, but Doc cannot stay where he is ... or the waterwheel will eventually drive the gears to crush him!

Chromir steps out of the door, throwing a javelin at the retreating guard (recklessly as always). 17to hit for 7 damage. He then throws a second one (at the same guard if it survived, or if not, the one who threw Doc down) also a 17 to hit for 6damage.
Regardless of the outcome, he then runs as far as he can with his remaining movement (if 5ft to get out the door, leaves 30ft) towards Doc, letting his rage end at the end of his turn.
Cassian’s breath hitches as Doc tumbles into the grinding heart of the sawmill. Without hesitation, he sprints across the floor, diving through blood and sawdust to reach the dwarf’s limp body. He presses a trembling hand to Doc’s chest. Golden light flares from his palm as he pours the last of his strength into a desperate Lay on Hands, willing his friend back from the brink.
Navrine sees Doc dropped into the Gears and immediately runs as quickly toward Doc as she can using Step of the Wind. Then assists the others in pulling Doc free from the gears.
Action: Assist saving Doc (Jamming her quarterstaff into the gears to keep them from crushing Doc). Bonus action: step of the wind (As much movement as nessisary to reach Doc and assist with removing him max 80')

The others had no time to celebrate. Navrine sprinted toward the crushing machinery and, with a burst of strength, hauled Doc’s battered body out from between the massive gears. The dwarf’s clothes were torn and bloodied, but he still breathed.
Cassian knelt beside him at once, pressing a glowing hand to Doc’s chest, and the cleric stirred with a sharp intake of breath.
Doc was conscious!
Above, the sniper clutched his wound and stumbled out the upper level of the sawmill. He was trying to escape!

(south one square, then east one square) Diagonal movement was not possible due to the wall. ‡Navrine's posted action was to assist with something that no one else was attempting ... I just ruled that she attempted to free Doc herself, rather than assist with freeing him. ¶Doc and his gear weigh in excess of Navrine's carrying capacity, she had 40' of movement left but could only drag him 5'.

If he has to enter the sawblades to reach Doc he will, and fails the dex save. Not rolled damage or applied it in case he can go around) giving him a further 10 points of healing. He then activates his final rage (eagle for BA dash and disengage) and dashes out aiming to get around the south past the camp and catch up with the remaining guard (total of 70ft movement this round, and then 105ft movement in future rounds until he catches up with the guard to start swinging his axe)
Doc quickly gets out of the way of the sawblades and thanks Navrine and Cassian for their help (not knowing who did what of course) he than moves to where Luna's body was to see if he can do anything there. Not aware of the guard running away.
Luckily this helps Chromir as he encounters Doc earlier than expected he aswell receives a thank you when Doc feels the healing flow through him befure Chromir suddenly rushes out.
((I think we couldn't do much about Luna, but Doc isn't fully aware I think and thus he will have a closer look as the healer of the party.))

Seeing Doc get up, Navrine breathes a little easier Looking at the way the guard ran she climbs up on the catwalk and runs after the fleeing guard. Once outside and in sight of the guard she uses a sling and stone, before continuing to follow the guard.

Doc knelt beside Luna’s body, his fingers brushing gently against her neck, but there was no pulse to find. The cleric could bore some of the light from Chromir’s druidic healing magic, but it was too late for Luna ... she was beyond such things now.
Navrine was already moving, her muscles coiled and ready. With a powerful leap, she seized the edge of the catwalk and hauled herself up. The fleeing guard turned and fired in desperation—two bolts snapped through the air, but Navrine dodged one and batted the other aside with a sharp twist of her wrist. She pressed on, relentless.
Outside, Chromir burst through the front of the mill, boots churning through sawdust and mud. He summoned the last of his rage and charged around the perimeter, aiming to cut the guard off before he could vanish.
Cassian paused only a moment before sprinting to the edge of the sawmill's platform, where a narrow pond glistened in the light of the full moon. the pond was thick with half-submerged logs. The only way forward was to jump! First landing atop one slick log — then another.
