Well that one is a cultist recruiter...same as Sear got in the sack. I belive they are a bit more difficult to beat and a reason we consider to retreat.
As for picking off weaker opponents like cultist blue..( he should be dead now) it helps greatly in the action economi. Less enemies and the cultist do know hold person that is always a bit risky.
Just checking but did you happen to notice that one of the cultists was right beside you before you attacked cultist blue?
Nope! Sure didn’t.
Tactics wise I don’t know if it would have changed much. It’s 3 v cultist grey on one side and a severely injured and potentially (at the time) paralyzed 1 v 1, possibly two if bag boy gets loose on the other.
But still, didn’t see him. Guess I’ll be taking an AOO!
I'm assuming the knee to the groin was fluff, because I think you used both your actions. Javelin (miss) and Firebolt (kill).
And yeah... AoO. 😉Good thing you have those Second Winds. I think you're gonna need em.
Wow, yea! Still have 2 left, I think. Hopefully they don’t kill me before I have a chance to use them!
Don't forget the bonuses you got from your potion. I posted the damage dealt by the weapon, but that's before any resistances you had. The damage is Psychic, not Piercing, so it may not help. But I can't remember which potion you took.
If you do, the cult leader will not follow. She's not trying to get her hands dirty, and you've wiped out half her party. But I'm not sure if she'll send the other cult members after you, or focus on escaping with the evidence that could expose the cult. Her choice kind of depends on how you play out your exit.
I need some clarification on the mechanics of what you're trying to do.
The Vampiric Touch doesn't hit. Cult Fanatic Pink has a +4 to AC because of the Pillars, as well as Shield of Faith, bumping his AC to +6, so you'll need an 18 or higher to hit his AC right now. That much I get. It might not be the worst idea to figure out how to get them away from the pillars.
But, you wish to Bunny Hop away. Which direction would you like to hop? My guess is that you moved North 2 spaces in order to attack. Do you wish to hop back to your original spot? Or straight backwards towards the stairs? There are certainly fewer enemies that way, but you'd be isolated from the group. Or do you wish to hop Northwest, to land just north of the two Pillars, granting you +4 to AC?
I see that you rolled Intimidation, but I'm not sure how you intended to Intimidate anyone. The way you describe Vampiric Touch is horrifying, and I'd normally say that was good enough to pair with Intimidation, but (especially since it missed) the only real fear it would cause would be visual, and they couldn't see the attack. You'll need to say something intimidating in order to cause the Frightened Condition. Also remember, you have to target someone to be frightened by your Intimidation. Be careful with your choice. Most of these NPCs include resistance or even immunity to the Frightened condition. Your roll is high, but against the wrong opponent, it may not accomplish anything.
Lastly, you rolled a Persuasion check. Obviously, even though it was a good speech, negotiations have broken down. They'll have advantage against the roll, and you're giving away your location by speaking loudly over the din of battle. I'm not trying to tell you how to play, but I did want you to know the risks.
Please clarify your movement choice, how you intended to Intimidate a target, and who you intended to Intimidate. Then, I'll post accordingly.

All very good points. Just wanted Hastos to be aware he may have left us behind while he’s trying to protect his girlfriend….
