Twig and Garth remain in the room and can't seem to leave it. The colors remain muted and they cannot hear what is going on in the real world. They just see Rad standing in the room, looking confused.

"Well the black wand helped us open the chest, maybe it can help us out of here?" Garth said, turning back to look at Twig.
"Maybe we have to bring the black wand over here to this white wand, or maybe we just need to kick that stupid zombie a few times." He paused for a moment before continuing, "I spose the only good thing about a corpse stinking up the room is that we won't notice my... body winding down from fighting." With that, Garth's stomach made an audible gurgling noise.
Rad continues standing in the room, shifting his feet. He grunts and starts to pick his nose a bit with the black wand in his hand. After a moment or two of picking and then examining his findings, he shrugs and points the wand at the glowing white unicorn-horn wand and lets loose a flurry of magic missiles. The white wand is hit by the first two missiles and the third causes it to crack and knocks it out of the magic circle. Bright white light bursts out of the wand in an enormous shockwave. All of the items in the room are thrown back against the walls. Twig, Garth, and the dead zombie appear in the room and see the room completely in shambles except for, on the floor, a pristine white wand. Rad is nowhere to be seen.

Garth turned around slowly and examined the wrecked room. Noticing their pack mule was gone, he let out a loud groan.
"Well, I don't think we can carry all these books and the armor downstairs anymore, since Ron up and left. Glad I never trusted him with the money since he clearly couldn't resist gold. Like my uncle Ernie always said, be careful what you dig for, because it just might eat you instead of the other way around."
Twig can read the titles of quite a few of the tomes. Many of them were in either Elvish or Gnomish, as books on magic often are. Most of the books are on advanced transmutation magic, but there is a book that seems more beginner-friendly.
Garth picks up the wand and feels a slight trace of what feels like static electricity, but nothing else.
Jack blinks and sees the rats he saw initially, but the food they were eating is gone and nothing but mold remains. The rats are also looking about, confused at the food that was there just a moment before.

Jack leaves the room and finds himself in the dining room. The skeletons that were previously in the room all have heads on, now. And there's a big open hole in the painting that used to depict the full moon.

Twig starts to panic. “Garth. We can’t get out. Why can’t we get out??” Twig begins to pace, trying to contain her worry.
Garth walks up to the wand to see if he could touch it.
Garth's hand passes through the wand harmlessly.

Twig turns and looks at Rad. Although he is a bit blurry, it is clear that he is still holding the black wand.

Twigs eyes widen in surprise. “Oh goodness. That was absurd. Where do you think he went?” Twig examines the area where she last saw him.
Twig cannot find any trace of Rad.

Garth bent over and began rummaging through the scattered books, trying to determine if any would be useful in teaching someone magic.
"Can you read any of these books? I'd hate to take a few, only to realize it was a book on clouds." He asked Twig as he examined the books.
Twig shares her observations and nods to Garth “Do you want to pick it up? I have bad luck.” She indicates her blue fur.
Twig walks over to Garth to look at the books. “I can read a few languages. Let’s see.”
Shrugging, Garth walks over and picks up the wand, and then walks back to Twig to look at the books.

Jack thinks "Well that was rather easy. I might as well go look for that staff I head about."
Jack starts heading out to the hallway in search of the room of the recently deceased wizard.
OOC: I don't know how much he has explored but he's still searching for a staff he heard about.

Jack reviews the hole to see if he can see what is in it and if he could fit inside of it.
