OOC: Meepo has Pack Tactics against the orc engaged in melee with Aradurk, but not the other. They are close enough though that you won't risk an attack of opportunity.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Seeing the opportunity Aradurk's enemy has unwittingly presented to him, Meepo grabs the moment and makes a surprising quick stab behind its leg followed by two shattering blows at both of its kneecaps.
Knowing he avoided death by a few links of chainmail Karst is very thankful to see the kobold come across to support him, still very weak he decides to forget about trying to heal himself whilst being reoearedly attacked and instead launches a flurry of blows against the orc his magic is focused on.

Murmen swats back an orc while sending a bit of divine energy into Karst just as he regains his footing and brutally cleaves diagonally through an orc's torso, dropping it in a heap of two pieces. Beside him, another orc grunts in annoyance as Aradurk's second thrown handaxe digs into his back
Next to Aradurk, Meepo buries his spear into the back of the orc's kneecap, spins around it to the front, and shatters both kneecaps with two precise punches. The orc barely has time to register the pain before it dies, and doesn't even recognize that the small form running into the distance was the cause.

Seeing Meepo quickly darting away, the orc near Aradurk turns his greataxe toward the half-orc just as he draws his longsword and brings it in front of him to block the strike. Karst again manages to block an axe with his shield, but suffers another biting strike, taking 9 slashing damage and losing concentration on his hunter's mark. Murmenducks two swings, but is too slow to block the third with his shield, taking 6 slashing damage.
Karst Concentration Save:18
Round 4 Order: Players <===== Orcs
Tracking: Two orcs are engaged in melee with Karst. One is wounded. Three orcs are engaged in melee with Murmen. One is slowing down and one is on its last legs. One orc is engaged in melee with Aradurk. Each of these engagements are occurring within a 10-20 foot distance of each other.

Arriving with his trusty spear, Meepo delivers a piercing strike at Karst's dying enemies and follows it with a vault, attempting to hit them with his two roundhouse kicks right at the back of their heads.
Another wound sends searing pain through the aasimar but he is too far into the battle fury to acknowledge it, foes start to drop as his comrades gain the upper hand and Karst looks about for another adversary sending a barrage of deadly strikes against it. Eyes leaking radiant light the paladin roars a wordless cry in the face of his foe.
Attack 17 for 14 against an orc in melee with him if there is still one, if not then moving to support Murmen, ideally placing himself where only one of the foes is close enough to retaliate.

Greataxe at Murmen: 15 Greataxe at Murmen: 17 Greataxe at Aradurk: 24
Near Murmen (3 orcs): Murmen ducks beneath a horizontal swing of an axe, launching upward from his crouch with his hammer leading the way, and shatters the jaw of the orc. While it falls, another orc accepts a hit from the spectral weapon, leaning into it with its shoulder, then striking with its axe in a coordinated effort with its other ally - which the dwarf easily defeats, deflecting an axe with his shield and allowing the other to roll off of his armor.
Near Karst (2 orcs): Meepo rushes to Karst's defense, sticking an orc's calf with his spear. He lets go of the spear and leaps onto it. Using the weapon as a springboard, he leaps and spins, nearly kicking the orc's head from its shoulders, where he lands and leaps again with another spinning kick to the other orc's head, which stumbles in a daze, exposed to Karst's furious decapitating strike. Meepo lands lightly on his feet, pulling his spear back out from the leg of the orc, which hits the ground at the same time as its companion's head.
Near Aradurk (1 orc): The orc gambles by only sucking in its gut, and cannot fully avoid Aradurk's strike to its midsection, but uses its footing to strike back at the half-orc, dealing 4 slashing damage.
From seemingly nowhere, in the woods around you, a familiar orc voice bellows, "Damn it all, do I need to show you how to fight like a true orc?"

"Aye, so does fightin' like a true orc involve hidin' in a bush somewhere? Come out an' play, ye gutless son of a hamster. I'll show ye how a dwarf fights—show you right up yer ugly face!"
Murmen will send his warhammer(s) in spinning arcs to confuse the orcs, before slamming them down with gusto.
"Aye, it's been a while since I've had this much fun. Ye have me thanks, ye worm-bellied half-goblin traitor!"

Greataxe Attack at Meepo: 27 Greataxe Attack at Murmen: 14
Aradurk's responsive swing narrowly misses the orc's body, leaving a tear in its hide armor. It pulls its axe back for another strike, but stumbles as Karst's longsword suddenly protrudes through its chest. The orc slumps to the ground dead. Murmen smashes the face of the wounded orc near him with his warhammer, killing it as it glances over at his spiritual weapon smacking its companion. Meepo arrives, plunging his spear into the back of that orc's leg, and bashing its skull with a vicious headbutt as it drops to a knee. After a sickening crack, it falls dead, spilling blood from its head into the forest ground.
Meepo runs toward the voice in the trees and is nearly decapitated when Gorcrom appears from invisibility, clad in chain mail and carrying Roccar's greataxe. Meepo avoids the decapitation, twisting at the last second, but takes a vicious cut to the face, taking 35 slashing damage and dropping unconscious. The brutal orc general turns his attention to Murmen, cutting at the shoulder and dealing 19 slashing damage (heavy armor master damage reduction included).
