The group moves forward and, upon reaching the base of the southern hill, can see a few more barbarians. Five of them, like the lone barbarian on the southern hill, wield spears. One of them, however, carries a shortbow in addition to his spear. He seems to be the leader of the group.
"You far from town and road, wanderers," he says somewhat haltingly, indicating Common is not his language of choice. He then turns to his fellow barbarians and says something in Bothii--something that causes a few of them to laugh and the others to nod their heads.
He returns his attention to the men on horseback. "No shedding of blood this day. Horses only. You go. They stay with the Great Worm."
"Hello, friends. Can I give you a ride some place?" I say, gripping my short sword hilt tightly. "Gentlemen," I say, calling back to my companions. "These gents seem intent on horse stew for dinner."
I move Irena south (to F19) and dismount, tossing the reins around the branch of a bush.
"Here is my counter offer," I call out. "For every horse you would like to purchase, we will take three lives in exchange."
"My friend here is the belligerent kind, but he is right, if you try and take these creatures from us a good number of you are going to die. We have faced down giants and sent them to the hells you do not scare us.
"Avoid the deaths of many of your tribe by taking them back to you camp and staying there unto we are long gone."

The Uthgardt shaman removes an arrow from his quiver with one hand and raises his shortbow with the other. The remaining barbarians, with spears in hand, begin to step forward...
"Time to go, let's take some higher ground to the north there, spells and arrows might see them off. Irena, come with me." Calling to Rixton's horse Andor turns his own mount around and rides full tilt for the rise to the North.

The barbarian tribesmen begin to close in. Two barbarians from the west and one from the east dash directly toward the group. Their shaman leader shouts something unintelligible in Bothii as they do so.
Barbarian 9 to B15; barbarian 13 to A17; barbarian 4 to J21
(Carrow's action is next, to be followed by the actions of barbarians 2, 3, 6, 7, 10, and 12)
Turning his horse to the west Carrow looks towards the second group, his palms become cold, whisps of cloud forming at his finger tips he flicks his wrist and casts fog cloud (A16)
"Let's use the cover" he announces to the others "move to higher ground, Ive selected my target" looking back towards the Shaman he briefly studies the barbarian absorbing as much information as he can. As a bonus action use, Slayers Prey.
The sudden appearance of the fog causes a few of the barbarians to call out in a mixture of fear and hatred, confirming the stories about barbarian mistrust and loathing for spellcasters. Three of the barbarians to the west cut a northerly route, and three to the east sprint forward, trying to close the distance between themselves and the group.
To speed things up, I'm moving barbarian 11 down in the initiative order to join #1, #5, and the shaman; this will allow Ladrian, Rixton, and Vigan to act together.
Updated map:
Vigan's round 1 action is completed and shown on the map. Actions for Rixton and Ladrian are next.
Seeing a possible advantage, I charge at the cloud of fog (to C15). I slash at the barbarian in the fog cloud, trying to catch it off guard (without entering the fog myself).
Attack: 9 Damage: 8
(If possible, Rixton will withdraw using cunning action to C13 but only if the fog prevents an attack of opportunity.)
Ladrian, following the lead of the other, turns his horse and gallops north (to H10), creating a safe distance between himself and the barbarian horde to the south. The rest of the barbarians cover as much distance as they can, seeking to stay within range of the five adventurers. Barbarian #1 moves approximately 30' to the west and, despite having only one spear in his possession, heaves his weapon at Carrow...
Ranged spear attack:16| Piercing damage:17
Similarly, the barbarian shaman fires an arrow from his shortbow at the ranger...
Shortbow attack:6|Piercing damage:5
Andor's round 2 action is next, to be followed by barbarians 4, 9, and 13
Moving further northwards (B7) Andor faces the small group of barbarians moving from the west towards them, pushing deep he creates a ray of frost in each hand, firing them at the closest pair.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Andor positions himself for a clear shot at two barbarians, one of which evades the sorcerer's attack. The other (#10), however, is met with the full force of the spell.
The two barbarians (#9, #13) that were previously engulfed in the fog created by Carrow come rushing into the open. One of them (#9), upon seeing Rixton within range, charges forward and with both hands on his spear makes a thrusting attack at the rogue...
Melee spear attack:18 | Piercing damage:6
To the east, barbarian #4 lets out a battle cry and rushes down the hillside and does the same to Carrow...
Melee spear attack:14 | Piercing damage:4
(Carrow's action is next, to be followed by barbarians 2, 3, 6, 7, 10 and 12)
Grimacing from the pain of the first spear Carrow manages to deflect a second incoming attack. A breif glance around him shows multiple foes closing in, he will soon be surrounded. Without further thought he turns his horse towards the others, risking a second attack as he does so, and spurs it on north.

Posting just so that this moves along when it becomes my turn, I'm not doing anything ground-breaking anyway.
Vigan
The fighter turns Nyx to the north, and kicks the mare's flanks, the horse and rider bolting towards the hill Andor has retreated to.
Dashing to the bottom of F7 (I think). DM feel free to check my homework.
