Does Adrom move toward Vondal's shout? 94 — nope!
Vondal quickly moves through the door at his back, hoping this will give him a tactical advantage against the small army of hobgoblins. In response, the two front goblins attack with their longswords. (red Attack: 9 Damage: 6; white Attack: 7 Damage: 9 — fumble roll: 10: Wild Swing. You overextend yourself going for the kill. Your opponent gains advantage on their next attack roll.) The (red) and (white) goblins swing, but either can hit the quick monk. In fact, the (white) goblin swings in such a way that Vondal will have an advantage if he attacks it next round.
Karl moves south to check out the most southern door. He opens it to find himself looking outside at a small raised entryway.
Nif and Adrom wait just inside the dining room to follow Karl once he shows them where he's going next, and Adrom's spiritual weapon hovers in the hallway above the hobgoblin corpse.
The four hobgoblins move five feet closer to Vondal. The (red) and (white) goblins swing their longsword at him while the (black) and (orange) goblins fire arrows at him. Due to their positioning, Vondal gets 1/2 cover from all but (red). (red Attack: 11 Damage: 8; white Attack: 23 Damage: 12; black Attack: 6 Damage: 9; orange Attack: 11 Damage: 4) (Oops! Disadvantage for (white's) attack: 12) The dwarf dodges and weaves, avoiding all four attacks. He is so intent on protecting himself, he does not notice the new foe until it has dropped right beside him! A wormlike monstrosity flops onto the ground in the corner and then raises up to Vonda's height, its head appear to split into four appendages to reveal a beak. It strikes out at Vondal with its tentacles. (Attack: 12 Damage: 11) Despite its sudden appearance, Vondal is able to duck under the whipping tentacles.
Outwardly, Vondal keeps up an expression brimming with grim determination and focus on pushing long atrophied martial training to its limits. Inwardly, however, a string of some of the most outlandish curses in every language the hill dwarf knew flooded any mental space not otherwise devoted towards making sure stupid, stubby legs didn't cross when he needed to criss. Or vice versa, as the case may be.
Either way, he was trapped, and so spent a moment furtively looking about in the new room for an exit. Find the one he had hope for, though not knowing if it was barred or not, the Gold dwarf gambled in pulling the classic 'Shocked Face into the 'What's that behind you guys!'/'Haha! Reinforcements are coming!'. Even if not the most effective distraction, the fleeting moment of uncertainty is one he capitalize on in order hastily cross the room to the other door, practically throwing it open(if unlocked) prior to barreling through the next entryway.
At the next intersection, he spared a shorter moment on calculating the best position for survival in advance gambling it all on moving through the south curtain; the only other option besides the north curtain, considering the others didn't move nearly as fast, and wouldn't close doors behind themselves. As soon as he sees the others, relief floods his face. "Oh thank Marthammor! Guys! Don't know if Adrom told you, but there's four more hobs coming from the left! And vhey got a freaking giant snek-birb too!"
"Well that's a way out if we need it" Karl says to the others. He then does a quick head count and realises the Vondal isn't with them "where did that young 'un get to. I swear 'e ain't got shit for brains cos if he did at least there be something in there! Right then we better go back and find him quick smartish. Haela knows what sort of trouble he's got into?" Karl then turns and pushes past the others plus dashes until he reaches J15

Happening all at the same time ...
Vondal disengages from the crowd of enemies and hurries east, through the door on the other side of the room, and then through the southern curtain. He can see a hobgoblin body lying on the floor 10 feet ahead and can hear some familiar movement through the door ahead and to the right.
Adrom stands still, unsure where to go.
Karl, you can get to K15 with 50 feet of movement, dashing over bodies.
Nif, you can get to I15 with 50 feet of movement, dashing over bodies.
Through the door on the north side of the dining room, all four hobgoblins file in. The first moves to get within melee range of Nif, the smaller of the two dwarves on that side of the room. The other three line up against the far wall and start shooting arrows at Karl. (orange longsword Attack: 22 Damage: 6 slashing; red longbow Attack: 5 Damage: 9 piercing; white longbow Attack: 18 Damage: 12 piercing; black longbow Attack: 19 Damage: 14 piercing) Nif feels the bite of a blade, but Karl almost laughs at the poor aim of the hobgoblins.

