The halfling smiles at Flint as Nam walks over. "That'll be...." the halfling pauses
OOC: I said "waterskins 2 gold, grappling hooks 4 gold, crowbars 2 gold, and sacks of varying sizes from 1 gold to 10 gold" so how many waterskins we'll say 4 for 2 gold pieces and the sacks you get 3 for 1 gold or 3 man-sized ones for 10 gold pieces! IDK bro what DID you buy lol?! I've added 10 days rations are 1 gold (you want 30 days worth) so 3 gp + 4 gp grappling hook, +12 gp healer's kits + 5 gp woodworker's kit = 24 for that lot. But how many sacks and waterskins?
PS should specify the waterskin is JUST the skin NO water in it yet!!
OOC: He is buying 5 x waterskins 10 1 x grapplinghook 4 1 x crowbar 2 3 x normal sack 1 3 x Huge sack 10 1 x healers kit 12 1 x woodcarver kit 5 30 x rations 3 total = 47
Flint will pay the clerk 47 gold and leave the 35 gold on the table if he can provide him with information on the location of an entrence to the maze...
(Flint has 141 gold... so after he pays for supplies he will have 94..... then if he give the guy another 25.... that will leave at least 69 more gold coins going to the pot.)
Karnic will take the gold from Isk with a smile, "Thank you my friend, I will make sure this coin is put to good use for the group as a whole." With that, Karnic will take a moment to thoroughly inspect the conditions of the haversack and decanter, making sure that they are not damaged in a way that would prevent them from working as intended.

Griff looks at the scar on the mans neck. "Ouch! I can appriciate that..." Griff will pull his armor down and away from his chest allowing some space to see some of the scars on his body. "Well I don't want to overstay my welcome."Griff will say as he stands up and brushes off. "Hey Gen, what do you think I should call her?" he asks and starts to walk towards the brush.
(OOC: Griff will find a suitable campsite nearby and send his Wolf to town to find Flint. He will write a note:
Flint, Please look for barding for Wolf. Hide or Chain if I have enough. If you can't find any, take my gold and get supplies for the group. I haven't found any signs of the group of seven, but a did find a campsite. [Drawing of an area they can camp] PS. Wolf should be able to guide you back to me.
Griff will also take a piece of clothing he has and make a bandana around the Wolfs neck to make it appear not so feral then put a pouch of 300 gold in the Wolfs mouth and send him to town )
"I can't take that for information I don't have sir," the halfling says cautiously as the female halfling just glares at you. "It's not done talking about the maze," he says then comes around the corner and calls Flint down to whisper to him, "Cyric's spies are everywhere," he adds looking around after he speaks before scuttling back behind the counter and up onto his stool.
OOC: Subtract the gold and we'll keep the rest in the imaginary communal pot floating between the group that someone will eventually RP into the game. 158 + ? no bribes taken!!
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
"Lucky maybe?" Gen says smiling. "You're going to need luck in the maze," she adds with a wink at Griff before turning to her father and sending her hawk into the sky.
OOC: Griff please give me a survival check to see how well you trick out the party's campsite!!
After twenty minutes well say the wolf approaches the town and tries to stealthily find Flint without trouble. Give me a stealth check and an investigation with advantage for the wolf please Griff.

Griff your camp is basic AF. So basic in fact one might think you have made SO many campsites for your party and you know precisely how much your party doesn't give a crap if the site is pimped out or not. You made a good fire, cleared spaces to roll out bedrolls to sleep around it, and even attempted an odd rock stack that repeatedly falls until you give up. You name it 'Mr. Tumbles' and now look around the clearing to find the best lookout points for the evening's watch.
Roll investigation with advantage!

Flint roll perception to see Lucky moving around the general store because she's stealthily AF and you're confused about why NO one will talk to you about this GD maze?!

The halfling refuses your bribe under the watchful eye of his wife and advises you not to F with Cyric the maze runner. He pushes your bribe back to you minus his cut for your gear. Walking out you give your extra to the communal pot (a pocket dimension now worth 158 + 94= 252 gp if Flint chucks in his extra ) and pass Nam who's shopping. Out of the doorway of the general store, you see Griff's wolf Lucky darting around outside looking for one of you but you spot her!

Seeing that Nam is finished Garrett approaches Gilly,
"I am interested in trading in my short bow as well as my barely used leather armor. How much will you give for them towards a new set of studded leather armor? As you can see these items are in excellent condition as I just started using them a short time ago. But I am looking to upgrade my armor in preparation for the maze."
OOC: Sorry Paladin seems my mobile response got ate for yours and Guilty's posts.
"I don't take trade sorry," Gilly replies with a frown looking at Garret's worn leathers. "I do offer studded leathers and other ranged weaponry if you're interested," the half-elf replies gesturing at the table of the remaining dark green studded leather and then a wall for bows from longbows to hand crossbows. "I have one set of green leathers left. I do have arrows but I do not have bolts. I've been cleared out," she adds with a shrug. "it'll be a couple of days to a week to make more. My partner in the forge has been commissioned for full plate and is currently occupied in constructing it," she explains motioning to the hammering sounds muffled through the shop walls.

Griff finds four of the BEST spots ever to look over the road, Finn/Gen's camp, the larger clearing, and an ominous dark patch of thick woods he's yet to venture through.
OOC: Did my 22 spot Lucky? Also I will add all the gold back to the pot. At this point Flint is done shopping unless I have a wolf tell me to buy stuff... although that being said unless the wolf shows up with a bunch of money... I think that the money would probably be better spend on an unending supply of water and a bag to store months of food without weighing us down... Flint is already encumbered with the stuff he just purchased so he is walking at a slower pace walking around like Santa Clause with a giant ass sack of food over his shoulder.
Garret handing over the gold Gilly takes your coin and hands you the dark leathers. Leaving the forge you walk to the general store and find a cobalt blue city guard outside the door and Flint whose leaning down to take a note as well as coin from Lucky (Griff's wolf) who darts off back to the woods.

Flint will shoot her a big smile and hand her the money from Griff, "He would like to buy studded leather or chain barding... Whichever he can afford.... I am willing to take the measurments for you if you need"
Sighing loudly Gilly launches into the speech about needing the animal, needing now two weeks because of another paid commission for armor.
"We don't keep such things laying around," the half-elf replies. "Are you willing to pay 300 in advance and wait two weeks to begin the commission and a week to complete it," she explains.
OOC: There's NO barding or armor for the familiar here.
