Karnic will pull his mace from his belt and position himself on the opposite side of the well, from where the stairs would meet the top. "Just be ready for a fight if it isn't an illusion. I didn't get a good look to see what it is, so be prepared for anything. On the other hand it could be friendly."
(OOC: How big is the well itself?) (Group#2 Isk, Griff, Karnic)

Be excellent to each other, and roll for initiative dudes!
Karnic figures the well is about as wide as a wagon or six trolls...you know relatively that big.
Party 2
Garret puts his full weigh on the door and it will no budge but...looking at it this closely now he notices a subtle flicker in the N for the direction north. He isn't completely sure what it means but it seems his mage hand might have been absorbed but disperse... it seems to him magic is the answer here!
Griff moves to the southern door and checks it for any visible mechanism that could be used to open it. He also looks up at the ceiling to see if there is anything of interest there.
Griff goes to the south door but there is no mechanism. On the ceiling is a perfect depiction of an autumn night sky with twinkling stars and a full moon almost as if it were the night outside in the swamp...

OOC: Garrett certainly would have touched the door to try and open it and pick any lock however I did post that I checked each door for traps in post 701 but didn't get a response to finding any or not so I guess I kinda figured there weren't any since my passive perception and investigation are both 20 and would likely have found one unless the DC was higher of course.
OOC: Ok. See that's why I ask. Forget it my dude! Garret would have most definitely noticed the traps! I was on my phone most of the day and per usual I missed posts because this site is garbage on my phone!
Garrett, seeing that there is trap on the west door pauses for a moment. He hears that Nam is launching a fireball at the north door. He waits to see if the north door opens.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Isk, being a divinely powered magic user moreso than an arcane one, take another look at the west door (electric trap), clutches his holy symbol and whispers a brief prayer of guidance to Torm. Arcana: 15
Flint will yell out "Does anyone have the dispel magic spell?" his frustration growing as he hoists his heavy crossbow and stands on the stone edge of the well pointing down. contemplating his next move.

"Yeah, I do. I guess its a good an idea as any."
Garrett moves to the door marked north and if it won't open on its own will use his thieves tools to try and unlock the door.

Garret realizes it's an arcane lock . It needs to be dispelled or 'overloaded' by a more powerful spell.

Garrett tells the others what he has discovered about the north door.
"Maybe if you blast it with a fireball it would overload and open. No way to tell unless you tried." he tells Nam
"All of these doors are probably magic"
Garrett then goes to the west door and checks it as well, trying to open the door or pick the lock.

Garret takes 13 of lightning damage. From the shocking grasp trap.OOC: Not specifying 'Garret doesn't touch the door' is particularly coming to mind. I hope you think setting off the trap was fair.
