Vondal swings at the climbing spider, but he's just a little too slow because of the webbing. However, when he focuses on breaking the webs, he is able to, freeing himself and allowing him to move away from the eight-legged beast.
Karl swings his axe, almost cutting the spider near him and Adrom in two. It persists, but it jitters as the barely visible forms of three dwarf ghosts appear around it.
Nif fires another bolt at the spider that attacked Vondal, adding a ninth "appendage" sticking out of the creature's abdomen.
Adrom swings his hammer again, and with a mighty *CRUNCH*, the spider is vanquished.
Only one left. It climbs down the wall and attacks the only target in range: Nif. (Attack: 18 Damage: 9 — Nif, roll a DC 11 CON saving throw or take 11/2=5 poison damage, 2 on a save)

Still livid(?) over the earlier betrayal/slapping away of the proverbial olive branch, Vondal rushes back into the hallway, yelling dwarvish expletives while channeling latent ki into another shot from Zindral.
Movement: To K9.
Bonus Action: Channel the Storm(Kinsei Shot).
Action: Zindral Shot at final spider. (Lethal, Short Range)Long Bow - Attack: 24 Damage: 11 non-magical piercing damage.

OOC: Sorry. I missed the notification that you'd posted, Grant.
Karl dispatches the final spider with a swing of his axe. (12) It falls from the wall and lands upon the dwarf, almost knocking him to the ground, but thoroughly coating him in spider goo.
OK, so you're in a big room (or the hallway leading east from it). There's a big statue in the room. There's a table with some stuff on it. The dead mage is in there. There's a room off the hallway. In the room is the unconscious bearded mage and maybe Nundro?
Vondal leaned back with a grimace as the spider fell, only to soon after snort and grin at the sight of Karl. Biting by a word of concern least he further draw the dwarf's ire, the hill dwarf instead looked to Adrom and said, "It is good to see you alright, Hammerer. But come. We believe we found the /real/ Nundro. Nif can fill in on more on way." Vondal then departs from the room off the hallway.
Seeing the unconscious bearded mage again, he pauses for a moment and scrunched up his face, before sighing seeing about dragging the man on inside the side room. From there he hoped it to be a simple matter of patting him down and stripping him of any other foci, spellbooks, and more, prior to actually tying him up and gagging him

"Thanks to Moradin!! at last!!!" Adrom says when he sees the last of the spiders to fall down "I have to tell you lads, I was starting to feel tired..."he says with a smirk.
"Anyone badly hurt? Did you find poor Nundro? I knew something was off with that one " he says pointing to the dead mage. "Let me take a look at him... And... break his fingers and hands " he says to Vondal when he sees he is tying the mage. " And muffle him. It's the only way to be sure he doesn't use his foul magic against us again. What? Don't look at me that way lad. I am here to protect us, not them..."
Karl nods at Adrom "good thinking'" he says as fishes a rag out of his pocket "ere young 'un use that!"as his throws it to Vondal. The rag is covered in spider goo as Karl had recently used it to wipe Hew's blade clean before putting the axe away.
The bearded mage has on him his spellbook and component pouch; a slender, hollow staff made of glass; a potion of invisibility; a scroll of charm person; and a scroll of fireball.
Vondal binds him. Do you break his fingers as Adrom suggested?
Adrom, you tend to Nundro. The dwarf appears to have been suffered a beating. He doesn't wake in response to your tending, but you know he is stabilized and will eventually heal.
Where it came to the things gathered, Vondal cannot help but look mildly impressed at a few things gleamed. But what could be packed away in his pack for further examination later is done so. The staff, however, is never kept far from his reach, smitten as he was a bit with the design.
Vondal caught the rag reflexively, only to almost immediately grimace and make a noise of complaint while trying to wave the thing off his hands. "Yugh! I.. I... I break some fingers, yes. But, let him keep others so we can use as bargaining chip. For if he is as good with magic as shown before, promising his life for intel we could use is liable to fall on deaf ears of a mage. Their life having already, after all, being severed as surely as fingers." He replied while trying to at least fashion the rag in such a way as to not choke the wizard.
"And I should know, even... being but a dabbler that I am." He said in a somber tone towards the end. True to his word though regardless, he tries to bend back and break each of the living mage's right hand fingers, or enough to where he felt satisfied no somatic components to a spell could be cast using the hand without healing. For the left, he'd seek Nif's guidance on how to bind the fingers to serve a similar purpose, if only temporarily.
"Well he'll be ok"says Adrom raising after taking care of Nundro.
"We should barred ourselves here "he says "after making sure nothing is going to explode in our asses while we rest, and make shifts to keep an eye. Tomorrow, after I have rested a little bit, I could ask Moradin for his aid and heal us. And then we could learn a thing or two about this place, and why they dare to kidnap honest young dwarves..."
Nif wanders around looking for his expended crossbow bolts, retrieving them where he can. As he does this he also looks for a hand sized object to which the mage's hand could be bound to prevent movement of the fingers and thumb. He then assists Vondal to bind the mage's hand to said object. He then proceeds to Nundro and sits with him for a while.

Breaking the mage's first finger awakens the man. He yells through his gag and thrashes weakly against his bonds. The monk has to fight to isolate a second finger as the man balls the remaining four against the dwarf's grasp. As Vondal pushes back and breaks the second finger, the man's yells turn to sobs. Big tears begin to fall from his eyes. The third finger is broken easily as the man's strength seems to have completely left him. His shoulders shake and his breathing is labored through his mucus-filling nose. Nif finds a rock and binds it into the palm of the mage's unhindered hand.
