I figure, to keep things moving, since I'm up second, Once Embir goes I will go ahead and attack the closest living wolf from my position, then move Northwest 1 square, and North 2 squares (15 feet) and end my turn there. Not sure on their AC, I guess I'll roll it, and then after Embir goes it will play out. :)
For Flavor: Zander aims his already notched arrow at a now snarling wolf and lets it fly. Attack: 18 Damage: 7
He walks backwards keeping his eyes on the pack until he gets behind the party. I'm much more useful back here. Zander pulls another arrow and readies it. Let's collect some pelts.

Embir holds out the symbol she has around her neck. She whispers softly and the eyes glow.
I cast Sacred Flameon the area between us and the wolves. Closer to the wolves than us. I don't think it would do any damage, but at least it probably looks like fire? Hoping the effect is similar to how people will wave a torch to keep animals away. I wish I could just light the gallows but the spell doesn't work that way I'm told.
And I'd like to Ready an action. If the wolves get off the gallows I want to move towards the gallows until I'm standing on them.
Hate to be the rules lawyer, but in 5E you can only ready your action, not your movement. The movement has to be done on your initiative. You could ready a Dash action to move, but you've already cast Sacred Flame as your action... But Mspence might let you, I guess ultimately it's DM discretion, just letting you know for future reference.
I can see what you were thinking, and previous editions of D&D let you hold your whole turn to go at a later initiative if you wanted, but in 5E they changed it for simplicity: Everyone goes on their initiative and performs up to 1 action, moves up to their allotted movement, can perform a bonus action if your class/race allows and everyone gets one reaction per round. The exception is that you could hold your action for a trigger for later in the round, but once it gets to top of next round initiative, if you didn't use it you lost it.

(Embir, Sacred Flame gets cast on a creature, so roll 1d8 radiant damage and choose target within 60'...as to the rest, Rob is correct--u can hold an action with a trigger, but not movement.)
(Zander, I have updated your move, 18 does hit, and I have applied your damage to Wolf 1. As to the marching order, I remember Embir kinda running off in front.)
(Necros is up. If he is unable to reply, I will have him cast his Eldritch Blast.)
On my turn cast eldritch blast on the closest one.[to hit is 18 and if so damage is 9] " yells peace is a lie! their is only passion! Through passion i gain strength! Through strength i gain victory! Through victory my chains are broken!"
You watch as Embir calls down a flane-like radiance on the nearest wolf. The wolf yips a bit then snarls harder.
Zander, however, moves to the back of the group and fires an arrow at the same wolf, managing to catch it through the eye and dropping it to the ground.
Lae grunts something about seeing the light towards the next wolf and casts a spell at the wolf. The wolf manages to dodge a bit and the spell barely scratches across the wolf's side.
A bit upset he is unable to attack the same wolf as his brother, Zennas fires at the same wolf scratched by Lae's spell, managing to catch it square in the front of the chest. The wolf howls then snarls, angry with the injury.
You watch as a beam of crackling green energy streaks from Necros' hand, striking the second wolf once more. This wolf rises from the ground with the strength of the impact, falling to the ground 5 feet away and lying unmoving.
The remaining wolves all howl in anger at the loss of their companions. The third wolf jumps from the gallows platform and rushes towards Embir. It attempts to bite her, but in its blind rage, the bite glances off her armor.
The fourth wolf begins making its way around the gallows as the fifth wolf makes its way up to Lae. It manages to have cooled down its temper enough to manage to bite Lae (take 6 piercing damage and I need a Strength Saving throw from you).
On my turn i will cast burning hands. At the nearest wolves and try to get as many in the cone at once. Spell save dex dc of 12 and dose 3d6 fire damage. Half on success full on failure. Damage of 13 in total so 7 if passed

After Embir goes, I'll fire an arrow at the one due south of me that I have a clear shot at. If Embir kills that one, I'll shoot at the one next to Lae.
Zander aims and looses another arrow at yet another wolf, pleased with his last shot. Attack: 14 Damage: 6

On Lae’s turn he will pull out a small beaten canteen from his soldiering days and take a swig of some spiced fire brandy, he grunts, “Lendmeyourstrengthqueen ofwinter,” and an odd light begins to glow around him, bolstering him with a necromantic facsimile of life, he gains 7 temporary hit points for one hour from his spell false life.

Initiative: 12
(Map here: https://app.roll20.net/join/4025527/1Qz7FQ
Initiative: Embir, Zander, Necros, Lae, Zennas, Wolves and I can control Necros if and when necessary)
Is it: Lae and Zander up front, Necros and Zennas behind them, then Embir in the back?

Thanks for telling me, ^-^. That's actually really good to know for the future!

Lae grunts “Bad dog see the light!” and releases [Tooltip Not Found] at the wolf nearest him. Dex save of 12. Attack:2
*Damage was 2, not attack sorry.
On my turn I will attempt to shoot the same wolf Zander did. "You are going to look awfully nice laid out on my bedroom floor!" Attack 17 Damage 7
On my turn cast eldritch blast on the closest one.[to hit is 18 and if so damage is 9] " yells peace is a lie! their is only passion! Through passion i gain strength! Through strength i gain victory! Through victory my chains are broken!"

Ooo, Lae felt that bite lol. Strength Save:13
(You pass the strength save, so you are not knocked prone. Top of round 2, Embir, you're up!)
