The sacks and crates contain various trade goods and supplies. Most are marked with a blue lion.
You also find an unlocked treasure chest containing 600 cp, 110 sp, two potions of healing, and a jade statuette of a frog with tiny golden orbs for eyes (40 gp). The frog statuette is small enough to fit in a pocket or pouch.

Hexody helps pass out the coin and potions. "200 cp each, 36 sp each. I don't need the potions of healing but I adore this little statuette, if I may have it."
After passing out the coin, she heads back down to the previous room and examines the passageway to the west, guessing that it leads to the bridge with the now dead goblin on it.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Kelsier pockets his change and follows Hexody out of the room. “We may have killed their leader, but there is still no sign of Sildar and Gundren. We should keep searching.” He ghosts ahead, crossing the bridge seeing what is on the other side.
The bridge leads to a longer passage that joins with that steep passage arising from the river. It then opens into a larger cave. This large cave is divided in half by a ten-foot-high escarpment. A steep natural staircase leads from the lower portion to the upper ledge. The air is hazy with the smoke of a cooking fire, and pungent from the smell of poorly cured hides and unwashed goblins.
There are 5 goblins around the chamber, just sort of going about their business.
Kelsier sneaks back and reports this to the rest of the party. “From what I can tell, this is the last chamber in the cave. Sildar and Gundren must be in this room. We must forge on.”
Whilst the others scout over the bridge, Folari uses his great-axe to remove the head of the bugbear. Once Kelsier reports the details back, he throws his axe over one shoulder and carries the head at his side as he strides toward the bridge.
"This should get their attention..." he grumbles to himself, wincing at the pain in his leg with each step. "I suggest I get their attention, then you guys follow when they are busy and hit them from the back."
The goblins freeze in place. A slightly larger goblin, up on the ledge says, in common, "Which do you want, I'll give to the human we have or we'll just leave, which do you want?"

Kelsier looks from Sildar to Hexody, then back to Sildar. “Fine! Leave him up on that ledge, and we will let you all leave. You push him, and you sign your own death warrant. It’s your choice. Make the smart decision. We’ve already defeated a bugbear today, a couple of goblins won’t make a difference. Quit while you are ahead.”
Kelsier puts the arrow he had drawn back in his quiver.

Hexody readies her to heal Sildar after the goblins depart, then she runs up to him and strums an all too familiar spell, casting Cure Wounds on him for 12 HP.

Hexody grimaces as Folari gruesomely removes the bugbear's head, following behind him and Kelsier as quietly as possible.

Hexody readies her bow. "Klarg is dead!" she says. "We are just here for the men he took. Please let them go."

As Folari reaches the entrance to the cavern, he throws the bloody severed head at the goblins and lets out a guttural scream.
"Leave now!"

Kelsier perks up the mention of a human. “Give us Sildar alive and unharmed, and you all leave this cave alive!”

"Then we die today, for he has been harmed. How about we leave and you come over here and save him? We live, you get to be heroes... win win"

Folari steps to the side to allow the goblins to pass, cautious to get between them and the party in case they decide to not leave peacefully.
"Is he ok? Can he speak?"