I'm not sure why it's flagging the post. The first roll is correct, I'm sure. It was a 22 and a 6 for damage vs. Nif. None of the attacks against Karl were high enough to hit, but I'm not sure if they're the same now as they were.
Confused, it took a moment for what just transpired to fully click after glancing back once just to be certain. When it did, the usually more even-minded Dwarf groaned in irritation as he raced around the bend. Sure enough past Adrom's big butt, he could see that at least some had broken off to perhaps try and corner him. Why Karl and Nif were back in the room, and how NOONE heard him warn of the flank and acted sooner, the hill dwarf decided to file that one away for later.
Once he inside again after a potential "One Side, Hammerer" to Adrom along the way, Vondal suppresses a groan, realizing the full extent of the train wreck of actions. Immediately following that moment however, he races along, hoping over goblin corpses to strike at the one closest with a fist to the groin, before maneuvering naturally into a jumping high knee attack to hobgoblin chin. After all is said and done, the Stormfist lands and snaps back into a defensive stance in which bow was held aloft, ready to help parry any incoming blows.

Adrom, after the first shock of seeing the number of foes that unexpectly came towards them, reacts and moves forward trying to get one of the archers. The spiritual weapon moves too and swings trying to decapitate the same one.
As Nif is engaged by the Orange hobgoblin, he looks down at his belt, but realises he had dropped his dagger earlier in the fight and groans. With a quick double step back, Nif uses his cunning action to disengage and step before smiling and firing his crossbow at the hob hob at near point blank range.

Using only his movement, Vondal can't get all the way to M12. If I move Adrom first (concurrently), that gives Vondal an extra five feet to work with, so he can get to M13 and still attack the (black) hobgoblin.
Adrom and Vondal line up to beat down the (black) goblin. Vondal, after jumping up on the table, punches the creature square in the face and then attempts to knee him in the chin, but his aim is off. (black -5 hp) Adrom swings his hammer, getting just past the hobgoblin's defenses. (black -10 hp) Then, the cleric's spiritual weapon is suddenly hovering at Vondal's shoulder, and it also swings. The spectral hammer knocks the hobgoblin out of the park, and it slumps to the ground.
Karl is also experiencing good aim. He swings his axe at the (orange) hobgoblin, leaving a blood gash in the creature's armor. (orange -9 hp) Is it is trying to recover from the heavy blow, Nif dances away, and fires an arrow, sinking the projectile through the heart. No recovering from that! It falls dead.
The (white) hobgoblin drops its bow, draws a longsword, and swings at Adrom. (Attack: 11 Damage: 6) The scream of blade against chainmail rings out. Beside it, the (red) hobgoblin fires another arrow, this one at Adrom. (Attack: 5 Damage: 11) The smile of victory vanishes from the cleric's face as the arrow bypasses his defenses to leave a grievous wound.
(@DDP: Even accounting for the difficult terrain of an ally, unless it costs extra to enter AND leave their space, with 35ft it should've been just enough.
After watching Adrom take so grievous a wound, Vondal discards Zindral on the table in favor of Vonsorm again and left. Between gravity, the weight of the weapon, and just enough dwarven technique to get the ball rolling, Vondal hoped to part the hobgoblin's skull right down the middle while falling to the ground. Though if that's not enough, he yet a fist itching to break a hobgoblin leg for the assault.

Adrom's grunts as he breaks the shaft of the arrow and spits to the ground.
"Oh c'mon! It's just a flesh wound!"
He points his hammer towards the archer and utters a word in dwarven. A ray of white-orange energy erupts towards him and the spiritual weapon flies and swings to the hobgoblin trying to finish him off.

I'm going to keep in initiative because you all know there are at least two more enemies in the castle.
Nif, since you were now attacking with your crossbow, I'll say you moved to where you dropped your dagger and were going to fire when the others finished off, so you can pick up your dagger at your feet.
"Right lads let's stick together this time shall we"Karl says looking directly at Vondal. "Can you patch yourself up as we keep moving lad"he asks Adrom as he leads the party - hopefully all of them via the door in H#7-8 towards the door in F-G#6 then onto J-K#5 over the next three rounds.

“Yeah I got this. Anyone needs some healing lads?” Asks Adrom while grabbing the broken shaft of the arrow with one hand and the magic energy pulsing on the other SS if he has a hot cinder in the palm of his hand. He pulls out the arrow and quickly applies the spell into the wound, closing it and preventing the bleeding.
(cast heal wounds on himself lvl 1 7 )
As they begin to move, with a slight mod to the spiritual weapon it banishes from existence.
Vondal immediately holds up a finger to Karl in return, giving Karl a warning look in return. For while the elder dwarf might've have confidence in dispatching the hob holding the door, he knew all too well just how easily things would've gone wrong if the hobgoblin held the point too long. Not that it mattered anyhow...
"I'll be fine for now, but we must keep moving. If they haven't chosen to flee, we can expect greater resistance where gundren is being held." He stated while following along. Though the hill dwarf would later seemed dismayed at Karl's chosen course considering the goblin had fled to the right of the castle, and likely to the main hub of leaders and defenses considering the responses... he kept quite, snatched up Zindral, only to put it and Vonsorm away. His body was as much a weapon as they were, and he'd be remissed in not using it more.
