Azrael would wait until the morning, and would call everyone to the common rooms table, after breakfast, of course, much like FC had before.
He said a prayer to Bahamut (Religious Intensity: 10) Asking that their search be fruitful, and that their goals, so long as they were good, would be met.
I first, would like to apologize to you all for leaving you to chase the devils. But I could not bring myself to leave the cultists alive, to sacrifice those poor people that we would otherwise have abandoned. It was sheer luck that I happened upon you again with such fortuitous timing. I also apologize for taking possesion of the stone. If there is someone else here who feels they should have it more than I, I will not hesitate to pass it over - For I do not intend to... his eyes search for the words, and he cannot find them, settling on the next closest thing I am not trying to lead you, steal your glory, thunder, or take what is yours .. so on and so forth. He then held the stone out for anyone to take if they wished to be it's posessor instead of him. He then added The stone seems to be sentient... it knows the location of what we seek, but not the keys for it's locks. If no one else takes it, I will guard it with my life, for all of our sakes. In any case, Astrid, I wish to Help you in your search, so that we may all find our goals faster. (Azrael will focus on 'Helping' Astrid, to grant her Advantage on her Investigation checks, so will ultimately be tagging along with her.)
Just let me speak with Nim for a bit, before we set out. Keep the gold the others gave you handy. Azrael would walk up to Nim, giving him a hug, and pulling him close before releasing him before it would become too awkward. He asked Nim to start giving him lessons on his language, and would spend a short time learning with him, before preparing to head out with Astrid. He would ask Nim to continue with the repairs of the base floor, telling him Once these repairs are done, and a few other minor issues are taken care of, you will have many people to interact with daily! So use that as motivation!
Upon arriving to the manor Leon breathed a sigh of relief and headed to his room for a well deserved bath. All that sweating and sewer trekking did a number on his muscles, and a quick bath soak would do wonders to assuage the soreness he would be feeling in the morning. He quickly found himself falling asleep as soon as he settled down in his bed.
Leon had no qualms being called to breakfast, making his way downstairs with a yawn, his hair not in the usual ponytail or bun, was now loose and fell just below his mid-back. Golden strands were pushed behind his pointed ears as he sat down beside Azrael, expecting him to say something of importance regarding that stone he picked up. At first the Dragonborn started with an apology, in which the half-elf kept himself quiet. He understood why he did it, he held his belief very high and those of evil needed to be punished for their doings. Just the thought of those poor innocent people being sacrificed just made his stomach twist in disgust.
Then came talk about the stone, green hues looking down at the thing held in Azrael's hand. To him, it gave off a slight... menacing aura, causing him to let out a nervous chuckle.
"I do not have an issue with you holding the stone." He assured, shaking off the second of nervousness. "However if the burden gets to be too much for you," He gave Azrael a look. "I will step-up and take it off your hands... If it will allow me."
Once the meeting was adjourned, Leon pulled aside Astrid. "Investigating is not a strong suit of mine," He started, followed by a nervous laugh as he remembered how he needed the Dragonborn's help in completing a mission which involved investigations of sorts. "But I wish to learn, and you do seem to be quite the expert. If you will allow me to tag along, I promise I won't get in the way."

Astrid is beaming with pride....all her new friends are counting on her to save the day! Feeling flush with pride (thanks to Azrael), she leads Azrael and Leon on a journey of discovery:
Investigation #1: 29
Investigation #2: 20
Investigation #3: 28
KABLOOWEY! On day #1, Astrid not only discovers the location of the key, but also the answer to LIFE, the UNIVERSE, and EVERYTHING! 42.
KEY NUMBER ONE: The key to opening the first lock of the vault is a poisoned elf. Any elven person who is completely inebriated will satisfy to unlock the first magical lock of the vault. Looks like Dani (or another poor elf) is getting completely shitfaced in THIS game. LOL.
KEY NUMBER TWO: The second key needed is a Bronze dragon scale. Zelifarn, a young bronze dragon, has taken up residence in Deepwater Harbor. Many sailors and dock workers have seen the dragon, and you'll need to convince him to give you one of his scales. Good luck!
KEY NUMBER THREE: The third key needed is a painting of a dwarven miner. A painting of a dwarf miner is typically priced at 25 gp and can be found if one of you guys spend a day searching art shops. Or, anyone proficient with painter’s supplies can create a painting that qualifies as this key. It takes about 13 hours to finish the painting.
Tell me who is going to go after which key, don't forget to adjust your finances, and we'll go from there!
((Damn if Azrael could actually flirt we couldve asked that other bronze dragon for one of her scales))

Azrael would hand the stone to Pheral. I am not passing this off because I consider it a burden, or any such thing. I simply do not want the rest to feel as though the light is shining too much on me.

After spending some time with Astrid and learning some very unique types of keys.... the painting being the most awkward.. what do we do, put the painting in ah ole and turn? he thought to himself. ut once they had what they needed to press onward, he would speak to Leon the first chance he got. Leon, let us go together to see this dragon.. Half of my ancestry is Bronze... and I am likely the only one here who can speak Draconic. A mix of me beign dragonborn, speaking to him in his native tongue, and with some advice from you to help guide my words with your elvish verbois we may be able to convince him. What say you?

AZRAEL: I need you to please make a DC16 WIS saving throw.
PHERAL: As you take the stone, you can sense an alien presence in your mind. It is pleased to learn everything about you, and imparts the exact location of the vault to you, how it needs three keys to enter, and is guarded by a gold dragon known as Aurinax. You can cast Legend Lore with the Stone 3 times a day - just like the spell. 85, 89 Strangely, while keeping the stone in your possession, you now know how to cast Fireball once per day, but you notice that any animal you pass within 30' growls, hisses, and tries to attack you. Cats, birds, dogs, etc..they all hate you.
As you walk down the street, you can feel that something, or someone, is watching you. It might be your senses adjusting, or perhaps a lingering feeling from the attunement but yes..you can feel eyes on you.
LEON AND LYTHRIL: You both share a very interesting conversation and get to know a little about each other. Pheral is also looking for a painter. Do you wish to join her? Or are you going by yourself. Be specific.
AZRAEL AND LEON: If you both wish to visit the bronze dragon, let me know and i'll prepare a little encounter for you both.
As you hand the Stone to Pheral, you immediately lose the pros and cons of keeping it on your person, and lose all memory of ever even HAVING it on your person. Should anyone bring up the fact that in reality, you really DID HAVE the Stone in your possession, you have no recollection or memory of any such event and would forever deny anything ever happening for the rest of your life.
Danitriel let out a burst of laughter after the requirement for the first key. "Well! My family does own a distillery, so that shouldn't prove too difficult. Just let me know when I need to get varmaelda."
Azrael would head out as if it had been the only thing he had had to do today. Heading towards the docks where the Dragon was. He knew he had to get a key, though he couldn't quite remember for what.... But it was important, and Azrael wasn't the type to do tomorrow what could be done today.
